I have been to a few different locations around the country. This topgolf location was the least busy of those I've visited. The layout was generally the same as the other locations. We were on a 2nd floor bay. I always prefer the 2 upper floor bays to the ground floor. Rihanna (not the singer) was our host and server. She was kind and attentive. She didn't try to upsell us on food and drinks, like I have experienced in other locations. The cocktails that we ordered were well made. I don't usually leave reviews, but the service we got from Courtney was honestly unbelievable in the worst way. From the second we walked in, she had an attitude for no reason. No greeting, no basic courtesy, just straight-up rude energy. We tried to ask about making a reservation, and instead of helping, she clearly didn't want to deal with us at all. It felt like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. If you're going to work in customer service, at least pretend to care. This was one of the most unwelcoming experiences I've had. Came to Topgolf for my twin siblings' birthday and we had a really good time. The setup's fun, everyone was vibing, and it was just a cool spot to hang out and laugh a bit. Only thing is that we ordered food and it took so long we ended up canceling it. That kinda sucked, but the drinks were solid and came out fast, so that helped. Been here a few times and its always a great time. Love that no experience is needed to golf and it can be just for fun. The weather was great but a bit windy so made it a little difficult to get the golf balls in the right direction but it was still great. Really liked that there are multiple games that can be played on the screen which Angry Birds is always a fave. Had some drinks and some bites. The Mac and Cheese balls and Chicken Nachos were pretty good. Would have liked for the nachos to have cheese in other layers and not just the top no one wants a dry chip lol. The customer service was fantastic, and they were quick to take our drink and food orders, making the experience seamless. We played for about an hour and a half, and it cost us around $88 on a Saturday afternoon, which I thought was reasonable for the fun we had. Just keep in mind they charge per hour, but it's for as many players as you'd like to bring. If you're a first-time player, there's a small $5 registration fee, but it's well worth it. Topgolf in the Doral area right near Dolphin Mall. I've been to the Miami Gardens location and am happy that I got to visit the Doral location for a half off Tuesday (every Tuesday, they have half off prices). Came with a group for a double date and it was the perfect after-lunch activity. There wasn't a wait since we came in the daytime a bit after lunch time but I still joined the "waitlist" on the app, just in case. As soon as we walked it, we were assigned a bay right away and started playing as soon as we got there. I like how they have your account linked to your phone number instead of the card like before. Came to Topgolf not necessarily for New Year's Eve but more so to hang out with some friends. But nevertheless I was here during that time and I must say it was pretty pleasant. From the service to food and the environment all were good. The best of my experience was that Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread that was very good to eat. The music was a vibe had us rocking all before the countdown to the new year. Granted there was an issue with the machine spitting out the golf balls. But they were able to fix it and even allowed us to make up the time it took them to fix it. The service also was great making sure to check up on us if we needed anything. They did move us to a different place but only after a long while. I ordered a simple vodka lemonade but it was so awful tasting that I had to send it back. We asked to be moved inside for dinner. We waited patiently for someone to take our orders, but no one came. I walked to the bar and asked for someone to help us. One of the burgers we ordered was nearly completely raw. We sent it back and it took forever to get it back done properly. For all our troubles we received a $20 discount card for our next visit. Needless to say I won't be going back! read more

Topgolf is always an amazing time! We have been going for years, went again today and was pleasantly surprised to see some new and exciting menu items and drinks. In the past it felt there were not many food options available, this time we had too many great options to choose from. We landed on pretzel bites with cheese and mustard sauces, loaded steak nachos - these are always great, but this time they were sooo good, and finally a temporary menu item (although I hope it stays permanently!) chicken katsu sliders with tater tots. Drink options are always good, this time I got a seasonal slushie drink, my daughter got a non-alcoholic lavender lemonade and really enjoyed it. As for game play, we always go with the Angry Birds game as we love to see the visual of the pigs and structures going down on the big screen. The Topgolf app allows for quick and easy access to reserve a bay in advance. One bay can house up to 8 players however only 6 players can play at once. Overall love to say that this is always a 10/10 experience for us. Servers are always nice, quick, and efficient. Top golf is all the rage now-a-days! It's something different to do, fun, and who doesn't like to smack a few balls around for a little stress relief. This place gets slammed on the weekends, so don't be surprised to wait 30 minutes to an hour minimum for a bay. Try to request level 2 or 3 because.. well... golf views. Duh. They have a huge bar to sit at and wait. The drinks here are very reasonably priced, which is a hugeeeee plus and the food is here is actually bomb! Who woulda thunk?? Their flatbreads and nachos are delicious and great for sharing. I've peeped the macaroni burger, which looks like an amazing heart attack waiting to happen and is on my top golf food bucket list. Of course now you're wondering why I docked two stars huh? I understand getting people a bay quick and eliminate long wait times is to get people out of the bays asap, BUT they need a longer buffer time when a group finishes their session. They basically kick you out 5 minutes after your game ends. If you have food and drinks, you need to pick it up and leave like a gypsy to a table by the bar. The next group shows up and waits there waiting for you to leave, which is a bit awkward. Our group always spends a few hundred dollars while there so there should be a different approach to turning over the bay to a new group. read more

