Even the dumplings that were under fried had good flavor. *Please be aware, which came as a shock to me, that the restaurants on that particular street are subject to a 12%to 13% percent sales tax, which was really off putting. The floor and carpeting were filthy, and I'm not even going to get into what the restrooms looked like.
