It was our first time at this location. We did not know the restaurant was under construction until we walked in. We decided to stay and play and eat after. The place was too not too full which we appreciated. The kids were able to play without wait. read more

Came here on Thursday for their happy hour and wing special and it did not disappoint!! Our server checked on us periodically and kept our table clean and stocked with napkins. It's very loud inside but it's understandable due to the games. I love that you can walk around with your drink. read more

Yes been here many times thru out the Years , we came to bring my family to play a bit and get a bite to eat . We sat started with the nachos, a bit plain , a few chicken chunks drizzled white cheese slices of jalapeños, topped with with lettuce, din't look appealing for sure not a mountain like advertised it was ok I've had better for sure . The Arnold Palmer were not very good , not mixed correctly . Missing more lemonade . My grandson burger and fries were good . Also my sons steak was nice , French green beans complemented the steak . I also loved my BBQ Ribs were tender , with a honey BBQ sauce , I was surprised nice selection of platers And food choices. Most of the food it was good the sweet Potato fries were good , I could have had a bigger side of coleslaw it was a bit tinny. Our lady server was great , she kept bringing us drinks , came by to check on us numerous times , Game Room was packed but all machines were working. We didn't have any issues with games I did like the rest rooms were clean , plenty of seating among the game areas was also nice . We din't have any liquor this time around but they had some nice choices. read more

Came here and it was so much fun! They have a lot of throwback games like temple run, cut the rope, and fruit ninja. It was super fun! There was music but it wasn't too loud, so you can talk and still enjoy the vibes. We got some food, we got 10 lemon pepper wings and a crispy sandwich with fries and it was really good! Our server Raul was amazing. He was so sweet and made sure we were okay and made the meal that much better. Ended the night with some karaoke! The crowd wasn't big but super fun and interactive! Honestly loved it. read more

First time going without my kid so it's a whole Different experience. I think kids should be home at a certain time but for those who at 12 wanna be running around the whole Dave and busters... well all to their own. But the drinks were good and cheap. Some games weren't functioning so that kinda sucked. But aside from that bathrooms stink.. I would say it's a family place.... Place should be clean. Service could be better. read more

The food was okay. It was too much cheese and got cold quick. Even though it did taste good! I'll say from when I got in the service was good. Did wait a little more for the food but instead played arcade games. The music was great! read more

Dave and busters is always a vibe. I always sit at the bar at the entrance first to get some quiet time and then once I'm finished eating and drinking I'll go ahead and walk my way to the arcade to play some games. Me and my fiance come here at least three times a month to make it a nice little date night and everything always comes out amazing. read more

After some shopping, i wanted to let off some steam through some Arcade Gaming & some bar food! I was happy to see that Dave & Busters has improved their menu! Their Menu is eye-catching with many selections to choose from. I ordered the Barbacoa Quesadilla, Mozerella Sticks, a Cheeseburger , and some cocktails. The cocktails are strong and Instagram worthy if you're into that. Everything was delicious, warm, and got the job done! The service is friendly and attentive on top of all the Arcade Chaos. For what it is, it's a great place to dine at while playing some Arcade games! read more

The mozzarella sticks were so crunchy, cheese. Perfect. The pizza bread was finger licking. The services were exceptional, I sat on the bar and everyone was very attentive. Came here for the first time in many years with my daughter. First the good. The double cheese burger and Philly cheesesteak were pretty good. Now the not so good. Nearly all the games are electronic. Lots of crowd and game noise, which is to be expected. The games are all hands on in some way or another. Saw lots of people that were sniffling or coughing and not a single hand sanitizer in sight. Only one bathroom to wash hands at the back of the game room , but no paper towels in the 4 paper towel dispensers. Won't be going back. read more

We just hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party. We did the sports package area that is behind the big screens to the right. We had the 2 pool tables and plenty of space for everyone! We had 30 parents and 30 kids! Our server Cali was the sweetest and most attentive and patient! She was amazing! Camila our party planner was great! She was available throughout the entire event to help with any last minute add ons and my many questions. The food was great, the platters for the adults were a great size. If I had to complain about something it would be that the cheese pizza for the kids was a little overcooked. Joe the manager is always great and such a pleasure to speak with. read more

Always a great time coming here hadn't been here in a very long time and there are so many new games. Love the fact that its all ages and no matter the age its always fun. Love that there is plenty of seating area and food can be ordered in the main lobby area or in the arcade area. The arcade wasn't too full so made it easy to play a lot of the games. Spending a day with the kids here is always fun. read more

