The French fries were a pleasant surprise very flavorful and it had the right texture of crunchy exterior and chewy interior. So we watched the Bills lose to the Broncos here today. We had Melany for our server and she took excellent care of us! We enjoyed extra crispy Buffalo Mild wings, onion rings, mozzarella sticks & a chicken salad. Add a couple of beers to our meal and it was a fun evening on the patio. The only downside to this location is that the music from the stage in front of Buffali Wild Wings blares Latin music at the loudest decibel! It made it impossible to talk to each other without shouting. The inside of the bar smelled nasty. Lastly, the TVs we were watching had the channels changed during the last 30 seconds of the game we were watching! That really sucked! I'm honestly shocked by the experience we had at Buffalo Wild Wings. We arrived with a group of 7 and were quoted a 15-minute wait. After 30 minutes, we checked back in and were told "any minute now." An entire hour passed, and there was no updates, no explanation so we left. While waiting, we decided to grab drinks at the bar. We stood there for about 20 minutes without a single acknowledgment. When we finally did get help, the female bartender was rude and visibly annoyed, especially after we politely corrected a drink that was made incorrectly according to the menu. The attitude was completely unnecessary. Trying to give it one more chance, we returned later and were told our server was "on the way." The restaurant was not busy at all, yet another 30 minutes passed. We asked for our server, waited again, and ultimately left after about 45 minutes without being served. There did not appear to be any manager on duty, or if there was, they were completely disengaged. I work in the service industry and I am not someone who complains, but this experience was unacceptable across the board..poor communication, lack of basic acknowledgment, and unprofessional behavior. This Buffalo Wild Wings is located in Dolphin Mall. They have a lot of competing restaurants around but since I came here on a Tuesday, I wanted to see if they still have the Tuesday wing deals. This time around, it's BOGO wings which is a pretty decent deal. They're for the traditional wings, which are my fav, so I had to eat here. BWW is known for their slow and lackluster service. Sincerely don't know if that is the intention of every BWW but, across the board, that's what it usually is. This one is no exception, but did actually exceeds my very low expectations. Things were still on the slow side (maybe it's how they make their wings or not being staffed enough) but RJ was such a joy to have as our server. I got the Caribbean Jerk, which is my favorite wing flavor and it didn't disappoint. This with the fries are some of my favorite sports bar foods across all big restaurant chains. Good morning Buffalo Wild Wings, My wife and I came to watch UFC 324, fully hyped because we love the UFC and usually enjoy BWW. We expected a great fight night. That menu is a LIAR. * First drink tasted like straight strawberry juice. No tequila. None. Zero. Not even a whisper. I've had cough syrup with more kick. * The "spicy margarita" had NO spice and NO margarita flavor. Just straight DOODOO in a glass. * Then we ordered pineapple tequilas and received water mixed with pineapple juice. That wasn't a cocktail--that was hydration. At no point did we feel alcohol. At no point did we feel joy. THE FOOD (Straight-Up Disrespect) We ordered mozzarella sticks and a 20-piece wing combo. * The mozzarella sticks were stale with NO cheese pull. ZERO. If there's no cheese pull, just call them fried sadness sticks. * The wings were burnt beyond recognition, dry as the Sahara, and had NO MEAT. I've seen more chicken on a wishbone. These wings looked like they already lost a fight. THE SERVICE (OR LACK THEREOF) We asked for napkins. NAPKINS. Apparently that was the hardest request of the night because we didn't receive them until JUSTIN GAETHJE WON THE FIGHT. So what were we supposed to do? I'm honestly embarrassed that I'm even updating my review from 5 stars to 0 if I could. It really shows that no matter how big a chain restaurant is and how amazing their promotions are, the staff of each location will either make or break your experience. After seeing so many tik tok videos about the 6 for $19.99 I decided to call this location and make sure they were taking part in that promotion, which they assured they were. After arriving, there was no one in the front desk assisting to be seated so we proceeded to the bar area like we always do and sat in a high top. For a Saturday, it wasn't busy. There was a bartender and server in the section we were in and there were maybe 2-3 tables being attended. After probably 10 minutes of sitting down and not being acknowledged at all, I said "excuse me" to the bartender who had walked past me around 3 times at this point, and he literally kept walking and ignored me. Like not by mistake at all, blatantly ignored me. Side note: I've come here before and witnessed this same bartender treating people in the bar so bad, he is so rude and disgusting. He's a tall, skinny white guy who's probably in his 30-40s. A host was walking by picking up menus and I asked her if by any chance she knew who our server would be, and she asked who sat us here