With how close this place is to my house I'm surprised it took me this long to visit. My best friend and I were craving Mexican and found this hidden gem. It's a tiny spot with only a few tables. You could tell they mostly do take out. We were seated and handed our menus. The food was outstanding. The tacos were so simple yet so flavorful and authentic. My mom and I went out for lunch here at about 1:30 PM on a Saturday, it was surprisingly empty. I've been other days, and never had to wait for a table, this is the first time I came and it was empty. The service was great and fast. I ordered some chicken fajitas with flour tortillas, it came with chicken, cilantro rice, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, and guacamole. It was very good and filling. We also finished off the meal with a flan and it was one of the best flans I've had in a while. I've been a couple times now and I've tried their Carnitas tacos which I really like and they have a couple sauces to put if you think it's too dry. I also ordered a Horchata (not pictured) and elote (also not pictured). I thought the Horchata was okay but I have had better, but it did the job. The elote was also tasty and came fully on the cob which I don't mind. What I will say is that they do kind of take a while to bring out the food and although the server was friendly , the service itself is on the slower side too. What an inviting hole in the wall in the small plaza near the women's park. Off in the corner you'll find Taco Time and what a great time. Authentic looking Mexican decor, the waiter was friendly and food was out quickly. Tried the orale and it came with one flauta, taco, and tostada and THEY WERE ALL DELICIOUS. The portion was very big, I was not able to eat it all. They had Mexican coke which is always a big plus for me. Their flan was one of the best I've ever had. Richie who runs the show upfront greeted me and my friend with a welcome smile, the place is rather small but super cozy we started with the elote which was great. We asked if the could cut it in half and they delivered, we moved on to the chips and cheese it was okay I would opt to try something else or maybe add chorizo next time but it's good.
