Had lunch at this Butgerfi and the staff was pretty nice and friendly. I loved the spicy veggie burger I ordered. It was just the right amount of spice! Very tasty but not insulting to the taste buds! Super soft burger bun and real fresh ingredients! I also got a side of French fries with spice on them. The spice was a bit too salty for me but the fries were fire!! Had to get a fountain drink which I wasn't too happy with the choices. I would like it they offered better drinks. They have fountain drinks like Coke and Minute Maid Lemonade and other coca cola drinks including root beer. So I would love to see more natural juices, refresher water or iced teas. I think that would compliment their burgers really well! Another thing to consider is the prices of these burgers. They run about $9-$11 plus the fries ( individual size $4.99), and drink $3. Plus the tax and tip you end up paying about $20-22 for a burger combo. So it's a cool place for adults but I would be curious to see how much a family of 4 or more would spend here..$100...$120? Because of those 2 things I gave them 4 out of 5 stars! The drinks are definitely needed. I've been craving a burger for a couple of weeks and saw Mc'Donalds in this plaza. Then I saw BurgerFi right behind it and decided to stop in. I got the single burger combo and added grilled mushrooms. It was super flavorful and fresh. Next time I might do the double and use lettuce instead of the bun. The angus beef burger was cooked just right. The fries were so very good! I couldn't stop eating them and I hardly ever order fries. They are hand cut and made daily. I advise against ordering from this location. I placed an Uber Eats at 9:05 pm tonight, Friday night. At 9:50 pm, almost an hour after waiting, I was prompted in the app saying that my order was delayed and would be delivered at 11:50pm. I called the store to check on the status of my order. A woman named Claudia answered and was rude from the moment she answered the phone. She kept repeating that if I ordered after 9:30 they didn't receive the order. I repeatedly told her that I ordered well before 9:30. She then proceeded to start yelling at me and then started screaming derogatory remarks at me and cursing. She then passed the phone to someone else who was polite and helpful. However, the entire time I was speaking with the other individual, Claudia was in the background (which I could hear clearly) talking to other staff members using derogatory and foul language stating that I was rude to her, which is not true. The individual, who I presume is a manager, advised that Claudia would be written up and asked her to stop speaking where I could still hear her. I highly advise against doing business with this establishment and I encourage management to train their staff to appropriately deal with customers, as the way I was spoken to and about is disgraceful. read more

The opening of this store was one that I waited for it. I was excited to have one close to home. I ate a cheeseburger with a mint Oreo shake. The food tasted good, however a few hours after eating my meal I began to feel stomach cramps. At 12:00 AM I puked my food. I attempted to fall asleep, but at 5:00 AM I puked again. This time my puke was all black, meaning I had internal bleeding. I suspect the food was stored/made in unsanitary conditions.