and how long ago. We explained we sat ourselves as we normally do, because it's the bar area, and the other people around us, had done the same and received service already. She said either a guy or a girl would take care of us. We told her the guy had ignored us, and she said "then the girl will take care of you". She left and didn't care. A 4 top sat right next to us, and the girl who I'm assuming was supposed to be our server, went to take their order when they had been sitting there for maybe 6 minutes and we were still not being acknowledged. At this point, I kid you not we had been there for over 30 minutes. How is it possible that this place has been let go of this bad. They clearly hire anyone and the employees think they run the show. It's so shameful, because I work in the industry and I could never imagine treating someone like this, or it even being allowed. Terrible Service at Buffalo Wild Wings (Dolphin Mall, Doral, Miami) To the Management of Buffalo Wild Wings, I am writing this complaint to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the unacceptable service my daughters and I received at your Dolphin Mall location on March 23, 2025, at 9:45 PM What was supposed to be a great way to end a beautiful day turned into one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were ignored. We waited over 10 minutes for a host while multiple servers walked past us without acknowledging our presence. When I finally asked a fourth waitress if we could seat ourselves, she told me to wait for the host, who took another five minutes to arrive. Instead of seating us, he handed us menus and told us to sit wherever--completely disregarding proper service. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet every table was filthy. When our server, Nataly (N-A-T-A-L-Y), finally approached, she brought nothing but napkins--no effort to clean the table, not even a wipe. She took our drink orders, but it took another 10 minutes before she returned to take our food order. I ordered cauliflower wings with a salad, and my daughters ordered American cheeseburgers with no veggies and bacon. The burgers arrived without bacon, my cauliflower wings came before my daughters' food, and even my salad, and despite serving my food first, she provided no silverware. After waiting 15 minutes for utensils, I had to go to the bar myself to ask for them. I stood there for another five minutes while the bartender and waitress completely ignored me. They saw me standing there and didn't even ask if I needed help. After a 5-minute wait for them to help me, I asked for plastic utensils myself. This is entirely unacceptable. When the waitress finally brought my daughters' food, she had still not gotten my salad or utensils, which I had already obtained myself. She showed up 15 minutes later with my salad and utensils, without apology, acknowledgment of her mistake, or anything else. Then, as my daughters finished eating, she brought refills--after they were already done. What's the point of bringing refills when we're about to leave? That was just another example of how poorly this restaurant is run. The worst part of the experience was the way she handled the check. Despite being the only adult at the table, she asked if I was the one paying--something that should have been obvious. Then, instead of letting me write the tip on the receipt as is standard, she forced me to go with her to the register. She tried to enter the tip herself, but when she saw I was tipping $10 instead of the suggested $13 (on a $91 bill), she got visibly upset, walked away, and left me to enter it myself. That is beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable. As a waitress myself, I understand how service should work, and this was the worst service I have ever experienced. There was no attention to detail, no care for customer satisfaction, and no basic professionalism. The fact that the restaurant was nearly empty makes this even worse--there was absolutely no excuse for this level of neglect and disrespect. Your management is clearly failing, and your staff is either untrained or simply doesn't care. This location has terrible reviews for a reason, and after experiencing it firsthand, I can see why. I am demanding a response and a refund for this disgraceful experience. My daughters and I deserved a nice meal, and instead, we were treated with complete disregard. Staff is not trained on ADA (American's with disabilities act) law regarding service animals. We were asked to leave the inside because we did not have an "ID". If staff was properly trained, they would know that a "service animal registry" does not exist. What they sell online are scams. Per ADA law, establishments are only allowed to ask two questions: 1. Is the animal a service animal? (Only dogs and mini horses qualify) 2. What task is the animal trained to perform? That's it. There is no "proof". If the animal is trained & not causing a disturbance they cannot ask you to vacate the premises. It's really sad, because had the sever been nice about it instead of the insane and absolutely rude attitude I would have been happy to educate him and would have loved to stay. The manager was nice, but we chose to stay. I understand that there are a lot of fake service dogs around, but it's not hard to tell a trained service dog from a fake one.
