The volume kind of took away from the experience, but I have to credit the staff with reducing it upon request. Beers are tasty and you'll enjoy their menu. Unseen Creatures boasts a heritage around wild ales, and local terroir, yet it currently pours only two: a mildly tart saison and a fruit-forward Berliner. The branding talks like barrel-aged farmhouse philosophy, but the tap list walks in with beach-ready chancletas. If the name matched the products, Unseen Creatures Hard Seltzery might fit better, since buzzy bubble water seems to be the most common style on offer. Beyond the seltzers, the board leans on a rotating lineup of lagers, IPAs, and amber drafts, with a heavy presence from Prison Pals, a local contract-brewery. Half the to-go cans also come from Prison Pals, and the staff, management, and menu carry a strong Argentinian identity. At this point, Unseen Creatures feels less like a wild-ale temple and more like the spiritual revival of the old Prison Pals operation in Doral. My first visit started with an Uber Eats BOGO order, but only half the meal was ready. Rather than hover like rabid raccoons, we grabbed beers and waited. Then the moral crisis arrived: let the perfectly smashed burgers cool, or eat them while at their best. Five minutes passed, and we chose the latter. That decision sent the manager into referee mode. Had he carried a whistle, he would have blown it. Had he kept cards in his pocket, he'd have flashed us a pair of reds. Apparently, the smashburger BOGO applied outside but not inside. Fair enough, but if the fries had come out on time, we never would have spent money at the bar in the first place... That said, the Bodeo Burger slapped: two smash patties, a sunny-side-up egg, and a brioche-style bun. In a city currently under siege by smashburgers, this one still earned a clean 10 out of 10. When I asked for the check, the screen showed extra tip options of +3%, +5%, or +7%. I looked at it like I had just caught a street magician palming my watch. Apparently, some banter and snug-fitting yoga pants had earned her a healthy self-applied tip. Usually, I go back one screen and adjust the number based on the severity of the sneak attack, but I let it ride. We all have dreams, bills, and maybe health-wellness coaching certifications to fund. Unseen Creatures pours solid beers and boasts a killer kitchen, but the brewery still needs to decide whether it wants to be a wild-ale house, Prison Pals reboot, or a haven for hard-seltzerists. read more

Came here with some friends and loved the place right away. We got super lucky with parking since it can be a pain. Someone was leaving as we got in. There IS a QR code near the parking entrance with details on where to park but since we got lucky didn't look at it. The place is small but utilizes its outside space very well to add space. We went during an art event so the outdoor space didn't just have seating but vendors showcasing their art. Inside there's typical bar seating as well as couches more towards the back. There is a pool table place in the middle of some tables which is odd placing but as long as you're not serious about your pool playing, it doesn't matter. There's a stage for bands which we got to catch one before leaving. The way it worked for ordering food and drinks is you order at the bar. Drinks you get right away and you can put it on a tab or pay right away. Food you get one of those vibration keepers and once its ready you go outside to the food truck where the food is made. Service there is super nice FYI. Didn't matter who at the bar I talked to, everyone was cool. I didn't get pictures of the food but I got wings and they were delicious! I also stole some fries from my girlfriend and they were good. The sound for the band seems decent but its definitely meant for bands you bob your head to and not for moshing or anything like that due to the small space. I really liked this brewery a lot! There was a really nice mix of people from regulars, to business men, to guys hanging out, to families. The vibe was very chill with a pool table, 3 pinball machines, some couches where people literally kicked their feet up with a beer in hand, and some tables and high tops. The bartender Cesar was extremely kind and excited to talk about the different beers and food and events that go on at the brewery. We really hit it off with him and enjoyed his company. I had the Bird Road beer and it was so delicious we ended up taking home a 4 pack to enjoy later on. Although we didn't order too much food, the burger we ate was insanely delicious! My husband was in an instantly good mood after setting foot inside and hearing the 90s rock and reggae which really set the tone for exactly the kind of vibe we were looking to get from a Saturday afternoon. Pretty good beer, though I wasn't the biggest fan of the fried Brie. The olives were good though! Service was friendly and quick. Inside is very spacious and great for large groups. Great beers and vibes at this brewery. The place is pretty massive inside, has a small-ish bar, but ample hightops, low tops, couches throughout. Lovely lighting hitting you as the day is winding down. They have a nice selection of crispy, sours, darks, ciders, etc on tap. I selected the Suits and Skulls, perfect red and friend the South Point, nice and crispy! They have a food truck outside serving pizza, burgers, salads, and apps. Good stuff. Jaireme (sp?) was very attentive when opening my tab and keeping the flow of beers coming! Around 8ish, the place was packed w people -- kids and doggies welcome too! Parking can be a little difficult if you come late in the evening, but doesn't stop the crowd! Def will be returning. read more

