WOW best burrito I have had in AGES, the grilled chicken burrito was packed with chicken and flavor in every bite 10/10 would recommend !

One thing that is great is updating a review after some time and providing another 5 star review. Burritoville does a fantastic job with consistency. The cheese dip is something I crave and after bringing others, they do now too. My new go to as well is the a la cart ground beef crunchy tacos. They are great flavor and perfect with the cheese dip. Not too much food and delicious. The location is always clean and the staff super friendly. I love this place. Highly recommend if you're looking for some good Mexican food. I love the consistency of the Burritoville seasoning. I tend to order dishes with the Steak because I can always count on it tasting the way it should. Food is usually Fresh and Delicious, service is warm and friendly. We tend to eat early, so we usually never have issues finding a table. If you eat late, it may be a little tougher to get a seat because this place gets packed. The Salsa is so tasty and by far the best in the area. Sometimes we like it a little spicier so we'll add a couple drops of Cholula Hot Sauce, but the spice level is usually on point so we don't doctor it often. The Steak Fajita Salad is my go to meal, as the Onions & Peppers are perfectly cooked, along with the Steak. This salad is so yummy I rarely use the dressing that comes with it. It just doesn't need it. My husband loves the Mexican Burger and they have the best French Fries in the area! I just wish the serving size for the fries was just a tad bit bigger. We always leave wanting a few more fries. They are that good. We've had so many items off their menu in the last 10 years and everything we've tried, we've liked. The only issue is they don't have a liquor license, so I really miss my Margaritas! LOL read more

We were looking forward a place to grab a late dinner near the airport. Burritoville is a smaller restaurant but has a lot of character. Our servers were great and did well interacting with our kids. Looking at the menu, prices were reasonable, but menu was pretty standard for Mexican/Tex-Mex. Their mango salsa was great and even their homemade salsa served with the chips tasted fresh. Our meals were good. Boys had chicken fingers and a bacon cheeseburger. My wife and I had a shrimp burrito and enchiladas. Shrimp were cooked well. But nothing that WOW'd you. For the price and intentionality of the serving staff , I would definitely come back and try some other options for food. read more

Hey everyone... ERM here.... So to the nitty gritty: mind you the place was not packed for 7:20 EST on Saturday What was ordered: food I requested doesn't get any simpler than taco chicken salad with beans and cheese on the side... Cons: the server took the order wrong the salad looked wilted, beans were put on the bottoms of the taco shell and were non existent... Chicken was dry and tasteless... It seems like it was just thrown together with some guacamole on top and done without thought as to who's getting it... The salsa was runny and just basic flavors... The place music was a bit loud and had to speak loudly for the server to hear us... I brought it home took the chicken out and tossed it out.. I made crispy spicy chicken strips in my air fryer and added them to the salad instead... Now mind you last night around the same time I order the same taco salad but with ground beef and the beans with cheese on the side That was fine the salad looked fresh (not wilted) the meat salad guacamole ratio was on point and the beans and cheese on the side were done well So what happened tonight. I don't know but was not at all happy... Most restaurants don't make because word of mouth and because of non consistency in the way things are done. I hope this place fixes their mistakes and takes this review and works on them... Hindsight is 50/50. I should have looked in the bag before I left which is on me, but as a business it makes sense to review the order with the client before the pay and walk out with it... As always with any of my reviews, I leave it to the reader to go and try the place and fudge for themselves what they like or don't like...this is only my opinion...you decide and let me know your thoughts... This quaint Tex-Mex restaurant nestled in Miami Springs is a fan favorite with the locals and I'm glad it was shared with me. The place is not big but it is big with charm and good hospitality. The owner seemed very hands on and so was his staff. Food - Ordered: *Taco salad w: chicken - Big portioned with all the trimmings and plenty of savory chicken * Burritoville Nachos w: steak - Plenty of tender grilled steak along with their homemade crispy tortillas & enough toppings for everyone to enjoy the dish. The presentation was a bit sloppy and would have preferred more cheese but these are personal preferences. *Soft tortilla chicken tacos - Refried beans were moist and mouth-watering and the rice was delicious. The tortillas wrapped plenty of well-seasoned chicken. All was topped with some delicious pico de gallo, sour cream & avocado. I was very happy with my chicken burrito and side order of guacamole. I didn't have to exclude ingredients from it, like I often do at other places, plus the burrito was so filling that I got to split it, so it fed two people, along with sharing the side order. read more

The food here was reasonable and there was a fair selection (menu attached for convenience). She got the quesadillas and I ordered a jerk chicken burrito. I enjoyed my food, very spicy. She was disappointed with hers. She didn't like the fact that it was made with beans. That very well might have been listed on the menu, but neither of us has ever had quesadillas made that way so we did not even think to check. Good, but not great food overall. The place was well air conditioned which was great, Miami is hot. It was nice to get out of the heat. The young lady that served us was friendly and bilingual which was wonderful. read more

