Solid Chinese restaurant!. Been eating here for years, still haven't tried everything. Not once a bad meal. I'm quite partial to the Mongolian Beef (and onions) and my wife often orders the house special combo noodle soup (an everything but the kitchen sink soup). We know the proprietor (Steve) and most of the staff by name now. read more

I'm not sure what to think of this place but OVERALL my review is based on food, ambiance, cleanliness and customer service. Right when we walked in, we were not welcomed or greeted. Two of employees were prepping for eggrolls in the dining room area where i'm assuming customers would sit. They had no gloves on or aprons or hair nets. They just stared at us as another employee came, asked us how many and directed us to our table. Customer service is big in my book, i'm not asking for a full on conversation but a "hello" and a smile goes a long way. We ordered a couple combo plates of general chicken and sweet & sour chicken which came with decent portions or rice/noodle, an eggroll, crab rangoon and side of salad/soup. We also ordered an ala carte shrimp fried rice and combo house noodle soup. Food was good, reminded us of a chinese restaurant back home. Mind you were in just in town for a bball tournament and wanted to grab lunch to hold us over until dinner. read more

Husband was craving hot and sour soup he hasn't been feeling well. We took our order home to eat it. It was still hot and ready to eat when we finally got home. He had the General Chicken and chow mein noodles. I had the Honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. We usually get the combination dinner. It also comes with two egg rolls and two crab Rangoons. Both very crispy and yummy! read more

I wrote a previous review criticizing their inclusion of American style frozen mini peas and carrots in traditional genuine Chinese dishes including Wor Won Ton which no other true Chinese restaurants, I have ever patronized have ever included except for low budget fried rice and chow mein, both which I rarely order anyway. And I did frown on how overly fried were a previous order of egg rolls. But this place serves a very enjoyable and generous plate of Peking duck with delicious accompaniments, enough for either two servings. I admit to having lower expectations but the duck is in-house cooked, seasoned just enough to both retain tender texture and maximize duck meat flavor plus a crispy skin without a tough chewy texture. I've had Peking ducks, even in San Francisco area, where the crispy exterior is like trying to shred leather. So for us duck eating lovers, I would and will order duck again at this place. Roast duck is another option but, of course, it has different seasoning and flavor profile. read more

So good place they have very good customer service and they have very good food you can come and visit me happy

3.5 stars for me. This is an authentic Chinese restaurant. We had the chow mein, fried rice, orange chicken and broccoli beef. The beef was okay but not many Chinese restaurants to have great beef, the chow mein was alittle greasy for me but still good, the orange chicken had too much sauce but actually tasted better the next day for leftovers. Overall, I'll try this place again as customer service was attentive and friendly. read more

We are fairly certain the people serving this food have never actually tasted it. They must be kidding. What a disappointment. $90 down the drain. Oh! And the waitress was unfriendly. read more

My husband and I were looking for a nice dinner to take the kids after getting our taxes done in the center and decided to try out this spot! After perusing their drool-worthy menu we decided on the Super Set Family Dinner with Egg Flower Soup, Wonton Soup, Tofu with Mix Vegetables, Combo Hong Kong Style Pan Fried Noodle and Fish Fillet Sauteed w/Vegetable. A 5 Star worthy family-style meal that even the kids loved with plenty of leftovers! I would highly recommend this local Chinese restaurant and we'll definitely be returning to try more of their menu! Great customer service! SYOY! :-) read more

Decided to give this a try! Parking was not an issue, it is located in a plaza that isn't usually too busy. I decided to order the beef and broccoli combo. The waitress was super nice and respectful. For the combo I had questioned if I could do half rice and half chow mein they answered just yes. However, when it came down to the bill, It said there was a $2 charge. I truly didn't appreciate how this charge was a surprise and they could have just mentioned it upfront or at least on the menu to let others be aware. it was no issue, I paid it however please put this on the menu so it doesn't stir up any confusion!!! As for the combo, the food wasn't the best but it wasn't bad just OKAY. I felt the chow mein and fried rice was a bit bland, needed more salt and seasonings. The egg roll was kind of cold and had too much eggroll wrap but little stuffing inside. However, the main dish was the beef and broccoli! I felt this was delicious. It had fresh broccoli and the meat was tender. I loved it. The dimsum soup was SO good and warming. I loved it. Wish I could have liked everything, but still worth trying if you're trying to get a quick bite! read more

small corner of the strip shopping center with lots of windows, and stark decor. The banquettes need to be replaced as the seats have tears in them, but overall the place is clean. Weekday lunch specials appeared to be a good deal. But, you always get what you paid for... right? We ordered the lunch specials (1 item with rice, soup and a spring roll), both requesting each dish be 'extra spicy'.... Both of our main dishes were pretty bland and definitely overcooked. Really flavorless. So, if you are looking to save money for lunch, go ahead, but if you are looking for a flavorful meal, try elsewhere. read more

Wanted to get duck for Christmas Day. Called in and she had to check if they still had a half duck available and responded with a yes. I was excited until I opened the dish at home. I couldn't believe they would have a customer pay nearly $20 for this. It seemed like it was old and reheated under the roaster again. It was well over cooked almost dehydrated like jerky! There was no sign of any juice whatsoever. I would have been happy if they didn't have any available instead of selling me this horrible entree of a dish. I don't like writing negative reviews but this was unacceptable especially on a special day like Christmas... smh. I know they are busy today but I was expecting better quality. read more