Love the ambiance and location but stick to booze! Honestly worst burger I've ever tried. It was wasted money. Could not finish the burger. EXTREMELY HEAVY handed on the salt. I rarely come across something I can't finish even by force. Cheese sticks weren't the best either and only brought 3. Deconstructed burgers to see if I could at least eat it in parts, but could not. Staring with the appetizer which was brio sticks with the figs jam was delicious, the boedo burger was so juicy and the way the cheese was melted was just perfect. As a drink my friend had a sangria and I couldn't have any alcoholic drinks because i'm currently expecting but I look forward to trying some beers and the sangria in the near future. The ambience was awesome they had a pool table, jenga, board games, and also some arcade games. I found out that they do live music on Thursdays and Friday so I will be coming back since I enjoy live music. I am a Craft Brewery wife. I drag my husband to historical site, all kinds of stuff for our kids, sculpture parks, etc... I make it a point to get him to his place: breweries! Bottom line: I go to a lot of breweries. Stick with me I am trying to make a point here. The artwork on Unseen Creatures cans are PHENOMENAL. Beautiful pictures of dark whimsical animals for the most part. Well thought out designs, vibrant colors beautifully mixed with darkness in the images. I was totally and completely enamored with their esthetic. So much so that I asked if I could possible have a beer can sticker to take home and do some art with for our house. I have never asked that of any brewery and the Brittany Spears vibing girl working obliged. Thank you Unseen Creatures! Parking on site (which is a plus because the brewery down the road doesn't), beautiful spacious interior. Think renovated mill or industrial space. A stage for small performances. We did not eat here as we ate down the road. I can share my husband said their beer was the best beer of our Miami adventures (we tried 3 breweries while in town.) Where they fell flat... merchandise. These beautiful graphics and they didn't have any hat or t-shirts. Their t-shirt was white with blue writing. Missed opportunity but I hope they start working on that as I think they would sell tons of merch with their amazing graphics! read more

This is where I come for quiet time while enjoying good beers or to catch up with friends I haven't seen since it's not too loud. Really lovely brewery. Been here a few times now and it's always a nice experience. The beer is good and their space is nice. Friendly people too! Menu has a lot of IPAs but also a decent selection of other beers. Lots of unique ones like the wild ale and a nice red ale. Opted for the red ale on this last visit and it didn't taste like I usually expect from a red ale, but in a good way. Quite nice. Have had stouts and IPAs on prior visits and also enjoyed. Very friendly bartenders and bussers. The people were such a lovely cherry on top. The space is nice and there's plenty of room. They have a stage that featured live music the night we were there. I'm an IPA lover in Miami, and it took me this long to go to Unseen Creatures, which is also two blocks from my house?!?! My bf and I came here on a whim on an early Saturday evening. The brewery is tucked behind a small strip mall. If you see a small white food truck in the front, you're in the right place. There is a small parking lot up front and we had no issues finding a spot. The place was surprisingly not packed. I had always seen UCB coming from the Palmetto, and it looks way smaller from the outside. Inside is big, open and warehouse-y, with nice touches of foresty and floral decor. It felt kinda ethereal, like I was not in Miami. They also have a postcard for each beer they brew, and my bf and I (admittedly) spent a lot of time looking at them. Their logo + graphic design + branding are on point! I had to get a flight of their IPAs. Don't remember most of the names but do know The Magician was my favorite. OK, saving the best part for last. The ribs from the food truck are incredible. Not gonna lie, I didn't think it would be filling enough when they first came out. Fall off the bone, tender, piping hot, perfectly seasoned, just wow. I rarely order ribs when I go out but for some reason these stood out to me on the menu. My bf ordered the burger and fries and said it was delicious, especially the brioche bun. We ended our date night with some nice live music from a jazz acoustic band. We had such a great experience and can't wait to come back. 100% recommend Unseen Creatures! read more

