Beef dip

The food was amazing as always. The service on the other hand was so slow. I can understand if the place was busy but there was only a few tables and several servers. I'm very disappointed. Also, the place was almost empty yet they seated us next to another full table. My daughter never did get a drink refill. The restaurant itself was clean and what you'd expect from a BJs.

Reliable chain. Great service at this location. Food was great. Had the tri-tip and chicken combo. It was excellent. Tri-tip can be hit or miss. They prepared it perfectly - tender & flavorful.

California Club Flatbread

Pleasantly surprised with the taste of the California chicken club! At first glance it looks plain, but once you bite into it, all doubt goes away. Chicken is juicy, bacon is crispy, and avocado is fresh - 10/10! My wife had the California flatbread which was pretty good as well, and their beers were loved by everyone at the table. Server was very nice and patient. The place gets pretty packed on a Saturday night. So the amount of people makes the place very lively. You can pay your bill by scanning a QR code

The food was really good! The steak was cooked the way I like it, shrimp was scrumptious, and the asparagus, was delicious. The only issue I had was they really put too much salt on the asparagus. This location is just as good as any other location!

Sirloin steak with veggies and mashed potatoes

Came for lunch had the sirloin cause It was on special , It was a little over cooked than what I asked for so It was a bit tough but flavor was good. The veggies (broccoli) was like burnt the way they make It so It wasn't great. The dessert was my favorite part as I live their cookies they are amazing! Service was great .

Lemon pepper rub bone in chicken wings are a delicious pick. Great as is. We love a little squeeze of lemon on them.

The service is always amazing. The servers are always nice. Problem solved always if there are issues with the food. The restaurant is great for large parties and a party of two alike. It's not loud and tables are not on top of each other or cluttered. Televisions for sports events on all over restaurant and for entertainment are great so that you are not staring at your cell for broadcast. In the neighborhood. Definitely try it. Good food and friendly service.

Tri-Tip* & Baby Back Ribs with a baked potato

The food was great and the service was good There was plenty of seating available and we got sat immediately (it was six of us). We had ordered the sliders and the spinach dip as an appetizer. Both were tasty. And all the entrees came out in no time also. Everything tasted delicious!

Nothing better than watching USA kick some butt!

My recent late lunch early dinner experience at BJ's Brewhouse was truly delightful! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Cristina, whose friendly smile and welcoming demeanor set the perfect tone for our visit. Her professionalism and cheerful attitude made us feel right at home. Our waiter, Tom, provided impeccable service throughout our meal. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The breakfast itself was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Overall, the combination of excellent food and outstanding service made for a memorable dining experience. Kudos to Cristina and Tom for their exceptional hospitality! We can't wait to come back. Update on my review , had to return back to the restaurant my money clip was left in the booth I was sitting in . I would like to say Thank You to the person that found it and let it safe . Amazing

I only tried the tequenos this time around. Next time will definitely need to try some more food items. Tried the Juice Runner which is an IPA, loved it. And the Limonada Rosada which was a sour and very tasty.

What I've wanted to say about Tripping Animals is long overdue. As breweries keep sliding downhill…read moreand alcohol's cultural grip weakens, Tripping Animals keeps thriving. Not just because it makes great beer, though it does, but because it sells something harder to can: camaraderie. It gives people a place to become better friends, tighter families, and, occasionally, obnoxious but well-meaning uncles. This was the first place I visited after my COVID-era house arrest ended. That day it became a space that I, like many others, claimed as my own. Innovation has always driven Tripping Animals, and the brains behind the brand have never sat still. Plenty of breweries typecast themselves with one style and spend years chasing beer nerds, their friends, and whatever relatives they can drag along. Tripping Animals takes the better route. It welcomes everybody from kids to casual drinkers, and people from every political corner who can agree, at least briefly, that a cold beer beats trolling on Truth Social. The food program has taken a few laps around the culinary racetrack. Over the years, the brewery has hosted a mishmash of pop-ups, including Tex-Mex tacos, Texas BBQ, ramen, and raw bar concepts. These days, Trippy Kitchen leans closer to home with dishes like a Latinized Charc Board and a Parrilla Platter loaded with two cuts of steak, sausages, chicharrones, salad, and arepitas. The kitchen runs tight, so vegetarians can still navigate the menu without calling it early, while vegans are safe with a Pittsburgh Salad of veggies and fries. Trippie events push past the tired brewery playbook of long bottle-release lines and overworked food trucks sweating it out in a parking lot. Skip the Line turns hard-to-reach, viral restaurants into one-stop shops for unlimited bites. Irie Jungle does what many beer festivals only pretend to do: build communities by bringing home-brewers, collaborators ,and competitors together over their shared love of beer. Beyond that, Tripping Animals keeps stacking the calendar with art shows, comedy nights, maker's markets, run clubs, wrestling events, and more live music. Starbucks lost its soul when it stopped feeling like a third place between work and home. Tripping Animals never made that mistake. It remains a clubhouse, a melting pot, and the rare kind of institution where the pours matter, but people matter more.

