It was our first time at The Tank Brewing Co on a Sunday (June 15, 2026). From the moment we walked in, James (our bartender) acknowledged us warmly even from a distance. We sat at the bar and he immediately asked if it was our first visit. When we said yes, he gave us an extra warm welcome and thoroughly explained all the options available. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they had Happy Hour until 10pm on a Sunday! James offered us several beers to try. Once we decided, he asked for a card to open a tab. When he saw my card, he pronounced my name correctly and introduced himself. We now know him as James the "Master Jedi" behind the bar. His knowledge, personality, and people skills are off the charts. We ordered the Padron Premium Lager, which was excellent. As an appetizer we had the fully loaded Nachos, which were very good. We also got the wings, which were delicious and came with three excellent dipping sauces: buffalo, Parmesan garlic, and sweet peppers. The place has a great vibe: 5 TVs, 2 pool tables, a basketball hoop, and plenty of board games under the register (Jenga, Buzzed, Forbidden Words, etc.). The bar also has electrical outlets and purse hooks. The restroom was quite clean, although the main hand dryer wasn't working. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Stephanie, who was very friendly. Daniela, a waitress, was fantastic too she helped efficiently behind the bar even though she wasn't the bartender. James mentioned that they clean the draft beer lines weekly, which keeps the beers tasting fresh and clean. We had a blast and didn't even plan it. My girlfriend Isabel and I stopped by yesterday after spending the afternoon at the beach, looking to cool off with a cold beer and grab a bite, and this place delivered perfectly. The service is top-notch--the guys working there are incredibly attentive and friendly. I highly recommend their 'Alone in the Dark' beer; it's my absolute favorite. Went to The Tank Brewing in Doral with my boyfriend and honestly... what a hidden gem. If you're into craft beer, this place is such a solid spot. Their beer menu has a lot of variety, but this time we went for the Alone in the Dark, one of their stouts, and it was excellent -- rich, dark, smooth, with those roasted coffee and chocolate notes you want in a good stout without being too heavy. Perfect if you like darker beers and something with a fuller body. The fact that they brew everything in-house makes the whole experience even better. Food-wise, we had the Guava Manchego burger and wow... what a combo. It's made with their short rib-brisket blend, manchego cheese, and guava on a brioche bun, and somehow that sweet-and-savory balance just works perfectly. The manchego gives it that salty, nutty kick and the guava adds just enough sweetness to make it memorable. Definitely not your average burger. And the truffle fries? Absolute must. Honestly, if you order any burger here, do yourself the favor and get them. Crispy, flavorful, and the truffle takes them over the top. The vibe is super chill, very brewery-style, perfect for hanging out, catching up, and trying good beers with good food. One of those spots that feels low-key but delivers big. Absolutely phenomenal place we ended up stopping by to kill some time before heading out for our flight. We are met by Leo and Alex who were the bartenders for the lunch hour rush. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the beers. The beef skewers were absolutely out of this world, soft and tender and very flavorful. Would definitely order again the kitchen and informed us that it would take a little bit longer than usual for the skewers so they gave us an appetizer to start with. We are ordering a flight in a couple beers and end up buying merchandise on the way out. The place was very clean. The bathroom is very clean and it wasn't too loud, but it wasn't that full. If I can give one recommendation, it would probably be to have more merchandise for people that want to rep that brewery. read more

If you're into IPAs, I highly recommend it, well-balanced with great flavor without being overpowering. TANK Brewery My New Favorite Surprise Stop I found TANK Brewery completely by accident thanks to classic 5pm Palmetto traffic (if you know, you know). But honestly? That frustration turned into one of the best discoveries I've made on my way home. As soon as you walk in, the vibe hits you warm, open, and welcoming. They greet you right at the door, and the energy feels good immediately. I headed to the bar, and that's where Daniela took over. She saw me walk up and literally came right over with a smile, handed me the drink menu, and walked me through the beers and the food like she actually cared. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. I originally wanted chicharrones, but they were out so I went for the wings. I asked how they cook them, and Daniela said the magic word: tallow. Beef tallow. That was it I was sold. And let me tell you... these wings are something else. Crispy on the outside, but the moment you bite in, the meat is soft, juicy, and full of flavor. You can taste the difference that tallow makes. It's clean, rich, and old‑school in the best way. Between the great service, the amazing vibe, and those wings cooked exactly how wings should be cooked, I'm honestly impressed. Stopped in with the hubby while in Doral. We have had beers before from the Tank that we bought at our local grocery store. The location is spacious and we found a few seats at the bar. We had the mango beer and it was delicious. There were some good tunes playing and there were some food options. We had the bacon burger and the shrimp. The burger was tasty, the shrimp were ok I wasn't the biggest fan of the breading. The bartenders came by frequently to make sure our glasses remained full. Went here last night with a group. We had a great time. The vibes inside were fun. The space was huge, and I liked the lights strung across the ceiling. The service was great. Our server was super friendly and on top of everything, as was everyone else who came to the table. Closing our tabs was easy. I ordered the Sunbrite which was the only sour beer, and it was great! For my food, I ordered the Croqueta Preparada. I don't know if maybe I didn't read the description well enough, but it was basically a pressed sandwich - not what I was expecting. It had a lot of bacon. It was tasty but a bit greasy and I thought it was just okay. I would order something else next time. Parking: ok, this influenced my star rating a lot. As others have said, there's tons of parking; however, it's in a long straight line parking lot that spans the stretch of the building which for some reason is the front of the brewery but the back of the other establishments. We met up at 7, and had to park pretty far. It took me almost 3 minutes to get from car to door, and I walk briskly. This didn't bother me; but when it came time to leave after dark, I didn't feel safe going to my car alone. There is lighting, but it's essentially walking along the backside of a long building strip. I think they could benefit hugely from a low cost valet parking. One of our friends came late and got parking right in front. I would have felt perfectly safe going to my car there. Just not down where we had to park. (I ended up staying longer than planned because of this). I will only go back if I'm driving with someone/ know I'll be leaving at the same time as someone else. read more

My husband and I love a brewery - add some cigars and my husband is in heaven. We came to The Tank with our son and some friends and had a great time. What struck me about this brewery was how big it is! It's got a huge open area with tables, tanks of beer, and a Plasencia cigar lounge that my husband and his friend snuck away to. The beer selection was pretty good and the food was delicious! I highly recommend trying el Farito beer. It was the best ipa, in my opinion, and La Playita is just classic. We had some chicken chicharrones that were so delicious my husband had to order a second round of them. The vibe was pretty chill, a little more industrial for a brewery than I'm used to, but the cigar lounge gave it a cool, intimate vibe. read more

I celebrated my 36th birthday at the Tank and it was the best idea ever! Everyone was so welcoming from the host to the manager. I LOVE the vibe and the decor. There's 2 pool tables, a domino's table, and ever a cigar lounge. Tons of TVs to watch any games! Our server, Uber, was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and attentive! He made sure my whole party was well taken care off. He recommended some great beers, that all my friends and I loved. The Tank has a great selection of beers, over 15 choices! Tha tank is a great place to bring out of towners. It captures a good corner of the 305 area. The abiant, variety of drinks and most definitely great food. I have been here perhaps three or four times. Usually the events for me to make it has been birthdays and it doesn't disappoint. They have a room to rent on the right side of the area where we have hosted a 40th birthday and it was like being in a Club and had a super time with food and drinks. Check them out for details directly. My out of towers enjoyed the pictures I posted. Best item of the night was the pincaña pincho as it was tender, salty, with veggies and pineapple intertwined. So much so that we ordered another tray to share. My least item and only due to health was the queso frito burger. Sounds unique and interesting and that's exactly what it was for me, unique for one day only in my life. This much cheese take reduce one of your nine cat's life you have left jk. I think it can make a good appetizers if cut into a few pieces, so you get meat and queese, otherwise....say your prayers. For kids, they have a couple of machines vintage like to play video games, and burgers and chicken items too. Plenty room to play including Pool table. Beers are plenty of course. Flights and cool place. My favorite was Abbey 10 Belgium style. My least favorite was a sour one due to my lack of taste on that type. No need to mention its name. But Cheers Miami. Great local brewery!!! Came