Really fun place we discovered coming into Miami. It's on the 2nd level in the Dolphin Mall so it took us a minute to find it. The staff was very talkative and fun and the food was delicious. Grab the nachos for sure! The Steak & Shrimp Alfredo was killer and the wife had a great Cajun Pasta she wants to come back for. The arcade was huge and it had a bunch of fun games. We appreciated the playlist in the background, some throwbacks but some new stuff too! We will be back. read more

It was a great date night! Had some good food and yummy drinks. Our server was on top of everything . The only issue we had was we ordered ribs that came out freezing cold. But the server immediately gave her apologies removed the plate and had her manager void the item from the check. Even more The back of house manager came out to provide his apologies and let us know he also removed the cheese pizza. It really made the experience better for him going that extra mile. But never the least we had a great time and the rest of the food was great. read more

Fun spot for a group! They have a really large menu with plenty of drink and food options. Some of the plates are better than others, the cheese sticks and sliders are really good. There are also a good amount of games and we went on a Thursday night and didn't have to wait to play anything. Easy to park, however, both escalators were down and it was a bit difficult to find a way up. Easy to reload game cards, but there is a minimum of $25. read more

This place is always fun to take the family. The food is good and the kids get to play. It's kind of disappointing though that the prices went up, probably because they have to pay for their new renovations. Although it looks nice, it's pricier than it used to be. read more

My husband and I always have a great time when we go to a Dave and Busters. This location was pretty clean and most of their games were up and running. We go on Wednesdays where games are half off and try to go later in the night to get late night food deals. This chocolate cake was pretty yummy and came out super warm. We also had a cheese pizza flat bread which was amazing. : absolutely love, will come back, can't wait to try more things and bring people here : pretty good, some quality issues, would return again : simple stuff, nothing crazy here, location could not be clean or employees not friendly : I may give this place a chance to improve at least one more time : I will not be returning here read more

Dave & Buster's was a full-on entertainment experience from the moment we walked in!! The food was great as they have so many options to choose from! Our table ordered burgers, loaded fries, and an impressive brownie sundae that hit just right. The beer selection at the bar included a good mix of craft and familiar brews, and the server was happy to make a recommendation when I asked for something light and crisp we went with blue moon and Sam Addams summer ale! Delish! The service throughout was upbeat and attentive; our waiter always available and checked in at just the right intervals. As for our gaming experience, the arcade area absolutely delivered! The atmosphere was lively and a bit loud (just a heads up this is a gaming place) but in the very best way for a fun night out. The layout makes it easy to bounce between dinner, drinks, and gaming without losing momentum. Overall, if you're looking for a place to unwind after a shift or celebrate a family outing, this spot checks the boxes for food, beer, service, and gaming all under one roof. We left feeling full, entertained, and already thinking about which game we'll go for next time. read more

I'm not coming to Dave & Busters expecting a gourmet dining experience. I'm here because I want the kids to let loose while also able to enjoy some billards and a couple of alcoholic beverages and bar snacks with the adults. Well D&B does all that. Located inside Dolphin Mall, this arcade plus plus establishment will definitely keep your kids running and entertained for hours. They have several bars and areas for adults to unwind and refresh. But like I said, the food and drinks are your typical bar food and mixed drinks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also place seems clean or at least as much as anyplace with thousands of kids running around can be. read more

Pros: Fun atmosphere, pretty clean, tons of arcades. Cons: about 1/3 of the arcades did not work at all, it's definitely outdated and in need of some TLC. Several of the machines took my money, and a few kept getting stuck. It's a fun place, just sucks they don't maintain their equipment. read more

The only reason why this place has three stars is because the bartenders are sweet and amazing and the main game room floor is clean and organized . However the bathrooms? I mean come on check it every 30-45 mins . As someone in the industry , this is a bit sad when there's a ton of staff here. It's Dave and busters who doesn't want to take their kids and family ? As for the food , it's been good in the past never a bad thing to say about it. But the bathrooms are not cared for at all read more

I don't understand how an establishment like Dave & Busters can't get it right. It's always poor service and mediocre food. I struggle giving stars to this location but our server did go above and beyond under the circumstances. We came around 8:30 PM party of 7 including a toddle. It took several minutes for someone to acknowledge us in the front (fyi recommendation to invest in a sign that says wait here - because we were lost). Once we sat down we also waited several minutes until we were greeted, however I don't blame it on the server. I noticed one person and about 10 tables - not even a manager out to help him with tables or greet with waters. When we ordered our food we were advised by the manager since it was a "brand new item on the menu, corporate requires a minimum of two weeks of no modifications". So something as simple as taking a sauce on a burger was a no. I don't understand how you want people to try your new food but not allow them to make any modifications? What if I have a gluten intolerance and just want you to hold the bun? Food was okay. Their smash burgers was flavorful and juicy. I got the chimichurri bowl with shrimp. It had asparagus, roasted cauliflower, avocado, sweet peppers, lemon mint yogurt sauce, tomatoes, pickled red cabbage, and chimichurri rice. I would get it again. This establishment has what it takes - just need to invest in staff and proper training. read more

