Super fun experience! I am not an avid golfer but have played a tiny bit in the past so coming here for a friend's birthday was intriguing. The facilities are huge and super modern and well decorated. It has an upscale sports bar vibe. You are greeted at the front and check in so you can be assigned a station. They have three levels and you are all hitting golf balls to a huge open field with different color flags and sections varying in level of difficulty. Each station has a table, your tee off and a screen that shows how far your shot went, keeps score, etc. I can describe this a hybrid between bowling and golf. They have music playing and tv screens making it very lively and a fun atmosphere. They have a full menu with delicious food again geared towards the upscale sports bar vibe. Off rip this place is amazing?! It's not just for golfers, it's for family's and people who have no athlete abilities at all. It's truly is a great place to spend sometime with family and friends. Entertaining for everyone, the view is great and the later it gets the better the view gets. The field lights up and sometimes the it starts going crazy with the music being played. Very cool that they are synced. Services are really good and smooth. You make the line and see when the next bay is available. Normally everyone wants the second or third floor. So there is ALWAYS a wait time for those. They put me on the wait list and gave me a call to tell me that my bay was ready. ( I got the third floor). There are bars on every floor which is convenient and if going to the bar is to much there will be a server at your bay ready to take your order. Food is delicious, it's well priced and comes out pretty quickly and hot. The drinks are great and pretty fun to try. For Golfing purpose they have a different game for everyone, if your really good go ahead and try the more harder games involving hitting certain targets. But either way the most common game is Top score. If you are lefty just let the server know and they will bring you a set of lefty clubs NO CHARGE. Definitely a place I'll come back to very a fun time. Side note- if you have never been before you have to get a 5$ account that is for your lifetime. One time fee. After that you can play when and you can split the play with your friends. 6 people can play at a time. 8 people can sit at the bay. Let me start by saying atmosphere was great. The look was updated and had a bar feel. Lots of TVs and fans to keep you cool.the sangria was horrible I will not recommend it had to send it back and get beer.I was scared to order another drink. The fries was great and the chips and guacamole was great. The guacamole was fresh real avacado and the salsa was good too. The wings were not good. The salad was a regular salad nothing spectacular. Our waiter was great showed me how to hold the golf club and showed me how to swing. I thought that was nice of him great customer service. Since COVID, things have changed a bit at Top Gold but one thing that hasn't is the food! We had a great waitress of which I didn't catch her name but she checked up on us constantly and made sure we always had a drink in our hand lol. You are only allowed to have 6 people at a bay but they let us slide by with 7. They are really adamant about you hanging out at the bays only if you keep the games going. If you do not renew for another hour, you have to move into the "game room" area where they have pool and stuff. Never a bad time at Top Golf! They continue to be as busy as ever even during the pandemic. They have plexi glass dividing each bay for extra protection of their customers. Finally made it out here!!!! My BF has this golf game app on his phone that he's really into so when his friends called us to come join them, he was so ready to test his skills,LOL. Driving up looked so cool. We came at night so the place was so bright with all the neon lights. There is a lot of parking and they even provide golf cart shuttles. But the place is so close unless your that lazy, it's not needed. Our friends were already inside on the second floor but we chose to look around real quick. As soon as you walk in there's so much action going on. Downstairs they had pool tables and a foodball soccer game along with some tv's. The first floor was also available to play golf. On the main entrance floor they had a bar with more tv's along with restrooms. They also had items for purchase and a hostess to help guide you. Our game was on the second floor. I love how at the top of the stairs there was a seating area that looled available.to have a small open private event. Once we got to our table I loved the openness. It's cool cause you have your own private section complete with a flatscreen and a scoreboard to keep track of who is kicking ass. I'm not a golfer and it was the boys and I and I know not to get involved when it comes to testosterone so I let them play and I just watched and had some beers. It was so cool seeing the neon spots on the grass. I was told there all shots to aim to to get ppints and if you hit the back net it's the most points. We all got a little hungry so we ordered burgers(that came with crispy tots), nachos, and regular and boneless wings, and pork sliders. We also had some Heineken's and Guinness to help wash it all down. To play we all chipped in which was reasonable but you have to pay a one time membership fee but that's only $5. If you want to add players, that's