No matter how long the line is you go there you order and your food is in five minutes or less. Don't normally review fast food cause I feel like there aren't much expectations with fast food, but this chick fil a location deserves a review. Went inside to dine in and the line was quick moving. The cashier who took my order is very courteous and made sure to take down my alterations. He handed me my drink and I went to sit. Normally when you order you grab some plastic thing to bring to your seat, I didn't realize this and forgot to grab mine. However. When my order was ready a different person came and asked my name and handed me my order. I stand out from my hair so I think the cashier realized I forgot the thing and just told the other guy what I looked like cause he seemed to know I was definitely the person for this order. The place itself is super clean. The table I picked was recently cleaned so it looks like the moment people get up someone swoops in and wipes the table. Chick fil a is known for being Hella busy so this makes sense. It's crazy cause it gets so packed but never feels packed cause of the efficiency of it. The food itself was really good. Chick fil a has a lot of variety for alterating food so you can opt for healthier versions. I went somewhat healthy and got the cool wrap without the dressing and asked for buffalo sauce so I can dip it. I say somewhat healthy cause I did take the waffle fries but who can resist. When you can get in it's great! When you can't get in it's still great. There nothing can actually say bad about Chick-fil- A no matter where you. Except the wait sucks when you get caught in it. I typically come here between 10-11am. I haven't experienced any long lines during those time. The southwest salad with south west salsa dressing is the best salad here period! I would have given 5 stars but due to the lines it's a no for me. You have 3 way traffic turning into one drive thru. They sometimes have someone out there directing traffic. But when they don't depending on which entry your at it could get ugly. Especially since ppl are rude and don't respect the rotation of the cars. I have been coming to this Chick fil A for years and in the past couple of times I have been met with nothing but mediocre service. Le pedi que llamara al manager y me dijo que el era el manager (que puede esperar el resto de los empleados si el manager hace semejante cochinada) en un local que ademas de ser bonito y nuevo debería de funcionar perfectamente las reglas de limpieza. El pregunto mi orden y dijo ohhh tiene unos Mac and chessee y se fue a buscarlos, entro al área de la cocina y al salir se lavo las manos para luego seguir atendiendo a la gente y todos los jovenes de ahi, que trabajan para el restaurant no podían ni verme a la cara. I had to wait for about 10 minutes because my food wasn't ready, and while I was waiting, a young man in a blue shirt, without gloves, took a wipe and started cleaning the floor, right where the ice cream machine is, placing one of his hands on the floor. Then he threw away the wipe and instead of washing his hands, he took a cup, poured the drink, put on a plastic lid, and continued grabbing the bags of orders. When I confronted him, he started responding to me in English, so I replied in English, telling him that he was setting a bad example for the team because he had started cleaning the floor and had not washed his hands to continue working. I asked him to call the manager, and he told me he was the manager (what can the rest of the employees expect if the manager does such a disgusting thing) in a place that, besides being nice and new, should operate perfectly according to cleaning rules. He asked for my order and said, "Oh, you have some Mac and cheese," and went to get them. He entered the kitchen area and upon coming out, he washed his hands before continuing to serve people, and all the young people there, who work for the restaurant, couldn't even look me in the face. I didn't take photos because I thought he would go straight to wash his hands. But they have cameras inside and outside, so the owners can see everything I'm telling you here. They need to improve in that aspect and be more mindful of washing their hands, especially when it comes to food. That's why I'm giving them 1 star today. My order was at 4:57 PM. read more

I'm so definitely not a fan of fast food but I'd select Chick-fil-A over a typical burger joint any day. If only we had In-N-Out in Florida, I might actually have a burger once in a while. During this whole COVID -19 pandemic I wasn't sure how I felt about ordering out . One Saturday my sister and I were craving Chick-Fil- A. So we went to the Doral location via the drive thru . And let me tell you I have to applaud them for the organization that they displayed . And also how clean everything was . The drive thru line was organized so that no one could cut in front of one other . They had contactless payment and they had there employees and different workstations. One was for online orders and the other was for drive thru. Everyone had on gloves and masks , I even saw an employee switch out her gloves multiple times . I was very impressed , and grateful for the precautions that were being taken . The food as always was good . I ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich , and my sister ordered the grilled chicken nuggets . And of course we ordered fries with the Polynesian sauce which is amazing . Whenever you go to Chick-Fil- A always get the Polynesian sauce and the honey mustard sauce . I promise you won't regret it . I will definitely come back to this location . read more

This Chick-fil-A location has been around for many years and it's always busy. Not once have I come here to an empty drive thru line. Tonight, however, we dined in and this place was beyond busy. It was flooded with cars outside as well as customers inside which made it all the more fascinating to see this place run like a well-oiled machine. The lines were long, but moved quickly and the young employees kept their composure at all times. They were completely unfazed by the crowd. Our food actually came out on time. We waited only 5 minutes all the while being served with a smile. These employees were obviously certified Chick-fil-A trained and well-mannered as usual. We ordered a couple of Deluxe #1's along with a chicken soup, waffle fries, and unsweetened iced tea. I also had a Strawberry Passion Tea Lemonade out of curiosity. It tasted a little sweet to me at first, but after the ice melted a bit, it was just right. The rest of the food was on par and consistent per the usual. Overall, I was impressed by the consistency of both the food and the service on such a busy night. To top it off, we were offered a refill twice on our unsweetened iced tea. I'd ordered our meal through the app and once I was at the light, I let them know that I was ready for them to make my order. As I walked in, they were placing my order on the mobile order rack. They did however forget to put my son's ice cream in the bag but they very apologetic and bought it right out. We decided to eat in as I was trying to waste time. The manager (as I assumed) walked by and offered to switch out my son's toy for the ice cream. Although we'd already did that, I appreciated her coming by and letting me know that. You don't too often see a manager walking around interacting with customers, wiping down tables and taking customers trays when they were done eating. You typically see them instructing others to do it. On the outside the line was wrapped around the building. However they had about 3 representatives outside with tablets taking orders to keep the line moving. No matter the location, I always have an exceptional experience at Chick-Fil-A.
