3.5 stars for me. This is an authentic Chinese restaurant. We had the chow mein, fried rice, orange chicken and broccoli beef. The beef was okay but not many Chinese restaurants to have great beef, the chow mein was alittle greasy for me but still good, the orange chicken had too much sauce but actually tasted better the next day for leftovers. Overall, I'll try this place again as customer service was attentive and friendly.

We've loved coming to Leo's for 14 years. Food is consistent and just the right comfort food. Lunch specials. The owners and staff are friendly.

Super Set Family Dinner includes appetizers, soo yummy!

My husband and I were looking for a nice dinner to take the kids after getting our taxes done in the center and decided to try out this spot! After perusing their drool-worthy menu we decided on the Super Set Family Dinner with Egg Flower Soup, Wonton Soup, Tofu with Mix Vegetables, Combo Hong Kong Style Pan Fried Noodle and Fish Fillet Sauteed w/Vegetable. A 5 Star worthy family-style meal that even the kids loved with plenty of leftovers! I would highly recommend this local Chinese restaurant and we'll definitely be returning to try more of their menu! Great customer service! SYOY! :-)

Decided to give this a try! Parking was not an issue, it is located in a plaza that isn't usually too busy. I decided to order the beef and broccoli combo. The waitress was super nice and respectful. For the combo I had questioned if I could do half rice and half chow mein they answered just yes. However, when it came down to the bill, It said there was a $2 charge. I truly didn't appreciate how this charge was a surprise and they could have just mentioned it upfront or at least on the menu to let others be aware. it was no issue, I paid it however please put this on the menu so it doesn't stir up any confusion!!! As for the combo, the food wasn't the best but it wasn't bad just OKAY. I felt the chow mein and fried rice was a bit bland, needed more salt and seasonings. The egg roll was kind of cold and had too much eggroll wrap but little stuffing inside. However, the main dish was the beef and broccoli! I felt this was delicious. It had fresh broccoli and the meat was tender. I loved it. The dimsum soup was SO good and warming. I loved it. Wish I could have liked everything, but still worth trying if you're trying to get a quick bite!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]small corner of the strip shopping center with lots of windows, and stark decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The banquettes need to be replaced as the seats have tears in them, but overall the place is clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Weekday lunch specials appeared to be a good deal. But, you always get what you paid for... right? We ordered the lunch specials (1 item with rice, soup and a spring roll), both requesting each dish be 'extra spicy'.... Both of our main dishes were pretty bland and definitely overcooked. Really flavorless. So, if you are looking to save money for lunch, go ahead, but if you are looking for a flavorful meal, try elsewhere.

    DRY!!! Not fresh at all.

Wanted to get duck for Christmas Day. Called in and she had to check if they still had a half duck available and responded with a yes. I was excited until I opened the dish at home. I couldn't believe they would have a customer pay nearly $20 for this. It seemed like it was old and reheated under the roaster again. It was well over cooked almost dehydrated like jerky! There was no sign of any juice whatsoever. I would have been happy if they didn't have any available instead of selling me this horrible entree of a dish. I don't like writing negative reviews but this was unacceptable especially on a special day like Christmas... smh. I know they are busy today but I was expecting better quality.

Our family stopped by Leo's Kitchen in Roseville, right after we finished our taxes in the same shopping area. From the outside, Leo's Kitchen, looked small but appearances can be deceiving. We were warmly greeted by the proprietor and were seated promptly. We ordered the family meal for three and it was amazing! We will be coming back again and again.

Expensive. Little meat and lots of vegetables. Ordered general chicken and orange chicken. Both had the same flavor. Won't go back.

There were few restaurants and no such thing as fast food. Family... We loved it because we would see my Uncle and Auntie and sit at a large round table and enjoy a great variety of dishes we shared with the whole family , of course only on special occasions. This was well before the Pandas of the world, today's fast food, take out evolution and I can't say that it's better other than the variety of Taiwan, Sichuan, Asian fusion highly creative dishes, every type of Chinese food you can think of. But stepping into Rose Garden brings back those past memories, you know the type you forgot about, until a flavor or dish you know the taste of familiarity that brings back good memories. Well ,I have to say Rose Garden is a great place to find Cantonese food at a great price with food that will remind you of family dinners. So if you're on the road to Tahoe and crave Cantonese food , this restaurant sits between the 50 and 80 freeway just outside Sacramento in Roseville. Service welcoming and fast!

