Went to The Tank Brewing in Doral with my boyfriend and honestly... what a hidden gem. If you're into craft beer, this place is such a solid spot. Their beer menu has a lot of variety, but this time we went for the Alone in the Dark, one of their stouts, and it was excellent -- rich, dark, smooth, with those roasted coffee and chocolate notes you want in a good stout without being too heavy. Perfect if you like darker beers and something with a fuller body. The fact that they brew everything in-house makes the whole experience even better. Food-wise, we had the Guava Manchego burger and wow... what a combo. It's made with their short rib-brisket blend, manchego cheese, and guava on a brioche bun, and somehow that sweet-and-savory balance just works perfectly. The manchego gives it that salty, nutty kick and the guava adds just enough sweetness to make it memorable. Definitely not your average burger. And the truffle fries? Absolute must. Honestly, if you order any burger here, do yourself the favor and get them. Crispy, flavorful, and the truffle takes them over the top. The vibe is super chill, very brewery-style, perfect for hanging out, catching up, and trying good beers with good food. One of those spots that feels low-key but delivers big. Definitely one of Doral's hidden gems and a place I'll keep coming back to.

Absolutely phenomenal place we ended up stopping by to kill some time before heading out for our flight. We are met by Leo and Alex who were the bartenders for the lunch hour rush. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the beers. The beef skewers were absolutely out of this world, soft and tender and very flavorful. Would definitely order again the kitchen and informed us that it would take a little bit longer than usual for the skewers so they gave us an appetizer to start with. We are ordering a flight in a couple beers and end up buying merchandise on the way out. The place was very clean. The bathroom is very clean and it wasn't too loud, but it wasn't that full. If I can give one recommendation, it would probably be to have more merchandise for people that want to rep that brewery.

Stopped by The Tank Brewing and grabbed a flight, two IPAs and two stouts. The standout for me was the Kitchen Sink IPA. If you're into IPAs, I highly recommend it, well-balanced with great flavor without being overpowering. Also tried the fish dip, which was delicious and came served with grilled sourdough bread, perfect pairing with the beer. The service at the bar was friendly and attentive.

Big open space, good service, good food items. We got two flights - mostly fruity stuff. No real standouts but they were all drinkable and would recommend and go back.

Merch wall When a brewery's merch wall looks this good, you already know the beer's legit.

TANK Brewery My New Favorite Surprise Stop I found TANK Brewery completely by accident thanks to classic 5pm Palmetto traffic (if you know, you know). But honestly? That frustration turned into one of the best discoveries I've made on my way home. As soon as you walk in, the vibe hits you warm, open, and welcoming. They greet you right at the door, and the energy feels good immediately. I headed to the bar, and that's where Daniela took over. She saw me walk up and literally came right over with a smile, handed me the drink menu, and walked me through the beers and the food like she actually cared. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. I originally wanted chicharrones, but they were out so I went for the wings. I asked how they cook them, and Daniela said the magic word: tallow. Beef tallow. That was it I was sold. And let me tell you... these wings are something else. Crispy on the outside, but the moment you bite in, the meat is soft, juicy, and full of flavor. You can taste the difference that tallow makes. It's clean, rich, and old‑school in the best way. Between the great service, the amazing vibe, and those wings cooked exactly how wings should be cooked, I'm honestly impressed. This place is a gem and I'm glad Miami traffic pushed me right into it.

This place was awesome. It was very big and spacious for everyone in our group to enjoy sometimes they had a lot of attractions such as video games, pool tables, and more to do and they also had great music which got people getting up and dancing. Their food was delicious and the service that came with the food was even better. The ladies there were very helpful and giving us advice and letting us know what was good and what was best for the drinks we had on the table. Also, their beer for me was not too bad as they had a couple that I really liked some of the other ones others liked better but for me there was a couple that I could stick to and they were really good.

Always a blast whenever we come out to The Tank! Amazing beers and amazing service. Can't beat it. Easily the most underrated brewery in Miami. Literally order every beer on the menu every time I come and they're always, clean, to style and never have any off flavors. If I could recommend one brewery to anyone coming into Miami, it would be The Tank.

Stopped in with the hubby while in Doral. We have had beers before from the Tank that we bought at our local grocery store. The location is spacious and we found a few seats at the bar. We had the mango beer and it was delicious. There were some good tunes playing and there were some food options. We had the bacon burger and the shrimp. The burger was tasty, the shrimp were ok I wasn't the biggest fan of the breading. The bartenders came by frequently to make sure our glasses remained full. We had a great time and will be back again!

Great place to check out! They had some really unique (to me at least) beers, like a no boil IPA, Cuban-American lager, and southeast IPA. Plus a wide variety of other styles--anyone can definitely find something they like! They also had wine selections. Food was pretty good, and service was top notch. Easy parking and easy to find. Not pet-friendly.

