Tacos were off the chain! Quesadillas... Not so much. Stopped here for a late night bite. I ordered one of each taco. My wife got a steak quesadilla, and my son got a chicken quesadilla. Three drinks. That set us back about $50. Plenty of seating. There is a restroom that's inside of the vacant building. That was kind of sketchy, but at least there was one.

I ordered food delivery from Tacos 19 using Door Dash! My food was packaged really well and organized. I ordered the birria tacos and the elote and my gosh! The food was delicious! The birria tacos were huge and jam packed with meat. They were flavor bombs! Highly recommend! The elote was soft to bite and the toppings made it sweet and spicy! Loved it! Super surprised that it was delivery and take out and tasted that good!

THE BEST BIRRIA TACOS IN MIAMI!! I am so glad I found this place and where you least expect it tucked in a food truck backyard!! Love bringing people here because of the cute seating and ambiance paired with the best tacos ever!! Must try with friends or family! The owner of the food truck is extremely nice and let us know it's his own personal birria recipe which does not surprise me since it's amazing!

This is my 2nd time ordering from Tacos 19 and it is absolutely worth the mention! I'm a fan of a great birria taco and they exceed my standards with a nice crispy cheese coating on the outer taco shell. The consume is delicious. And the birria is tender. The chicken tacos are also delicious! Quick service is also a plus. You can order to go or eat in the quaint area out front of the food truck. This just may be my new go-to taco spot in my area.

    Birria and Steak Quesadilla! Yummy!!!

Wanted to try authentic tacos/birria food whilst in Miami so we stumbled across this local food truck called Tacos 19! Not only is this such a cute hangout spot, but to our surprise, there were multiple food trucks in this area called the "Food Truck Backyard". We were worried about parking, but luckily, they have a spacious parking lot. We decided to order the steak Quesadillas and Birria from Tacos 19. However, there were other food trucks serving pizza, sweet treats and more! Service was very sweet and quick as they brought out the food to us. Starting with the quesadilla, it was very cheesy and not greasy whatsoever. I could tell the meat quality was good because it wasn't too oily at all. The exterior shell was very crunchy while the inside was very soft. To top it all off, the pink sauce was incredible that we had to ask for more! Moving on to the Birria, it was also very fresh and super cheesy. The meat juice was divine and the portions were big! Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area that's craving some local and authentic spanish food!!!

Decided to order from this spot because it came up on my DoorDash and boy am I glad I did! The food arrived hot and well packaged. The birria tacos were delicious, the best I have ever tried in Miami! We also got the elote and the steak quesadilla. Everything was a great portion and quality for the price. I will definitely be ordering again!

Wow! I knew I was in for a flavorful experience when I saw the orange hue of the tortillas - means they took the time dip in the consome before grilling on the griddle. More than just looks, these tacos are fantastic and I appreciate that they weren't shy on the ingredients. HIGHLY recommend trying them. I ordered the delivery, so looking forward to trying them on the spot. Even with delivery, came in great form. This is your confirmation to order without hesitation. Worth it!

We went here between January 27 & February 6/2026. La Potranca has five Florida locations, but this cantina does not feel like a chain. Authentic sabor Mexicano with an excellent friendly staff. Family friendly & handi-able accesible from the parking lot. This location gets full by 7pm but there is extended service & seating in the common covered courtyard. Plenty of parking in this strip mall location. Service is excellent, fast, & great choices of tacos & drinks. You can choose from 14 different meats/cuts for your tacos, including birria & al pastor. Bow to the taco! Also gringas, vampiros, & burritos. They have bowls (they're BIG) & brunch. p.s. try the churros with 3 dipping sauces. Drinks are extra special here. The clamato & beer cocktail is very unique. Served in a Tajin rimmed large mug, with lime & a tamarind wrapped straw. Excellante! Also a variety of margaritas served in whimsical glasses & their three house cervazas (beers) on draft. La Potranca pays homage to iconic singer & actor Vincente Fernandez "King of Ranchera". Check out the interesting connection with the staff or online. The staff here is excellent. Very helpful when navigating the menu. Very friendly. True professionals. Special shout out to Mauricio & Ralphael - you hombres make this place truly special. Mucho Gracias. We give La Potranca our highest recommendation. The hardest part about dining here was deciding what I wanted to order. I could have ordered the entire menu it looked so good! Helpful tip... check out the menu and know what you're going to order before you get in line. Otherwise you're going to be pressured to order at the front of the line. When you walk in, you place your order and pay for it and take a table number. You need to find your own table. Our service was pretty quick, despite how busy the restaurant was. My cold brew was very good and a nice start to the meal. Our guacamole came next and it was nicely styled with pomegranate, cheese and cilantro on top. Yum! The real star of the show for me was this unassuming looking House Club Sandwich that was to die for. Seriously ... it was so good. I ordered mine without the ham, and it was divine! I wish i lived closer. I'm already dreaming of coming back. My son ordered some kind of short rib/beef burrito and it disappeared so quickly I didn't even get to snap a photo. This is a perfect spot to enjoy a great meal, I highly recommend it. One thing I can say is that it's on the pricey side. $113 lunch for 2 added up super fast but it was well worth it. I'll be dreaming of that sandwich til my next visit!

I ordered the mahi mahi tacos, and while they tasted ok, the portion size felt pretty small for the price. Overall, it came across as a bit overpriced for what you get. The service style is more casual and self-directed. You order and pay at the register, get a number, and then find your own seat while they bring the food out to you. Water is self-serve, and once you're done with your meal, you just head out. There's minimal interaction with staff, which might appeal to people who prefer a more low-key, independent dining experience or want a place to sit and work without being interrupted. That said, the service did not feel very friendly or welcoming. And personally, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed.

The staff was able to get a big table for our group right next to the window so we can enjoy the Calle Ocho people watching as well. This was a continuation of my recovery Sunday, and I'm glad that the menu had a larger variety than the previous stop. Our server started by bringing us complementary perfectly crispy chips and both green and red salsa. The red one, my favorite, was nicely spicy. The cochinita pibil order, garnished with pickled red onions, came out first as well as a delicious queso fundído I got to sample. My order was a very generous plate of chicken fajitas, with red refried beans and grilled veggies. Amplified by the salsa & pico, it was well flavored and sizeable enough that it can be had for takeout. As far as something, sweet, I had their batido de trigo (puffed wheat shake). It was refreshing and not excessively sweet. I definitely recommend this place!

Having stayed till closing of two music week events the prior to evenings, this was in my mind a great recovery meal. Despite the name, this restaurant is not just Mexican, but actually fusion with Uruguayan cuisine. The main courses focused on that area, and the tacos had a lot of exotica such as ear and tongue. Given my preferences, and my stomach, the only basic options that I would get were there Al Pastor and chicken tacos, five dollars each. The menu said that they had alcohol, but apparently not on that week, supposedly for some bureaucratic issue. The tacos were served with just the tortilla and the meat, along with a basket of fixings, such as cilantro and line. No complaints of the food really, the tacos were actually well seasoned and for my taste buds made even better with the hot sauce that left a yummy after burn. When I went to the bathroom, the handle on the door was damaged. Besides that, in the end I was not feeling the place especially that there was a mandatory gratuity.
