First time here and it was delicious Tacos were filling and they were made to order Had Al Pastor and Lengua, very yummy tacos And they serve alcohol as well !! Will definitley repeat if I'm in the area

Biggest quesadilla I had ever had. It was a little pricy but it was amazing! I would come back and get it again! The restaurant is cute, but it doubles as a sit down which is interesting as you would have to pay for service but we just took it to go which saved us a few dollars on a tip. I also didn't love that the menu above the counter that you order at did not have the prices. It was a little weird to me. But they have smaller menus that have all prices. The food is good but I would recommend taking the food to go!

Sr de los Tacos is located on NW 107th Ave in Doral in a strip mall that has very convenient parking. There were a lot of to-go orders being picked up, but we chose to sit inside to eat. It's a cute, casual ambiance. The service was great. Everyone was very nice. We had the quesadilla and it was delicious. If you need a quick Mexican meal - I recommend.

Wowwowowowow What a hidden gem in Doral. This is a small but cozy and nicely decorated spot that serves up GENEROUS portions and super tasty dishes. Their 3 for the price of 2 taco Tuesday deal is great. Tacos are big and stuffed with a ton of yummy ingredients. Birria quesadilla was 10/10.

Easy spin on nachos to add French Fries but this was well played. The amount of toppings was just right and evenly placed through the dish, not just played on top. It was cheesy and the birria was great. The selection of sauces were great. Definitely recommend this place. Expect flavors!

Pretty cool hidden gem spot in Doral! Don't pass it up, worth the try! They serve beer and margaritas and the tacos are decent. Gets busy but it's worth the try!

I ordered the chicken nachos, and I could not believe how much food came with this, and it was delicious. Took off a star just because the service was alright, the servers were not very attentive and took awhile to come by the table for anything. The restaurant was cute, seating was a little close together but it was nice in there with fun decorations. Would definitely return.

    Carnitas Burrito

I ordered the Carnitas Burrito which was quite massive and filled to the brim, but personally I didn't like the seasoning for the carnitas as much as other places. I also ordered Churros which came topped with Nutella and a scoop of Dulce de Leche ice cream on top. I felt they put way too much Nutella. I personally prefer churros that are crispy on the outside while retaining a light and airy inside, these, however, were completely stiff all the way through. Staff weren't very friendly and I had to flag down my server multiple times to get her attention. The decor is quite nice and I love the Juan statue. Overall I would definitely return, I would just get a different meat option and not order churros.

Food- we ordered the Carne Asada and Al pastor tacos. Overall really enjoyed the flavor of both of these, though the tortilla was a little on the stiffer/stale side. Large portions for a taco. Drinks- great sangria!! Large cups with fresh fruit. Price- $$, we paid 22 for 4 tacos, so on the pricier side but also much larger portion than traditional street tacos so it evens out. Service- fast. Waiter was nice and accommodating. Parking sitch- in a shopping center so it's free and you have no problem. Overall- good, would return.

Good Mexican food and environment overall. Burritos and Birria quesadillas are excellent. Both quantity and quality of the plates are great. Horchata is yummy. Unfortunately chips and salsa are not included and are a bit pricey. Service can be better and waitresses should be friendly. Tip: Pay attention to your receipt at the end to make sure they remove charges that shouldn't be there.

    Birria taco

I ordered take out during my lunch time. Place looked packed and clean. I ordered the Birria and it tastes very good with the sauce on the side. I took 2 points for two reason: 1. the price is crazy expensive you get only 2 Birria tacos for $16. And 2. The person in the cask registered told me the taco special for Tuesday was I got a third taco for free, when I get back to work ready to eat my lunch I noticed I was cheated out of my free 3rd taco.

    Pork belly
    Adelheid P.

This place was recommended by a coworker. I'm glad we gave it a try. Loved the pork belly tacos and chicken quesadilla. The frozen margarita was very good too. The ribeye tacos are great, pack with flavors and the meat is so tender. The service was very good. The waitress was patient and polite. We like the environment. My only complaint is that they don't have desserts.... But other than that it's a great place to go for good tacos without breaking the bank.

    Trio
    Ashley A.

The ONLY negative I encountered was that they don't sell alcohol The flavor of everything was so sharp and delicious. Nothing tasted the same. This was seasoned! Marinated! Delicious! We got the trio to split between 3 people and I will say I wish they gave you more tortillas right off the bat bc like 5 tortillas for that amount of meat is insane lol. Also maybe I'm just crazy about sour cream but she brought us this teeny container of sour cream and we had to ask for more lol (at no extra cost for the sour cream or tortillas) The nachos were PACKED! I haven't had nachos that really flexed in the protein like this in I can't even remember how long. There was so much on it! They truly don't skimp The horchata was good but I always forget how sweet it is and can never finish it but that's on me The place has really fun and bold decor. Great to hang out The server was a super nice young girl. I accidentally left my purse there and they put it in the back for safe keeping until I noticed and came back for it! Everything was still there- incredible!

I got the loaded Mexican papas

We went here between January 27 & February 6/2026. La Potranca has five Florida locations, but this cantina does not feel like a chain. Authentic sabor Mexicano with an excellent friendly staff. Family friendly & handi-able accesible from the parking lot. This location gets full by 7pm but there is extended service & seating in the common covered courtyard. Plenty of parking in this strip mall location. Service is excellent, fast, & great choices of tacos & drinks. You can choose from 14 different meats/cuts for your tacos, including birria & al pastor. Bow to the taco! Also gringas, vampiros, & burritos. They have bowls (they're BIG) & brunch. p.s. try the churros with 3 dipping sauces. Drinks are extra special here. The clamato & beer cocktail is very unique. Served in a Tajin rimmed large mug, with lime & a tamarind wrapped straw. Excellante! Also a variety of margaritas served in whimsical glasses & their three house cervazas (beers) on draft. La Potranca pays homage to iconic singer & actor Vincente Fernandez "King of Ranchera". Check out the interesting connection with the staff or online. The staff here is excellent. Very helpful when navigating the menu. Very friendly. True professionals. Special shout out to Mauricio & Ralphael - you hombres make this place truly special. Mucho Gracias. We give La Potranca our highest recommendation. Then there's the various proteins (or veggies). Simple enough, until you realize the menu looks so good you want to try everything! The quesabirria is a birria-filled quesadilla, topped with cilantro and onions, with a side of consommé and chips. A huge portion (too much to each at lunchtime, so it'll also be dinner), delicious, flavorful, and tender birria, and just enough salty tortilla chips to break up the richness of the quesadilla. I am used to my consommé being a little bit thicker, but it's still a great accompaniment. It came out quickly, so no long waiting. And the interior is so chic: Gives me "Day of th Dead" vibes with its dim interior lighting with pops of neon colors.

I was excited when they opened the Doral location since it's much closer to me, and at first their tacos were top notch. My go to orders were always the birria tacos and the shrimp tacos. Unfortunately, recently the quality just hasn't been what it used to be especially considering the prices. I'm not a big fan of the chicken tacos, and the steak tacos are a miss for me as well. The steak doesn't taste like high-quality meat and tends to be dry. I really wish they would improve the quality of their proteins. As for my usual favorites, the last two times I ordered the shrimp tacos, they had a strange flavor and were really soggy, which was disappointing. On top of that, it seems like they may have new employees because service has become noticeably slower. We waited almost an hour for about 50 tacos, which is unusual since they're normally pretty fast. Talkin' Tacos is still one of my favorite spots, and I'm really hoping the quality goes back to what it used to be. If things improve, I would absolutely raise my rating to five stars. But for now, I'm giving it 3 stars due to the inconsistency in food quality and the long wait times.