When redevelopment came for Miami Springs, I thought I had lost my favorite Tex Mex spot and their burritos with sweet plantains. Thankfully they moved literally about a block over. I stopped over to their new location a few Saturdays back to pick up dinner before "The Purge" aka another county imposed curfew. Of course, now that they reopened it's back on my tex mex fix route! Service is always pleasant and attentive, even when I've shown up near closing time. Whether their chicken tortilla soup, their classic burritos and my aforementioned favorite jerk chicken burrito with maduros, Burritoville has consistently served me very spicy and tasty food. The dining room is clean, and they're attentive with keeping the mandated separation. There's also a nice TV for any sports playing (yep even the reruns of seasons past). Oh, and on a closing note their flan has the perfect amount of sweet and is jiggly (the consistency I love). So glad they're back! read more

Ordered take out food and boy were we impressed. The spot is on the circle of Miami Springs which apparently is up and coming again. Saw the menu online and thought everything was reasonably priced. Placed our order and waited about 20 min. Got tacos, quesadillas, queso and a burrito for the family. Everything was delicious. The queso was just the right amount of spice. The salsa was good, nothing to go crazy over, but that queso mmmm mmm mm. I'll add this to my normal rotation when in the springs area. read more

Extremely disappointed with this place. I was looking forward to trying their food but never received my order after 40 min wait despite asking 2 servers for an update and never got back to me. I was sitting outside with my elderly mom and had to go inside to cancel my order (nachos and salad). No apology or reason for delay ever received. I was out exploring Miami Springs and needed to find somewhere to grab dinner.Two other places I checked out were already closed for the day but thankfully Burritoville stays open late. I saw two Hialeah cops in the window and figured they must know where to eat. A gentleman dining on the sidewalk confirmed the food was indeed good and he dined here every Monday night. Burritoville is located in a Pueblo Revival style building completely in keeping with the style city founder Glenn Curtiss had for Miami Springs. You can eat in the small indoor dining area or in the spacious outdoor covered patio. I dined on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. My server was super friendly and I was soon chowing down on complementary warm fresh chips and a salsa with the perfect amount of heat. For dinner I had a steak burrito stuffed with meat and crisp vegetables. It was like a fajita rolled up into a burrito. Dinner and iced tea was $13. If I lived closer I would be a Monday night regular too. read more

Absolutely -YES! We ordered takeout last night and I'm so glad we did. First - their white queso is delicious with peppers and onions, and a little kick. The chips were freshly fried which shocked me. For dinner, I had a steak burrito with peppers, onions, rice, refried, lettuce, and cheese - so good. The steak was perfectly marinated and not chewy (nothing worse then chewy steak!). My husband had a steak quesadilla and his mom had chicken, both loved their meal. I had a tortilla soup i loved how thick it was, just wish it had chicken and a white pinot grigio sangria that was really good. Hello Yelp Community. Burritoville changed its location to 61 Curtis Parkway Miami Springs, FL. Same great menu, same great flavors but new location! My favorite items are the Chimichangas and the Jerk Steak Burrito. FYI- The Jerk Steak Burrito is Spicy and Sweet because it's packed with spicy jerk sauce and sweet plantains. It's a unique dish that is definitely worth ordering. This is my favorite Mexican place in Springs and I also love their Tortilla chips they make in house. I get my tex mex fix regularly from burritoville. It's simply delicious -consistently. My go to items are the chicken flautas, the enchiladas suizas or the taco salad with chicken. Their refried beans are creamy and earthy; a good combo. When I've explored their menu I have also tried the cuban wrap and tacos. These items have been equally good. They always bring chips and salsa to the table. The servers are all nice and attentive. They have outdoor seating as well with umbrellas. It's nice because you can people watch or contemplate the gazebo/the circle of Miami springs. Parking can be a little tricky since it's only a handful in front of its location. However, if you go towards the back , a block away, there is more parking along the canal. read more

The best thing about this place is that it closes at 11PM! The Jamaican Jerk Chicken Burrito was amazing! Please order the Cuban Wrap because it's phenomenal! Again, order the Cuban Wrap! Both of these wraps came with sweet plantains inside and it really gives the burritos a nice taste. The sweet plantains bring all the ingredients together. Plenty of parking outside of the restaurant. Seating is available inside or outside. They have cold beers! Their salsa is fresh and you must try the Guacamole. This place is way better than Chipotle! I really love this place, for years. The only reason I am demoting is because of the flour tortillas. For some odd reason, I always fill overly stuffed when I eat them so i have noticed I cannot eat them whatsoever from there. Idk what is in them besides , duh, flour. Other than that, the place is fantastic and not bad for the price. But one pro tip, they give more food inside of the establishment than takeout. Guacamole is delicious and so is the pico. Pros: - free chips and salsa - Nice vibe. Loved the huge portrait of Pancho Villa on the wall. Felt like I wanted to also join a revolution while I ate my burrito. - The prices were fair. Cheaper than Moe's or Chipotle. Cons: - None really... I had the grilled chicken burrito. It was neither amazing nor terrible. Just good. It was a purgatory burrito.