Pretty good spot for an afternoon outing with friends or for an office Happy Hour. I'e been to both kinds of events and enjoyed them thoroughly. You can make reservations or test your luck and walk in (which on weekdays shouldn't be much of a hassle, but still, a reservation is recommended). Upon arrival, you can go to the bar and wait for your bay, have a drink and some snacks; and once it's ready, up to six players can chose the game style and start hitting balls. The system is easy to learn to use, but in any doubts, the servers can help you out, in addition to bring some more drinks and snacks. Now, on office's events, instead of that they put a food buffet, which was also pretty good. Either way, it's a lot of fun. That said, they are pretty often booked solid, so once your time is up, it's probably going to be very difficult for you to extend your game time, so be mindful of that. Back at TopGolf - Doral for another team building event and I've gotta say it's still a great time! Whether you are a beginner or a pro you can really enjoy yourself. As this venue is pretty popular, it's HIGHLY recommended that you call ahead or go online and make a reservation. If not your wait times may be pretty disheartening. Once you've got your space and can start playing, it's a lot of fun trying to make it into the targets on the range. Food and drinks are available for order If you get hungry or thirsty while playing. The items on the menu are really good. I'm a fan of the burgers personally. The noise levels are pretty much what you'd expect for a venue like this. Music overhead, groups on either side of you having fun and the sound of people teeing off all around. Not too bad at all. While there is a lot of parking onsite as I've mentioned it is a popular spot so the lot can fill up rather quickly. Try to get there well before your reservation so you won't be driving in circles looking for a parking spot. read more

This was my first time at top golf I went with my family and we got an hour pass and then extended afterwards. They offer golf clubs for left handed and right handed and the directions are pretty simple. The point system kept glitching and my score would go to my brother's and it would all get messed up so we had to manually move scores from one player to another so that was a little annoying. We ordered some drinks and food and we had to extend the game even if we weren't playing so that we can eat at the table. We got garlic Parmesan, Asian glazed and lemon pepper wings. They came with celery and carrots that tasted like nothing. The lemon pepper wings were goodd and so were the Asian glazed. I definitely don't recommend the garlic Parmesan wings here, they were not good. I gave it a 3 star review because the actual golfing was fun but a good chunk of the time was spent dealing with glitches and staff mistakes. read more

This was my first time at top golf. I went on a random Sunday night and it wasn't too packed. I was excited to try golfing for the first time. It was a fun experience, and I highly suggest going with a big group of people. I'm not sure how it would be on a busy Saturday or Friday night. I'm sure it would be a little more hectic but for us it wasn't. I will say that it's a little expensive but I think that if you go with a group and split the cost it's worth it. We ordered a couple appetizers like the wrap, and chicken buffalo dip, which were pretty delicious. I've been here a couple of times and our server was incredibly friendly. I'm frustrated that I can't remember his name (thanks to some strong drinks). He not only corrected our form, but also recommended different games to play on the board, making our experience much more enjoyable. I've been to Topgolf Doral a couple of times now and it is always a great time. This last visit I planned to take my dad and stepmom for a little family fun. I always recommend reservations if it's an option; not only does it help you and your guests but also helps the restaurant. Topgolf is no exception, and the app makes it so easy to reserve a bay there's no reason not to (as long as your plans are confirmed). We arrived a few minutes late and that did eat in to our playing time (2 hours). This was our fault (and Miami traffic) but nonetheless the bay was ready as soon as we walked in. Alex and Javi took great care of us. This was dad's first time going and he was a little intimidated when I told him what we were doing. Javi took our drink and food orders so quickly, and recommended the Irish Mule which the parents loved (think Moscow Mule but with Jameson). After a couple of sips, dad felt ready to give it a swing. Intimidation melted away when he realized how fun it was. He found himself giving golf tips to my stepmom, and had such a great time. I highly recommend Topgolf Doral, it was so much fun this time and every time I've been. It was great to go on our own for our first time, but the cost is per bay/for time chosen, starting at half hour and incrementing every 30 minutes. If you decide to go in groups, I'm sure it's loads of fun and it allows 6 people per bay, so you can split cost. We barely looked at the menu but decided to try their buffalo dip. The food is so-so but the vibe here is great My boyfriend plays golf semi-pro and we love to go to the range and hit balls a few nights a week. Sometimes we splurge and come to TopGolf, this location is way better than the Miami Gardens location because they have angry birds game in their system. We ordered pizza, chips and guac/queso, and wings and the wings were the best thing, and surprisingly good. The queso felt like it had a skin forming and wasn't particularly memorable. The game is fun though and the drinks are good, i got the blueberry lemon drop martini but i substituted tequila for the vodka (highly recommend) and added sugar on the rim instead of salt. It's a great place to have some fun for a couple hours, have a holdover snack before dinner and get a little wavy off some cocktails. Parking is easy and the service was attentive. 3.5 stars. Topgolf is overall a plaace that grants you a fun experience, an elevated range with food and some technology that makes your game fun. It isngood for every level, as their different games let you either have a good time and progress in the game. I fond that the 2024 updated peicing is a bit expensive for the value you get, specially if you have a small party size (3 or less). A party of five is ideal and 90 mins I find is the right time tonselect for such party size. If you go by yourself or just with another person, I would say that 60 mins is ok. The food is ok. Nothi g great, but not bad. The usual confort food for entertainment places (burgers, sandwiches, etc). Service at the front desk has decayed a bit in my opinion, however at the bay has been good and consistent overall. Some of the bays are beginning to show the age though. read more

We had never had an inkling for golfing but I must say we truly had a good time, even when we missed! The point system seems pretty arbitrary, at times failing to give points even when you make the balls in. However, we weren't playing to win, we were just trying to have fun.
