I had a really disappointing experience at Twin Peaks today. It was one of the most anticipated World Cup game days, yet the operation seemed completely unprepared. My biggest concern isn't with the bartenders--it's with management. Scheduling a shift change during the middle of such a high-volume event created unnecessary chaos. The bartenders looked overwhelmed and frustrated, and it was clear they weren't set up for success. The average wait time for a beer was around 25 minutes, which is unacceptable when you're sitting at the bar. It also appeared that regulars were being prioritized while other guests waited much longer for service. To make matters worse, there were empty tables being held while people were waiting outside to be seated, and there didn't seem to be any structure or organization to manage the crowd. Behind the bar, one of the bar backs was on FaceTime while basic bar prep hadn't been completed--there wasn't even cut fruit available for cocktails. This wasn't a staffing problem; it was a leadership and management problem. On a major sporting event day, guests expect an operation that is organized, prepared, and well-managed. I don't understand what's wrong with this place, the service is always a problem. I ordered 12 wings to go and the bartender couldn't get that correct. Simple prefer 12 wings not breaded and I get 12 breaded wings, next time write the order down or don't work at the bar. Be more like Pembroke Pines location at least they get shit right ! read more

This fun sports bar was my post run and extended birthday celebration spot this Sunday! We sat on the patio and received excellent service from our waitress, who brought out the lit birthday brownie! I've enjoyed other locations of Twin Peaks, so I'm familiar with their elevated sports bar menu. I started with their blonde ale, yes a beer instead of my usual cocktail. It was light, not overly hoppy, and well presented with a fresh orange slice. For my food, I enjoyed their Nashville hot chicken sandwich with no pickles. The sauce was spicy yet mildly sweet. The fries we're nice and crispy and I dipped in ketchup and barbecue sauce. For dessert, I enjoyed their chocolate brownie à la mode with a good presentation by the waitresses. I met up with some friends at this sports bar. Twin Peaks has a similar vibe just like Hooters. Every waitresses appeared to be in their early 20's. They were young looking. The food portions were generous, and everything we ordered tasted good. We came in on a busy Saturday night on a layover. We were seated immediately, and the restaurant wasn't too crowded. It was a bit noisy. The boneless wings and fries hit the spot for the mood I was in, and weren't overly hot. This is a great burger & beer option in Doral. The fact that it stays open till 1am makes it great for late night. Service was spotty yesterday but I was warned before so it's fair to say it was an off night. They have beyond burgers here and you are allowed to swap out your side if you don't want fries (those evil little fries). Loved the coleslaw here. Burgers are a bit on the small side, I don't know how the other main plates are. Beautiful girls wondering around with what looked like a fun crowd. You can eat insider (usually on the colder side of things) or outside with fans. Plenty of room in both. Parking can fill up quick. If you want a more elevated experience than Hooters, this would probably do the trick. read more

My first time here and the wait to get our food served was outrageous! I'm talking about an hour at least. Yes we were having some beers and talking but the wait was way too long. Our server was so friendly though and she kept coming by incredibly embarrassed and saying the kitchen was having some issues. It was definitely not her fault. She was very pleasant. We asked to speak to the manager and by that time all the food came out. It was tasty tho although the nachos were served cold. I guess it was. A tough night. I'll go back and check them out. They seem to have a lot of customers since it was busy that Saturday night so they must be doing something right. read more

Everything was solid and must say it was flavorful and great for sharing. Philly steak and cheese dip were probably my favorites. I have been to many Twin Peaks but never to this location which is actually the closest to where I live lol. My husband and I wanted a cold beer to drink while watching the games. I've been putting off the review for this restaurant because I did not write down the servers' name and it would be nice to give her credit for her amazing service. I visited the Doral location on 4/19 mid-afternoon, after my grandson's induction ceremony as a Miami Dade Firefighter Cadet. So proud of him! I had not been to Twin Peaks before, at any location and was curious about their advertisement for the cold, cold, coldest beer lol They delivered! My grandson says the scenic views are the pretty servers with the really cute outfits. Now, sports bars provide good finger foods - Twin Peaks has great appetizers but the entrees are also excellent. I had the Quessabiria Tacos and oh boy! So good - unfortunately I could only eat two and had to take one home. And that was only ordering the nachos for starters, to save our appetite for the entree. Our table ordered burgers, cheesesteak, wings and a flatbread and everyone was very, very happy. I will definitely come back. My sister suggested I check out Twin Peaks in Doral, so I gave it a shot. Our server, Lulu, was absolutely wonderful: friendly, attentive, and a true standout. She's a gem and easily the highlight of the visit. That said, the overall atmosphere was overwhelming. This place is extremely loud, so loud that carrying on a normal conversation felt impossible unless we were shouting (which, to be fair, everyone else seemed to be doing too which, as you can imagine, adds to the loudness). There are tons of TVs, which is great in theory if you want to catch multiple games but in practice, the sound just becomes a garbled mess. You can see everything but can't really hear anything clearly. As for the drinks, we had a bizarre issue where six different servers brought us an Old Fashioned, even though we clearly ordered a whiskey neat. It took a while, but we finally got what we asked for. Clearly, something was off with communication or organization. I can see how this place might be fun for some; it's high energy, packed, and buzzing, but for me, it was just too much. If you're into the loud, party-like sports bar scene, this could be your spot. I have been going to twin peaks for a year and this place can never be consistent. I attribute it to the fact that they cannot retain their staff. The cooks, servers, and even managers change so often that it's hard to find consistency. The ambiance is pretty nice, especially when they have sporting events. This is the most sought out place when it comes to that. In my personal opinion the food is nothing to go crazy for but it's not bad at all either. Just good enough to not be hungry. THE PROS: it has one of the fullest bars you'll find in the area. Their 29 degree cold beers are what they are famous for. The restaurant is also huge so they have capacity for as many big parties as you can imagine THE CONS: even though they count with an inside an outside bar, if you're getting table service your drinks will take 10-15 minutes. The wait for the food can get ridiculous too. You could be waiting for your appetizers over 30 minutes so don't come in expecting everything to come out quick All these issues could be fixed with better management. Like slowing down the sitting until the kitchen and bar has caught up with the orders or having the managers help around the employees. It's worth checking it out but at your own risk! read more

