If you reserve a bay you cannot extend the time, and the staff will not only remind you but they'll escort you out, not even allowing you pick up after yourself. Topgolf in Doral is the latest of Top golf locations in South Florida. It was extremely far from my home but worth the drive. This location compared to Miami one is less busy, meaning no wait time even on a Saturday. We went around 1PM with some friends and had a blast. We had breakfast before going and only ordered a few appetizers and drinks. The service was great and throughout the experience we had no difficulties. It was our friends' first time at Top Golf and they loved it. So the concept is to book a Bay and play for an hour or more. They charge by the hour and rate depends on the time of day or the day of the week etc. Our group ended up extending our time since one hour was not enough to enjoy the atmosphere. Joined here for a Company event, when you turn into the building. You are greeted by a giant sign that says top gold and a huge building. There is security outside before you walk in, lots of parking so a huge plus. They have 2 floors for golfing, with lounge chairs and bars available. Many different clubs to choose from so it's a higher class golf range not like your average golfing. The problem is the pricing it can add up easily to spending a lot of money per person. They have rooms designated if you want rent out and do a party that comes with food and drinks. It's a good place for adults. Downstairs they have 2 pool tables and more seating area it's an indoor out door area. Overall good place, it might get a little pricey but you will have a good experience. read more

The place looks very good and has an very large Bar (full Bar) area to wait for your Bay or to hang out afterwards. I love love love this place. This is a great place if you want to hang out with family, friends or a cute date spot. Their food selection was delicious and affordable prices. I initially went for my birthday and although we had to wait a good two hours (insane) it was well worth it. To pass the time you have the option of staying by the bar or eating at their restaurant. They have a pretty big selection of beer on tap and cocktails. The only thing I can complain about is the mix up with time. In the beginning, an associate told us it would be an hour to an hour and a half. We came back and they told us it would be another 45 minutes. I understand it depends on how many people are playing and they obviously don't want to say it might take well over 3 hours. Topgolf is always great fun. What I loved the most was the service we received from Mathias and Manny from the Bar. They were both fantastic, very customer service oriented. Everything about this place is brand new, well kept and extremely clean. When you are new to top golf you are charged a $5 membership fee ( it will last a year for any topgolf location). You are given a membership card. One hour of playing is $45, you could later add more time right when you have 15 minutes left. Prices on the drinks are decent, not too pricey. Before you begin your game ( if you are a first timer), they will explain to you in detail how everything works, don't be shy to ask in case you forget. The entrance to this location is a bit tricky, you have to go between the Telemundo building and topgolf to find the entrance. Self parking is a bit tight. They offer valet parking if you prefer. This was such a great spring break outing for my girls. In times of social distancing this was a perfect activity, and we all had such a great time. The bays can hold up to six people, we were a party of four so it was great! We made reservations before arriving, once we got to the location we were advised of the bay number and were quickly able to set up. We originally booked for two hours, however we were having so much fun we ended up extending it to three hours. Food and drinks were great and our server was very friendly and attentive. This was my first Topgolf experience and it was in the new Doral location. We had a great time. You may park on your own and use valet. They also have someone to take you to your car in a cart if you wish. When you enter there is someone to greet you and help you. To the left you can go to the bar and dining area. More like a sport bar. They have a bottom floor with bays to golf as well but I did not see that floor. They have the second and third floor with bays as well with table, chairs, TVs and gold clubs. Staff is friendly and helpful. From open to noon is 25. Noon to about 5 I think is 35 and past 5 is 45 an hour up to 6 ppl can have a name on the board for scoring. One person can play on another's game if you dont want to get a second bay for more than 6 ppl. You may also upgrade to platinum with a bunch of perks for 250 a month. So for me that's not an option. Brunch food burrito and flatbread were pretty good. You buy gear there as well if you like and even bring ur own clubs. On busy nights I would probably make a reservation since ppl do usually play for an hour or more. What I like is that if you have 6 ppl that cost split isn't that much. Definitely recommend this place for hanging out with friends and having a good time. read more