not a problem, your waitress can hook that up for you real quick. As I watched everone play with the numerous types of golf clubs they provided I noticed how this was a serious game,but still fun. I laughed as my group all challenged eachother. My BF started a little off and his boys cracked jokes but at the end of our session he kicked everyone's ass. Noone was laughing then but I. LOL!!! This place is great fun and great service. I've been to this TopGolf several times now, and I've never had a bad experience. So this Fathers Day I wanted to spend it here with my family. The plan was to go as soon as they open and I figured I didn't need to make reservations, I was wrong. Apparently they were full with reservations, and at first the guy behind the counter didn't even want to look to see if there was a bay available for us to play for even just an hour, he just wanted to dismiss us and have us figure out other plans. Keep in mind, we did show up at 9am and the place was empty, so the reservations must've been for 10 - 10:30am. Thankfully there was another woman working the check in counter, I can only assume she was the manager because she was wearing a different color shirt from everyone else (red). She took the time to figure out just how many walk ins they could take and how much time they could be in a bay without messing with the reservations. Thanks to her, my family and I were able to have fun and enjoy our visit yet again. She even found a bay where the reservation wasn't till 11am and we could play for the exact amount of time we wanted to. It really made our day that she was able to do that. Also, the service was on point, and we all ordered their breakfast food which was the breakfast burrito and their Chicken and biscuit both of which were delicious. I came here with a group of 14 to celebrate as a team outing in three bays. Everyone was excited to play and we received the worst service we could imagine. Our server took 45 minutes just to bring us drinks. Food came out at different times and was warm at best. I think it would of been easier and quicker to just order from the bar downstairs. For the price that is being charged, there should be great and fast service. Many of us can come back as we are local and bring friends/family, but we wouldn't want to if this is the service that can be expected. We went to Top Golf for the first time ever on a Saturday afternoon. Once you park, you climb a flight of stairs (there's an accessible ramp, too) and once you enter, there is a counter where you request a bay, similar to requesting a bowling lane. In this same area there is a large bar area and small gift shop. There are three bay levels. The third level is the most popular because of the views and had a wait so we took the second level that had no wait. Each bay (your lane) has a comfy couch and table. You also have your own set of clubs to choose from. A staff member comes to help you set up your game and take your food/drink order. Our server, Andrew, was very friendly, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything to us (and he can sing!). There is a first-time fee of $5 per player to get registered in their system. I found this a bit unnecessary but oh well. There are different types of games you can choose from. Since it was our first time, we went for the basic "Top Golf" game which was pretty simple to follow. Twenty balls per player and you try to get the ball into one of the holes. The balls have a microchip and your score is automatically recorded on the screen. We went with three kids to celebrate a birthday. Everyone had a ton of fun, even if we sucked at golf! The staff came and sang Happy Birthday (and that's how we know Andrew can sing really good). The food and drinks are fairly priced. The kids had chicken tenders and hotdogs and I had the nachos. Had a bad experience tonight in Doral top golf, night shift manager Jody kept picking at our table, they only allow 6 players at a time and the rest of my family was there watching(4 kids) not playing , after over a hour playing they come to tell us there's to many of us and either some leave or they gave the option to let me split the hour I had bought with another lane on the side yet they mentioned there was a wait time which made no sense, when our time was up they quickly came to basically kick us out.. our server was great but management didn't seem to care for customer service and read more

Was at Topgolf today for a company event and it was lots of fun. The place is very modern. Our server was great. Her name is Laura. The game is simple, get the golf ball to get in target holes with different point values. You have 20 hits. Food and beverages were good and brought to our "station". I seen this from the Turnpike as I pass by many times but had not had the chance to come in until today!! Glad I came. From the moment I walked in the greeters were very friendly and very energetic. When I arrived to my bay my bay host , Gio , was very friendly and ready to get us started with the game, food and drinks. Finally had a chance to see what all the "Topgolf" hype was about, and it did not at all disappoint! I've clearly been missing out. Given the ongoing pandemic, the location also allowed us to feel comfortable; enforcing the use of masks and having up plexiglass on each side of your bay. Each bay is limited to 6 people (not sure if this is customary or the new normal for the current situation). Most of our party were first time visitors, and by no means experienced golfers. Everyone had a blast, and agreed we would be back for another experience. The food was also good (the steakhouse burger and chicken fingers), can't go wrong with either, both are classic ale house staples. They took some time to come out, as well as the drinks, but it may have been due to the time we arrived. Definitely busier than I was expecting on a very rainy Wednesday night at 7pm. Reservations are highly encouraged, the cost per game varies by date and time. Overall a very relaxed environment for a great time among friends. read more