This is our go to spot for chinese take out for a few years now. We have also eaten in once. The restaurant is clean which is extremely important for me. The staff is so nice. The female manager there is always very kind and welcoming and when we ate there she did visit our table which i thought was nice. My husband typically orders the Curry and says its good. I like the rice noodles or mushroom chicken. The food is fresh, abundantly served and I've never had anything I didnt like there. When we ate in, our server did box up my leftovers for me and I did liked that. Prices are a little bit high for chinese food but its fresh and good and one entree is really large enough for 2. So its worth it. read more

Our family stopped by Leo's Kitchen in Roseville, right after we finished our taxes in the same shopping area. From the outside, Leo's Kitchen, looked small but appearances can be deceiving. We were warmly greeted by the proprietor and were seated promptly. We ordered the family meal for three and it was amazing! We will be coming back again and again. read more

Very good food. Had the Peking duck and hot and sour eggplant. Both yummy and done right.

Expensive. Little meat and lots of vegetables. Ordered general chicken and orange chicken. Both had the same flavor. Won't go back.

Straight up trash. Ordered roast duck noodle soup and it was $18 for a small, I mean SMALL ass bowl and the duck was jerky tough duck. Previously frozen then boiled to order. I can get a $14 bowl of pho, up the street with 2 -3 times the amount of food. Absolute deal breaker, they charged 4.50 for hot tea. It's a .05 teabag. 900% mark up. I've NEVER been charged for hot tea at a CHINESE restaurant, EVER. I'm Asian, eaten at 200 different Chinese restaurants at a minimum. Bottom 10% as far as Chinese food goes See my face, you'll never see it in this restaurant again. read more

Terrible. We thought we give this place a second chance and ordered the wet beef chowfun. A few months ago, our first time, we ordered the dry chowfun to go and it was awful...no taste. Wish they had a website! Amazing Chinese food. Dismal to look at (the restaurant) but they can really cook! The best EGO FOO YOUNG in the SAC area. The best Mu-Shu Pork in years . Oh that plum sauce. Sauces and sides are cheap and way too small. Order gravy (extra) if needed. Plum sauce is so minimal in size. Order extra. It's needed to bring out the fabulous taste in their Mu Shu Pork. read more

Sorry, but I don't see why the good reviews here. Mongolian Beef was salty. House Chow Mein was too oily. Honey Walnut Shrimp was battered and over done. It didn't looked like Honey Walnut Shrimp that I am used to; this was fried in panko with old oil that made it turn brown. Orange Chicken was ok at best. They included an order of rice at no charge. Portion size was small and all this barely was enough for four people. Four dishes cost $75! We considered ordering online but it directs you to door dash, which is more so we went directly to the restaurant. Order was ready in 15 mins. Will not be going back. read more

My dad and I go here all the time! Food is good but it's a hit or miss.. Sometimes we would get our food fresh but cold in the middle. My cousin and I went here once and found hair in the food. Went here for the second time, and this is now my favorite Chinese restaurant. The quality is amazing, and the portions are very generous. We ordered the 1st family meal and everyone enjoyed it. We placed an order on Christmas Day early in the day to pick up at 4:45 pm. We arrived at 4:40 and was told our order was not even started and it would be 20-30 min. It was cold and stormy out and we waited in the car due to the small and busy waiting area. We went inside several times to check on our order and was told something different every time. The problem being is they kept taking dash orders and didn't consider the orders placed for pick up hours or days ahead of time. They should have turned off door dash. Not a great way to spend Christmas especially when you have lots of people waiting at home. No discount or apology and we walked out an hour later. read more

This is both mine and my eldest daughter's favorite restaurant in town. Their wonton soup and potstickers are literally my favorite foods. I love to mix a bit of their sweet-and-sour sauce with the sauce they provide and dip my potstickers in it. The potstickers always have the perfect texture - soft and fluffy, but crispy on the sides. Anytime I'm not feeling well, I pick up some wonton soup and it's really soothing on my belly and really helps pep me up. Inside the restaurant is very nice. It has a calm ambiance and it's the perfect place to go and relax and have a nice peaceful lunch on a stressful day. The staff is so kind and friendly, and because it's never too busy inside you never have to chase anyone down. I love this place read more

Steven never fails to present a wonderful meal. We reserved a table for my family to share a lunar new year meal. We preordered Peking Duck to ensure we would have this special dish on New Year's. It was fantastic and we ordered a couple of extra steamed buns as there is plenty of meat. We started with sizzling rice soup which had lots of shrimp and chicken in it. Broth was great. Followed that with several plump pot stickers! The crispy walnut shrimp was so good and nice presentation to boot. Ma po tofu with minced pork hit the spot on the cool evening. Broccoli beef was tasty and plentiful. The pan fried chicken chow mein was my father in laws favorite dish and cooked to perfection: thin crispy noodles with just enough gravy topped with tons of veggies and chicken to make mixing it all up on the plate a bit challenging as there was so much. We had plenty of leftovers. read more

I'm going to upgrade my review. I really like their walnut shrimp. Litely breaded shrimp, perfectly cooked, sweet walnuts that are crunchy, just the right amount of excellent sauce.