I don't normally associate Florida or Miami for being craft beer country but Unseen Creatures Brewing and Blending did indeed catch my eye a while back and I was eagerly anticipating for an opportunity to try their beer. And that opportunity did indeed finally arise and I have to say I was very impressed with the beer that we had from Unseen Creatures! The fantastic beer that we had was the Cold-blooded Keller, a Kellerbier which I feel like I don't see enough of in breweries and when I have one I always enjoy it. This beer is crisp and clean to maybe play up on it's "Cold-blooded " aspect and also has floral and breadiness flavor highlights to enjoy. This Kellerbier only confirmed to me that this beer style isn't seen enough in an industry that's overrun with IPA's. Not that I dislike that beer type but it's just everywhere and saturated. read more

We sat at the bar and Cesar took great care of us - he was friendly and knowledgeable and always made sure we had a full glass. The beer selection is a wonderful variety of lights, darks, sours and IPAs. There is a food truck outside and the eats are also top notch. WOW!!! This place is the complete experience. I felt transported away from Miami and into a hipster paradise where people create artisan products with great care and obsessive interest. First off, I agree with other reviews that the parking is a little unusual. We Uber-ed over, so it was not an issue for us. In order to accommodate the brewing equipment, the location is in a warehouse-y area. This also means that their rent is likely low and that is reflected in the price of the beers. My visit here was a few weeks ago, so I don't remember everything we drank. Actually, check that. Thanks to SUPERB staff behind the bar, we at least sampled every single beer they had on tap. They rotate their beers as well, so what was available during my visit will not necessarily be available in the future. I would say that I liked or loved about half of their beers. I especially enjoyed two of the fruity sours. I know, a contradiction, but trust me, it works! That SUPERB staff was happy to answer our questions about the beer and to just talk craft brewing in general. An altogether pleasant experience. The excellent beer would have been enough, but the space itself is really pleasant. Filled with light, with a variety of different seating options. It didn't feel at all like I was wasting a beautiful spring afternoon moldering inside of a bar. They have beers in cans and bottles available to take home. We purchased several so we can re-create the experience at home, minus the excellent service and vibe. read more