All my friends had said how much fun it was. The other weekend we decided to make the trip across the alley to give it a try. If you decide to go make sure you have some money saved up. They charge to make a reservation, by the hour, and of course for food. When we arrived the place was pretty busy. There were many floors , but our booth was on the first. We played a few of the games they had to offer. Each ball had a chip in it so when we hit in certain areas we would earn points. The time flew by. Fun times, great facilities, helpful staff and yummy food! A much better time than I anticipated. There are several different types of golf "games" you can play. You can select if you want to play for 30 mins, 90 mins or 120 mins. If you play a shorter game, you can select to play for another length of time. This was my first "golfing" experience overall and I have to say it was really fun! There were lots of delicious food options and the staff was really helpful. A member of our group was afraid of heights so they moved us to a 1st floor bay without issue. We saw all ages of people playing and enjoying themselves and they host parties here too! Best option is to reserve a bay online, so we didn't have to wait (it was a Saturday night). Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they charge a $50 fee to reserve a bay (a little pricey to me). As a fairly active south Floridian, I love sports. I love watching them. I hate watching golf though. But everyone knows playing the game makes it infinitely way more fun. Back to hating on golf, I didn't see what was so great about it. Swinging to hit a ball over a couple hundred yards? Yeah, big deal, baseball probably did that first (A quick google search led me to learn that golf originated in 15th century Scotland, beating baseball by a couple hundred years). Anyways, I grew up playing little league okay? I know how to swing a bat and that's way heavier than a driver or putter. Oh, and this ball is just sitting there. I'm used to hitting MOVING targets. Easy peasy. I don't know about you, but there's nothing like being humbled. Holy in one moley, did I suck. Like flat out completely miss the ball or hit it in such a way, that it would ricochet straight into the air, land a foot or five away, and slowly rim over the platform. But even though my swing rivals that of Charles Barkley and needs major work, it caught me by surprise as to how much I was enjoying myself. Each station can hold 6 people, so grab a group of friends and get acquainted with these type of clubs. Normally, when you go to a place that is not food oriented such as a bowling alley or a batting cage, the food tends to be mediocre at best. Not at Topgolf. They definitely hold a standard to all facets of their locale. The dining, entertainment and drinking all exceed satisfactory marks from this guy. The only annoying part is the length of time it takes to get a game going. You have to buy a card to become a lifetime member so make sure you hold on to that for future visits. They also have to give you a brief orientation of how to use the equipment at the station. But the field, along with the architecture of the building caters to the eye aesthetically. So bust out your camera and show your IG followers the best Boomerang you have in you. Just try not to be the worst one on the green. read more

Had a great time at Top Golf a couple Friday's ago. If you're not a golfer like myself, prepare to make a fool of yourself! I must have missed the ball about 5 times The venue is nice, they have three floors you can golf off of and a bar with a pro shop inside. If you've never been before you need to purchase a membership card for $5 and then it's $40 per game for your party. I thought It would be more crowded than it was so that was a plus. The food was better than I anticipated for this venue which was great! We ordered a flat bread, burger, boneless chicken wings and nachos. I was invited by my sister to this place . I went to the Top Golf in the Doral. I was having so much fun I forgot to take pictures . So sorry Yelp. I'm not into golf but this is definitely a hipster place that everyone including children can enjoy. Although I don't recommend for toddlers due to you golfing from a second story open floor. The waiters were great! I want to compliment Brian Santana who wasn't our waiter and made sure we had water and switched our left hand clubs to right hand . Helped us out because were a bit confused about how everything worked out . Also Ricky was awesome , friendly and extremely helpful and attentive . I loved how the waiters worked together and ensured customers are satisfied. The food was very good , tasted like high end restaurant food . We had an event with 3 bays reserved. The first interaction we had with the manager was that we hadn't