Just had a veteran free meal at this restaurant and I have to say it was really good. Just had the chicken parm pasta and the chicken was nice and moist. Usually when places make chicken parm the chicken gets dried out after they par fry the chicken and finish cooking it gets over cooked. This was nice and juicy the pasta was creamy and not dried from heat lamp. WOW just amazing and the fact the honor are veterans is just a sign they care about there patrons and the people who served there country to keep us safe. read more

- There's a bar in the center - They have about 4 machines to buy cards/recharge - I didn't order any food or drinks so this review is strictly for the arcade - I saw lots of families sitting at tables and people sitting around the bar - All the machines worked for me, didn't have any issues (other than the claw machine) - Their gift shop looks like it's in need of some tlc but overall it was a fun experience read more

I came to Dave & Buster's a couple of Saturdays back for a my friend Ashley's moving away party. Granted, I got there late so I couldn't comment on the games. I just lounged at the bar to enjoy conversation, sports on TV and bar bites. There were plenty of TV's around the bar, and we got to enjoy a UFC match between conversation. The music was a nice variety of rock and hip hop party tracks. As far as food, I ordered their chicken wings, fries and their Jamaican Mai Tai. First of all, huge kudos to the bar staff. There were only 2 or 3 employees to work a bar that took up almost all of the main room. There was an oversight in that I didn't get my fries, but the wings did have a nice sweet heat to them and plenty of meat. The Mai Tai also had a decent buzz to it. read more

Very Disappointing Experience...Sneaky Pricing We are regular customers at Dave & Buster's Dolphin Mall and usually enjoy stopping by the sports bar when we're already shopping. Today, however, was extremely disappointing. We came in to watch the Bills vs. Broncos OT and ordered our usual drinks, only to later realize that the new menu does not show any prices at all. The reason became very clear when the bill arrived, prices have been raised almost 100%, which feels incredibly sneaky and misleading. A house margarita (weak, tasteless, and low quality) was close to $20, while a premium tequila or mezcal costs around $22 or $24. That pricing makes absolutely no sense, especially considering the location and the poor quality of the drinks and food. Everyone at the bar was visibly shocked when they received their checks. Hiding prices from customers is not transparent or respectful, and it creates a very negative experience. If prices are going to be raised this drastically, customers deserve to know before ordering. Unfortunately, what used to be a fun, casual stop has turned into an overpriced and disappointing experience. We won't be returning unless pricing transparency and value improve significantly. read more

Well, the only reason I came here was for my friend's son's birthday party. I have not been to a Dave & Buster's since probably 1997 or 98. I wasn't a fan of it then either. There were six adults and 10 kids. I started off ordering the Blackberry sour alcoholic beverage. The blackberries were frozen. They did give a lot of them but it was like a rock. The drink itself was too sweet. I just drank it though because it was tolerable. I also ordered an Old Fashioned and that very good. They use Makers Mark bourbon. I ordered a set of wings. So did my friend. I got eight wings and she got six. No Rhyme or Reason since we ordered the same thing. It was kind of odd and annoying because our food came out within about four minutes, no exaggeration. They must have the stuff precooked. My fries were cold. I asked the server for new fries and was brought out another set of cold fries. Who knows, maybe they were the same fries? I bit into one and actually had to spit it into a napkin because it was not cooked at all. The wings were very good. They were meaty and they were just the right level of spice for me being medium Buffalo flavor. Someone else ordered fish and chips and they said it was okay. A few other people ordered burgers and they did not particularly like them. Our server had difficulties handling our large party. They probably should have two servers when it is a big group. We had to ask for silverware and napkins several times. I asked for ketchup and was brought a bottle that had barely any in it. Lovely. The kids had fun playing the games which is most important. read more

I can't remember the last time I had been here. Made a night out of it and didn't realize how many adults come here to have fun. I can see why. A little bit of nostalgia with the games we played as a kid. I was pleasantly surprised by their food. Small, but mighty. Their chicken quesadilla was delicious and a great picking starter. For dinner I had the chimichurri bowl with chicken and I was pretty impressed. So beautiful and packed with so much flavor. I definitely wasn't disappointed. Service was good and our waitress was attentive. Prize selections with your tickets are vast, but priced a bit high. But hey, I guess that's what makes you put more token on your play cards! All in all - great places for kids and adults! Great for a different kind of date night. read more