Last week I was hanging out with an old friend and our furious Pokemon go playing left us seriously famished. She mentioned this spot was a favorite of hers and that they're accommodating so I said let's get it! And I could see clearly why it's a favorite. Accommodating they absolutely were. I felt comfortable ordering what I actually wanted. We chose a booth in the corner and got to work looking over the menu. Sometimes I worry about asking a lot of questions of the server, but I didn't need to worry at all here. Jenna told the server I was vegetarian and from then on she would tell me which things I could have or could be made to order vegetarian. They have a combo dinner plate that I was allowed to make substitutions on since there were no meatless options for the combo plate on the menu. Some places don't let you do this. I ordered the vegetable medley with tofu added, veggie chow mein as the side, plus egg roll, and a cup of wonton soup without the wontons. I know that sounds weird and I wouldn't have ordered it but we also wanted a big bowl of veggie hot n sour and the server offered to do a cup of the wonton soup broth with the greens "so I could try it." (Jenna also had said I must try it and I have trusted her with my life since 2002.) When I say this alone was fantastic I'm not lying. The broth was so delicious. (Spinach and green onions were also in there soaking up the broth.) So too was the hot n sour soup. Yummmm. They won't give you a cup of it without meat but they'll make you a big bowl to order without so that's cool. My tofu and mixed vegetables was fire. The tofu wasn't too soft, and they had bamboo and water chestnuts in the medley, my favorites. Plus mushrooms and broccoli. Not as excited for squash and carrots but they hold flavors well so. I never know what I'm getting with the mixed veggies at Chinese food spots, so it's always a fun surprise to see. Don't sleep on the chow mein. It was so flippin tasty. Best I've had in a long time. Reminded me of the chow mein at my old favorite, Twin Dragon in Auburn, where I suggested we go but we decided was too far. I'm so glad we came here instead though! This place had great friendly vibes. Lots of tables and booths, busy until around the time we were done which happened to be closing time whoops. We can talk for ages and we did order a lot of food! I had enough leftovers for two meals, easy. It's a nice restaurant too, very beautifully decorated. I highly recommend coming in here for some delicious Chinese food. That combo plate I was talking about was $16 for entree, side, egg roll, and a cup of soup. My tofu sub was a couple bucks on top of it. The big bowl of soup was $11 and enough for four people. Value! Taste! Ambiance! Friendship! Oh yeah. Vegan Corner: you would need to ask but our server was so friendly explaining what can be made to order that I imagine vegan is possible Parking: busy lot with some tight spaces and terrible drivers, so typical Roseville Bathroom Report: the tiniest bit janky, but clean is what we like

I was very disappointed in the amount of chicken in their chicken salad as it was very fine shreds mixed in, probably less than a tablespoon if I had to guess. Mostly lettuce and veggies. The soup was good and our server was attentive. My husband ordered Korean barbequed pork over a large bed of thick noodles. In fact, there were much more noodles than meat which was very disappointing, for the price. This place is very upscale, even giving diners large handled paper bags with their restaurant logo printed on them to take home their leftovers or to-go orders. For the uppity price, I'd rather spend our money on better quality, larger amount of ingredients in dishes and more value for our bucks.

As a Taiwanese person, I was very curious and intrigued by the Indo-Chinese dishes on the menu. The shop was quiet and clean, there was only one other family there during our lunch. So we got seated and placed our order right away. There were several large screen TVs in the dining area playing various shows. One was displaying beautiful sceanaries from the Himalayas and that captured my attention for the longest time. Soon our food came. We ordered the steamed Chicken Momos, the Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Naan and they all looked very good. We liked the curry, and the momos were fun to eat. It's a bit different but also very similiar to a Chinese bao. The Momo has much thiner skin and the filling tasted slightly different from a plain meat bao. To me, it feels kinda like a larger version of a soup dumpling without the pool of the broth inside. Needless to say, I found myself studying the momos while stuffing them into my mouth as they were quite delicious and easy to eat. Oveall, we were very glad we gave Everest Chilli Pepper a try as we enjoy the food and would like to try more Indo-Chinese dishes on our next visit.