We sat at the bar and he immediately asked if it was our first visit. When we said yes, he gave us an extra warm welcome and thoroughly explained all the options available. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they had Happy Hour until 10pm on a Sunday! James offered us several beers to try. Once we decided, he asked for a card to open a tab. When he saw my card, he pronounced my name correctly and introduced himself. We now know him as James the "Master Jedi" behind the bar. His knowledge, personality, and people skills are off the charts. We ordered the Padron Premium Lager, which was excellent. As an appetizer we had the fully loaded Nachos, which were very good. We also got the wings, which were delicious and came with three excellent dipping sauces: buffalo, Parmesan garlic, and sweet peppers. The place has a great vibe: 5 TVs, 2 pool tables, a basketball hoop, and plenty of board games under the register (Jenga, Buzzed, Forbidden Words, etc.). The bar also has electrical outlets and purse hooks. The restroom was quite clean, although the main hand dryer wasn't working. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Stephanie, who was very friendly. Daniela, a waitress, was fantastic too she helped efficiently behind the bar even though she wasn't the bartender. James mentioned that they clean the draft beer lines weekly, which keeps the beers tasting fresh and clean. We had a blast and didn't even plan it. No doubt about it we will definitely be back!

Their marketing team needs to step things up! So I came visited this place about 2 weeks ago to sample their collaborations with Pin Pan Pollo double fried wings. It was lit awesome amazingness!! I highly suggest it. Ok then why 2 stars? False advertising or poor marketing.. Plain and simple. I was there looking at their chalkboard calendar of upcoming events and one said Oct 4th 7pm drag show (screenshot included) Great! Awesome! I posted this to many friends to get a gathering. I arrive 6:45pm with 1 early friend and hang out at the bar while I marvel at the roped off area, the champagne in buckets and multiple reserved sign on table. They even asked me if I had a reservation! Ok im pumped for this. 7pm came and went and no drag show. And the brewery are was empty! We then waiting for our 2 late running friends while wrapping a free table. With a beer flight in tow and my own oKtoberfest beer we sat very comfy at their booth and combined tables. My 2 other friends arrived and we waited, ordered lore drinks and appetizers and pizza. We waited waited waited waited waited. At 8:10pm we asked where is the drag show and were told it's at 9pm We waited and waited and saw a DJ set up his speaker and laptop and waited waited waited waited. Now 9:30PM STILL no drag show. We waited until 9:50pm and closed our tabs and called it quits FYI they never posted the drag show 9n their Instagram account. Also, the week prior when I stopped in they never posted a Sunday studio54 theme night. Both nights were empty. Tonight only had 2 tables (ours and another neqrby) of patrons and the bar seating not very full watching the UM vs FIU football game. IMO this brewery needs to up 8ts game advertising on social media or it will die. Very abysmal.

Of all the pizza places in Miami, this one is the closest to my house. It would really have been a…read morehome run if it was my favorite, but sadly it did not make it. Not that the pizza isn't good; it just isn't great. And it is not because of the ingredients as they all tasted fresh and delicious. It is the preparation. Now let me set some foundation here. I have lived in Rhode Island where pizza is a staple. I have lived in New York and Connecticut, which, despite being neighboring states have entirely different ideas of what the perfect pizza is, and I had the good fortune of the best of both. I have lived in Massachusetts we're outside of the north end of Boston pizza is largely very mediocre and I give all this information just to tell you that I have an established standard for pizza that may differ from other peoples. My favorites come out of coal fired brick ovens. So I was pretty excited about trying Strange Beast. They use a gas fired pizza oven that reaches the same temperatures as the ones to make apizza but they make a Neapolitan pie which traditionally has a soft center whereas Apizza is baked longer to achieve a sturdy, crispy crunch. And this is the part that disappoints me. That soft center does not hold the toppings well and makes the pizza droop when you pick it up. Much like the New York pizza that you have to fold over to keep the toppings from falling off, this pizza just did not have that firmness that I love so much. And on this evening when I ordered the Swamp Thing (Mozzarella, Ricotta, Red Onion, Cherry Tomatoes, Pesto) the center actually seemed raw. Somehow, despite having all my favorite flavors, it looked beautiful on the pan, but flopped over and lost its appeal when it was picked up the flavors all in all were pretty good. The restaurant itself has a pretty cool vibe and the servers were superb. In addition to grieving great service, they were friendly and engaging. This is kind of a highlight of the restaurant. This review is based on a single experience and I will probably try it again. I may ask them to cook the pizza well done to see if it comes closer to what I like. I can't give it my highest recommendation, but I would never give it less than four stars based on even the service alone. So I will be back again an update this sometime soon.
