Haven't had Lime in a very long time! We ordered so many things like their tacos, empanadas, quesadillas, chips and corn. So many great flavors and the sauces were yummy and fresh. This Lime restaurant was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Even though I arrived about 30 minutes before closing, I kept noticing someone consistently cleaning tables and sweeping the floor. I ordered a chicken taco and a steak taco. The chicken taco was delicious, but I wasn't a big fan of the steak. Maybe because it had some sort of chipotle sauce that wasn't to my taste. Stayed at a nearby hotel in Doral and found this nearby restaurant within a few minutes walking distance. We dined there for dinner and ordered the fajita platter and three fish tacos. Waiting didn't take long. Fajita platter was huge with lots of chicken. It would be nice if the chicken was sliced in strips instead of round flat pieces. The tacos were delicious. The fish was just a little dry, but not that bad. It came with tortilla chips. They have a condiment bar if you need extra salsa or peppers. Me and my boyfriend (both white) had the absolutely best time there today. WITH drinks, it was less than $20 per person. Super fast and very very polite service. Food was DELICIOUS. Located conveniently off NW 36 Street. Lots of parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating. This location is clean and the service was noticeably very good! We were checked on at least three times by different employees to make sure everything was okay. Had the Gringo Bowl, which I believe is a new addition to the menu. Maybe? It said new. We have order delivery and it's the same thing! We love lime over all and our favorite location is the one in Pembroke Pines. The ambiance there is always better and food is always consistent. I'm so glad we stopped into Lime last night! We'd been going to the South Beach location- WAY back when they first opened. My husband talked to the Doral manager and he said it was probably close to 20 years ago! We ordered fish tacos and carne asada burritos, both were EXCELLENT, the salsa bar also has killer selections of salsa, pico, tomatillo- everything. The flavor of the chipotle ranch sauce on the burritos was PERFECT! Manager and all staff were incredibly nice and courteous, professional and helpful! Gonna be back as regulars now, since we were gone from Miami for a while and now living near the Doral location. The taco salad was horrible! The lettuce was soggy and limp. The tostada chip was stale. The heap of limp shredded lettuce and ground beef appeared as table scraps. It was so unappealing and tasteless, I lost my appetite.I threw it out in the trash in lieu of even trying to eat this slop. Poor quality. Lime, you need to step it up! Fish tacos, fried or grilled? Perfect. When I need my fried fixing, Lime makes some nicely fried fish tacos. I decided to be a little healthier today and got the grilled version. My sister got the fried fish tacos and my brother-in-law got the steak fajita. We also got an order of the cinnamon chips to share. After placing our order at the cashier, we went to the salsa bar to load up on the salsa. We grabbed a seat on their patio outside since the weather was perfect and placed our number at the side of the table. The cinnamon chips came out first. The warm chips were flour tortillas fried up and covered with cinnamon sugar. They add a side of whipped cream for dipping. For a nice sweet treat, this hit the spot. Plenty of cinnamon sugar but you can easily shake it off. Chips were not greasy and felt light were crunchy. My order of grilled fish tacos came out soon after. They serve your order with a side of tortilla chips which was nice. The grilled fish tasted fresh and was nicely complimented by the mix of lettuce, pico de gallo, and cream sauce. It was a little on the dry side but still tasted good. The chips with the salsa was nice to have different flavors. Definitely a nice place to come. Food tastes fresh and you can tell it's never been frozen. I like the variety of salsas and the service here is excellent. Everyone here is really nice. I was at the salsa bar filling up a cup with limes and one of the employees came to offer me a bag, thinking I was taking it to go. I politely declined since I was eating here and she offered me a tray instead! It really is the little things that make an experience even better! read more

Rarely is a 5* given for a first time visit for me. The whole experience my partner and I received here was worth it. Ingrid helped us out at the counter. She had amazing customer service, very patient with us, gave us the hook up on what's good. We both ordered fish tacos - 3 for $9, and margaritas. I love that we had an option to get hard or soft shell, & the option to get grilled or fried fish. Unfortunately there weren't any jalapeños for the spicy margarita, so we ordered passionfruit, strawberry, and a mix of both. Sooooo good! And the size is perfect for the price. I was going to find something else for her, but the manager asked what was wrong. He offered to make one himself to make sure there was nothing spicy in it, no charge, and it was great. Decent spot for some TexMex. I'm not a huge fan of the food since it's nothing special. The queso burrito us usually my go to. The salsa bar and bottomless chips are a plus. I went for lunch and as usual the place was packed with a line out the door but they make it work. They place menus outside for you to review an be ready to order at the register. This way the line goes fast and smooth. I ordered the queso (queso is to die for) burrito but as a nudie. The nudie is a burrito with out the outside wrap and its really a nice option. The hot sauce bar is great and nicely labeled. I also noticed they checked on our table several times through out the time we were there to make sure had everything we needed. read more