Went here last night with a group. We had a great time. The vibes inside were fun. The space was huge, and I liked the lights strung across the ceiling. The service was great. Our server was super friendly and on top of everything, as was everyone else who came to the table. Closing our tabs was easy. I ordered the Sunbrite which was the only sour beer, and it was great! For my food, I ordered the Croqueta Preparada. I don't know if maybe I didn't read the description well enough, but it was basically a pressed sandwich - not what I was expecting. It had a lot of bacon. It was tasty but a bit greasy and I thought it was just okay. I would order something else next time. Parking: ok, this influenced my star rating a lot. As others have said, there's tons of parking; however, it's in a long straight line parking lot that spans the stretch of the building which for some reason is the front of the brewery but the back of the other establishments. We met up at 7, and had to park pretty far. It took me almost 3 minutes to get from car to door, and I walk briskly. This didn't bother me; but when it came time to leave after dark, I didn't feel safe going to my car alone. There is lighting, but it's essentially walking along the backside of a long building strip. I think they could benefit hugely from a low cost valet parking. One of our friends came late and got parking right in front. I would have felt perfectly safe going to my car there. Just not down where we had to park. (I ended up staying longer than planned because of this). I will only go back if I'm driving with someone/ know I'll be leaving at the same time as someone else.

Came here to play D&D with TPK Miami and was very excited to check this place out. The venue is gigantic, with large brewing tanks on display. The selection room of beer is wide and all of them are solid. The food is great as well--lots of unique sound of Miami classics. Gotta give a shout out to my boy James who keeps everyone topped up! Awesome brewery worth the drive.

Oscar thank you for your amazing service and recommendations. Everything was amazing. When we come back we will definitely want you as our server. The food and beer is amazing but Oscar made our experience the best The ambiance is cool and so comfortable! Oscar we only want you , if you're not here we are leaving. Hehe

I celebrated my 36th birthday at the Tank and it was the best idea ever! Everyone was so welcoming from the host to the manager. I LOVE the vibe and the decor. There's 2 pool tables, a domino's table, and ever a cigar lounge. Tons of TVs to watch any games! Our server, Uber, was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and attentive! He made sure my whole party was well taken care off. He recommended some great beers, that all my friends and I loved. The Tank has a great selection of beers, over 15 choices! My ultimate favorite beers were *freedom tower-it's an American Latger. *low cal- it's a Low-Calorie Tropical Blonde Ale From the food menu, the wings, the croquetas and the fries were a hit at our table. I love how spacious all the tables were from each. Best part, there's plenty of free parking. I can't wait to come back to ;)

Biscayne Bay Brewing nails the balance between laid-back charm and elevated flavors. I started with a margarita that was surprisingly delightful--bright, balanced, and not overly sweet. It set the tone perfectly. I also sampled one of their signature beers, and it was everything you'd want from a local brew: crisp, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. For bites, we shared the fish dip and hummus--both winners. The fish dip had that smoky, briny depth that pairs beautifully with a cold drink, and the hummus was smooth, fresh, and generously portioned. The location itself is a vibe: welcoming, stylish, and perfect for catching up with friends or winding down after a long day. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Biscayne Bay Brewing is worth the stop.

Not just because it makes great beer, though it does, but because it sells something harder to can: camaraderie. It gives people a place to become better friends, tighter families, and, occasionally, obnoxious but well-meaning uncles. This was the first place I visited after my COVID-era house arrest ended. That day it became a space that I, like many others, claimed as my own. Innovation has always driven Tripping Animals, and the brains behind the brand have never sat still. Plenty of breweries typecast themselves with one style and spend years chasing beer nerds, their friends, and whatever relatives they can drag along. Tripping Animals takes the better route. It welcomes everybody from kids to casual drinkers, and people from every political corner who can agree, at least briefly, that a cold beer beats trolling on Truth Social. The food program has taken a few laps around the culinary racetrack. Over the years, the brewery has hosted a mishmash of pop-ups, including Tex-Mex tacos, Texas BBQ, ramen, and raw bar concepts. These days, Trippy Kitchen leans closer to home with dishes like a Latinized Charc Board and a Parrilla Platter loaded with two cuts of steak, sausages, chicharrones, salad, and arepitas. The kitchen runs tight, so vegetarians can still navigate the menu without calling it early, while vegans are safe with a Pittsburgh Salad of veggies and fries. Trippie events push past the tired brewery playbook of long bottle-release lines and overworked food trucks sweating it out in a parking lot. Skip the Line turns hard-to-reach, viral restaurants into one-stop shops for unlimited bites. Irie Jungle does what many beer festivals only pretend to do: build communities by bringing home-brewers, collaborators ,and competitors together over their shared love of beer. Beyond that, Tripping Animals keeps stacking the calendar with art shows, comedy nights, maker's markets, run clubs, wrestling events, and more live music. Starbucks lost its soul when it stopped feeling like a third place between work and home. Tripping Animals never made that mistake. It remains a clubhouse, a melting pot, and the rare kind of institution where the pours matter, but people matter more.