started playing at the reserved bays, so we went and started playing, then again shortly after we had too many people at the bay so we moved to another bay, then again shortly after we were too many people at a bay... the time we had was short lived as we were harassed most of the evening.. the manager told us he opened the outside seating area for us.. so everyone moved from the bays to the outside area so we wouldn't get harassed anymore.. we still had over an hr left of play time but no one wanted to stay and get harassed at the bay. I spoke to the manager on a few occasions and advised him that we were harassed so much that no-one felt comfortable staying in the bay to play. He proceeded to say I have my parameters that I need to follow... I have been to top golf on many occasions and I've seen bays stuffed with people, I've never seen anyone get harassed as much as we were yesterday. This is not how a paying group of people who in total spent close to 1k should be treated. I will not recommend nor return to this top golf as this is not the customer experience anyone should have. You should not be paying hard earned money to be harassed by staff. If we wanted an outdoor seating area we could have went to any of the many bars in the area. read more

From the golf cart driver, valet, and servers they made this experience even better. The concept of combining a golfing range with the scoring system of bowling with mini golf. You have different games you can play like the classic where you just shoot into the target area and you get scored. The farther you go the better. Then there's there's one game where you have to go in order of level of difficulty so red first then yellow and so on. When we got there there were a lot of people and I was surprised we got a bay (your assigned golf spot) right away. Apparently the second and third floors get full the fastest and are usually preferred by families from what the checkin told us but the first floor was nice. This experience ended up being very disappointing. We were visiting Miami, and decided to stop in for a fun evening since we are regulars at Top Golf back at home. I used the app to place our names on the waitlist, and the app said our bay would be ready between 7:10-7:45, and we started heading there. At 6:28, I received a text saying our bay would be ready in 15 minutes, and we were sitting in bumper to bumper traffic. At 6:30, I received another text asking to let us know when we arrived, and I responded at 7:04. At 7:15, the text told us that our bay would be ready. We went to the front desk and were told that since we didn't respond within 15 minutes, our bay had been given to someone else; although initially the app told us between 7:10-7:45, and we arrived at 7:04. We ended up getting our bay past 8:30 because other folks had extended their time. However, the front end manager Nelson did a great job of keeping us updated as to what was going on. We played for an hour and then extended for 30 minutes. The server took a bit a longer than expected, and some of our food was cold. In their defense, it was unseasonably cold in Miami. It also took quite a while to get refills on drinks. Things went really downhill as our extended time started to come to a close. The server asked if we wanted to close out our tab because we had five minutes left on the clock. I asked him to bring the check and a soda refill. He returned with seconds to spare, and there was a female manager that came over with the busboy, and she said, "You need to leave. There are people waiting for the table." The busboy started to clear and spray the table while we were still sitting there trying to move with my 80 yo aunt and an infant. We were not finished with the food, the server had just set down my refill, and there was 10 seconds still left on our time. I was furious, and explained to the manager that it was the first and last time I would visit. They literally kicked us out while we still had time on the clock. Absolutely worst customer service we've ever had at a Top Golf, or any establishment. read more

Food is good, but drinks and service lack. We had a table at the rooftop and got our main entrees before getting napkins. We had to ask for straws, one of our meals was brought after everyone was done eating. You could tell The waiter was frustrated not having proper support and even commented that our late meal was delivered to the wrong table and had to be done again. My first time ever playing golf actually. First off the property is beautiful, great for pictures and to just enjoy the view. Second, the staff was all incredible! Very enthusiastic, attentive, helpful, caring you name it! I feel there's very few places in Miami you can receive such genuine customer service. From the moment we got there we were being pressured with the time, telling us that the last order was 1 hour before the time was up...seriously!!! They gave us the bill like 10 minutes before we had to leave while in the middle of cutting my sons cake. What lack of respect and courtesy. Definitely will not be coming back here. Topgolf is a family fun venue for all ages. If you are going on a weekend, try to make a reservation as it gets very busy. Walk ups are welcome. Bar has a wide variety of cocktails. Nonetheless the place is great, clean and very easy to get around. It does gets packed on the weekends and if you have time go on Tuesdays where you get half off for the games.