My boyfriend brought me here and I'm not a huge beer fan, but the bartenders, Sebastian and Greta let me sample a few different beers that they recommended for me. I ended up loving La Dorada and Time Moves Slow. I would highly recommend this brewery, they're super nice at the bar and will definitely help you find something that will satisfy your palette. I came here with my husband after eating close by. We were excited to try a different brewery from Lincoln beards. But Lincoln beards still has my heart. Right down the street though so you can try both out! The place was cool. It's small - cozy. They had a live singer who was really good! Loved his voice!! My only complain is the lack of variety in beers. This place is a great place if you love IPAs. The majority of the beers on tap are IPAs. The only beers weren't the best. Really good brewery, very impressive beer and more important, unique. The parking situation is very strange and tight, specially if you go while the shops next to the brewery are open, but what can get in between a man (or woman) and their beer? Nothing. The indoors area is super spacious, it feels very airy and there is no need to be crowded. I showed up with family and we got a table near the bar, best location at a brewery when it is not crowded. Some people came in later and sat at the bar, properly distanced of course. I tried their DIPA's and they were on point, and very different, which I appreciate because lots of breweries only change the names or serve very similar beers so buying different pours seems like a waste of time and mullah. But "Unseen" had two solid and very different DIPA's. Their other beers were also very good, and the types of yeasts they use is very upfront in their beers. I can tell they use good quality ingredients and DO NOT half a$$ anything. Like I said, I was very impressed and this is definitively my new favorite brewery in Miami, and I have been to ALL of them. Just saying, I do not have a problem. There is also food being served outside, the merch is cool, and the BA sours are tops. If you appreciate flavor, you must come here. This place was not what I expected. It looks promising from the outside but the inside is just not it. The brewery has very limited parking. Seating wise it feels like a garage meets furniture from all different places. The people are super nice but the menu is small and I tried two beers and I wasn't a fan. Pretty sweet brewery tucked just off the expressway, near Tropical Park-ish area. And by sweet I really mean sweet - and tart! This is a great place if you are a fan of Lambic and Framboise style beers. The ambience is kind of a fancy hunter's lodge mixed with clean and white. There's a griller tent outside that served us a fantastic Wagyu beef burger on a pretzel bun. It was top notch. I tried a number of tart beers and IPAs. They were fun to try. The darkest beer on there is a dark lager, so for the time being - not a place for the lovers of stouts porters and ales. It'll be cool if they can get some of those - or at least some guest taps of it. This is a brewery I'll keep my eye on. My brother and I had a fun time here and I'm sure we'll be back sometime. read more

Used to love this place. Been coming here for 4 years. It used to be our #1 brewery. Since then, the beers have changed their flavor profiles. They are still great, just not the taste that brought us here in 2020. The original child from 2020 was one of the best beers we'd ever had. Still, we love this place. We started dating here. We've brought our dog here. They now have food which is pretty decent - albeit expensive. The venue has always been chill, down to earth, and inviting. Have had many guests here. And the people are always nice. It will live on in our hearts and we will continue to rep Unseen long after we leave Miami. So if you are trying to find Unseen Creatures, it can be quite hard.  It is off 40th in West Chester near the 826th underpass.  It is definitely hidden and unseen.  We had to circle a few times to find the place.  It is literally at the end of a drive way. Let me start by saying Isabella is amazing.  There was a crowd and lines to get the beer and she kept moving, never lost her composure and gave great service.  She should have more responsibility, because her multi tasking was next level. The BEER: Golden Ratio ... Hoppy Lager 4.3% ABV not my flavor profile, but good for a lager An Idea an Action... Session IPA 4.6% ABV delicious refreshing Irony in a blue sky... DIPA 8% ABV really good Scratch & Claw... TIPA 10% ABV FIRE!!!! Its a Colab with J. Wakefield From the Inside Out... IPA 7.7% ABV a solid IPA Time to Find Time... IPA 6% ABV it's an IPA on the dry side, yummy..  it gets juicier as it warms Pursuance... IPA 5.5% ABV they say it's their flagship IPA, it is an every person IPA Alone Up Here... DIPA 8.1% ABV fruity goodness ... this is a sipping IPA, the flavors develop as it gets warmer Persistence of Thought... Wild Ale 7% ABV sour and absolutely delicious nam nam nam DDH Artifact... Dry Hopped Table Beer 3.8% ABV Milleresque ummm yuck WHY? Held in Place... Dark Lager 5.2% ABV malty, toasty, nutty, warms the heart and the soul When We Go...  Pilsner 4.2% ABV solid pilsner colab with Lincoln's Beard Sunrise Sunset... Fruited Wheat Ale 6.2% ABV  so, I didn't care for it, but I think because of my own bias.  I thought it was a New England IPA, so I think my palette wasn't ready for it.