here for a friend's birthday this Saturday afternoon. This was my first time here and I really enjoyed the vibe of the place. For a 2pm on Saturday it was pretty busy. The place has a few pool tables, video game consoles and TVs throughout. The location is extremely spacious and the parking is located along the limited length of this warehouse "strip mall". They have a good selection of their beers and the food was surprisingly very good. We enjoyed the croquettes, fried cheese and the tuna tostones. I tried the guava burger too and it was delicious. Next time you go for a drink, you can legitimately tell people you're going to do research. During a brewery tour I attended at The Tank, there is a bonafide lab with pippettes, bunsen burners and such. There is a whole scientific quality control process with some cool perks like tasting your product. I came to The Tank in Doral this past Sunday for a fundraiser for Light the Night. Besides helping out a very noble cause (raising money to treat pediatric cancer), our group had a great time. Besides the aforementioned tour, we had trivia which (#humblebrag) my teammates Martha, Jonathan and I won (their La Playita Pils was the prize). There was also a few rounds of bingo, which I didn't get to finish, as well as pool table. You can also find some TV's to catch the game. Besides the aforementoned La Playa, I sampled their 6.2% wheat Saisson "La Finca", with its Citrus blend and also tried their "LoCa" (Low Calorie) beer. I stayed with their full hearted brews though, because eveyone knows that weekend calories don't count. Food consisted of their guava & manchego smash burger, wings & truffle fries. The truffle seasoning was subtle but delish and the wings a yummy mix of spicy and sweet bbq. My burger was delicious with the blend of manchego and sweet guava, and the meat patty juicy. I would have wanted to see a little less pink though (maybe closer to medium next time please)? Huge thanks to the crew at the Tank for hosting this fundraiser, and tasty way to ease back into the workweek. read more

I originally heard about Tank Brewing at a wine and food event at the Ft. Lauderdale Museum of Discovery & Science. I remembered the person working the table was SO friendly, so I was excited to try this place out while I was in the Doral area. This is such a cool place! It's huge, and would be a fun place for a group event. They had football on the TV, a pool table, and just a really good atmosphere. Our server and the manager were both super friendly and accommodating. Loved the beers. I had "El Farito" and would definitely order another next time! I also got the potato wedges, and they were sooo good. Salty, seasoned, hot, and delicious. I keep joking that I'm going to drive to Tank from FtL just for more potato wedges. Ha! S didn't love the BBQ pulled pork sandwich, so maybe skip that and order 8 servings of potato wedges instead. Definitely recommend trying this place out. Yes to everything this brewery creates! I've been fortunate enough to try a bunch of their brews and none have disappointed. La Finca, Playita and Freedom Tower are core beers and musts when you find their cans in the grocery store or liquor store and/or visit the tap room. Each has its distinct style and flavor but are equally satisfying to drink. The El Farito gives you that great hop aroma without being overly heavy. My new go to may be the Lo-Ca, since I had 2 cans of it without being able to get over the fact that it's a low calorie blonde ale. It has really good flavor and sets itself apart from any other reduced calorie beer! They let you try any beer that you're interested in at the bar before going for a full glass. The taproom is spacious and allows for the chillest of times, with several screens airing games of the day and a couple pool tables if you want to play against tour friends, or people you're going to become friends with. They even have a cigar lounge thanks to their owner and his cigar distributing family. People can choose a cigar from a well lit cigar store, light up and relax on leather couches while playing dominoes and watching the game. The cigar lounge is so well sealed off from the taproom that you wouldn't smell and know it's there until someone points it out to you. They also have a full bar menu, and let me tell you, after my friends and I had most of the appetizers, we can say that you don't need to go elsewhere for food while you're enjoying their libations. By the way, they also have red and white wines and can make a mocktail upon request. There's pretty much something for everyone! The pork belly appetizer is very tender and soy tastic, with the bold and simple whole green onion garnish being the best accompaniment. The wings were large and crispy, which meant 1 or 2 of them was very satisfying after dipping into the homemade buffalo sauce. We even tried the double chocolate cake which was truly like biting into fudge truffle with dense chocolate sponge. It actually went well with beer haha! I for one am enchanted with Chef's buffalo sauce. TANK should bottle up all that goodness and sell it!!