This is the brand-new hot spot in Doral and wow let me tell you it gets packed outside and finding parking is tough. I noticed that most individuals or groups end up taking Uber or Lyft to come here which is mind blowing to me. So you're thinking this would be super packed inside right? But nope! This Twin Peaks has so much space inside which makes it quite comfortable! I love how they have a large indoor bar and outdoor bar in case you're just coming in to have ice cold beers and yes they do an excellent job serving them ice cold! This is a great spot to catch a game and they have several TVs placed throughout the venue. I'm surprised the food comes out fresh, hot, and for bar food is pretty darn good. Why surprised? The service is why I knocked a star off, because not enough credit is given to the team that handles this place. The servers are taking care of so many tables and customers with so little help. I get it this is happening at several businesses nowadays but wow sometimes to get an order in for a beer or maybe a side dish to add to your order can be quite challenging. The servers are all very friendly and provide service with a smile, my only reason for not giving this location 5 stars is that it seems there are times that they can run the staff a little more efficiently, there appear to be many servers but at times the service to table can be a little slow not sure if it is a kitchen issue or a service issue but the fact that the food is good the beer is cold and they have enough tv screens to keep you entertained make up for it at times. New location in doral decided to come with a group of friends to have some ice cold beer and wings. It was about 16 of us and the wait must have been around 20 minutes which wasn't bad. Very accommodating. We all got beers which was the star of the show. Super cold and refreshing for this Miami heat. We shared the appetizer sampler which included wings, mozzarella bites and fried pickles. We got a few wings and the girls grabbed chicken tenders. The service was top tier. Someone always attentive to our needs and bringing out refills or more beer when needed. After my first visit, I've been a few more times. Love the Twin Peaks in Broward, so I was excited to have one in Doral. We got seated right away as the place was half empty. The service was horrible. Had to wait quite a bit for drinks, food, and bill. I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes instead of the rice. The salmon was cooked perfectly but still had pin bones in it. I was really surprised they didn't have anything green on the plate. I have never been served a main dish with just a starch and protein. This was a one and done for me. read more

Geesh. This was an annoying experience today. Our server took probably 20 minutes to initially stop by. We ordered wings and a salad with fries. I forgot to ask for my house side salad to be brought out first. Not to worry, our server came back and brought us our drinks. She said she would bring the salad. Quite a bit later she came back to ask if we needed anything. I asked about the salad. She said they are working on it. Wow. She brings the salad and it is caesar. It looked ok but I love their house salad. So, I asked for a new one. It is what I ordered. Anyway, we ordered wings. Mine were supposed to be breaded and buffalo. They had little sauce on them. He ordered naked and plain and they brought them breaded. Someone else brings the new food and the fries are not flavored great. (I only order wings, fries and this salad at Twin Peaks in Pines so I know the way it is supposed to taste) Anyway, my wings were good. He thought the wings were ok. Now the correct salad comes to be with no utensils. This is when I just had one wing left. The croutons in the salad were just not good. Kind of odd because croutons are usually delicious. The whole salad tasted off and that is probably because I had my buffalo wings first. It threw off the whole taste of the salad. We were at this restaurant for almost two hours and barely ordered anything. His Coke was not tasty. Pines has slow service too but this was slow and the order was inaccurate. Twin Peaks Doral has me in a love-hate relationship. The frozen beers are chef's kiss, the wings and fries hit every time, and that Hot AF sauce? Absolutely addictive. But the service? Woof. It's consistently slow, confused, or just MIA. If they could get it together on that front, this place would be an easy 5 stars.