She was rushing us to pay because we had "30 seconds" to pay the bay. Not packed, but at the insistence of the staff we would only be guaranteed seating next to each other if we booked in advance through the website. Approaching the two hours we wanted to extended cause we were having a good time and we kept ordering food and drinks. We were then told we weren't able to extend and had to leave. This Top Golf is of the newer variety, meaning that they are very tech forward which is fantastic! The space is great - they're out in Doral so it can be a bit of a hike but luckily, I work nearby. I went after work with some colleagues and - am so disappointed in my swing - LUCKILY for me, I had a gift card from my sister so I decided to go back and try out a lesson. I loved it so much that I got a package deal w/Alex Sibilly. He was great from the start, teaching can be super difficult, especially bc I tend to get quite competitive and frustrated with myself if I am not improving BUT Alex is so cool, calm, and collected that he puts you at ease and helps you continue to work on your strengths while downplaying your weaknesses. The feedback is constructive and I've seen massive improvement after only 2 lessons so far. The word "appalled" does not come close to how all the members of my party felt as we left. After an extremely disappointing Topgolf visit at the Miami Lakes location, I decided to give it another try, this time in Doral...My disappointment is immeasurable. Everything ran smoothly in the beginning, the food was great and everyone was having a fun time...until the checks came around. The waiter was not a mathematician and thought that splitting the price of the game 5 ways was the same as splitting it 7 ways. Still, this crisis was averted when he realized his mistake (but this only foreshadowed an even grander mistake on his end). All 7 people in my party handed ALL of our cards to the waiter, and only 6 returned. Then ensued a mystery game as to what happened to the card. SEVERAL members saw my friend hand the card to the waiter, but he refused to admit that it was actually handed to him. "Mamita, you didn't hand it to me," he said with disdain. The manager came but all she offered was to pay for the game and a $10 voucher. As if that would help the SEVERE mistake by the hands of the employee. A card does not simply disappear without the existence of negligence, GROSS negligence, I might add. Not only does this reflect badly upon the management, but upon the ENTIRE Topgolf franchise. Love trying to hit that little white ball straight (still trying)! The Doral location is my go to spot. The service is usually pretty good, although I have experienced at least one quiet quitter. My only beef is that they should service and clean the clubs more often as the grips do slip over time. This is not a dealbreaker as the beer always cold. This was my first visit to Topgolf and it was such a fun experience. The Doral location is new, very clean and well maintained. We were taken care of at check in very quick and were assigned two bays since we were a group of 8 that were playing. Getting the game started was pretty easy and if you are like me visiting for the first time there is a one-time $5 lifetime membership Topgolf charges. They also charge based on the times you are playing so make sure to check that online. Overall, I think there pricing is reasonable and if you're with the right group you will have a lot of fun and you can share the expense. Food and Drinks: we did order several appetizers which were pretty good. The menu has a little for everyone. We ordered chicken and waffles which was pretty decent, Avocado Tuna Toast which I really liked maybe can use a little less sauce for my taste but it was good. We also ordered pretzel bites, hummus and several drinks and that was pretty good also. Server was super nice and was always available to us. I would go back for sure and recommend a visit here. Then when we actually started playing, only one player got all the points because no one never told to us we had to toggle through the players ourselves. Then when we actually toggled through the players you have to check 3 times because there's a lag in the communication with the devices. They should learn from the bowling system. I have been to this location 2 times. Both times I have had a great experience. Sometimes, there are free online reservation slots on the weekends, but I haven't planned far enough in advance to take advantage of the reservations (I didn't want to pay the non-refundable reservation fee that doesn't credit towards bay rental). Both times I went, I decided to wing it. The first time, I had about a 30 min wait, and the second time, I was able to get a bay right away. The servers are the nicest and they really have a good attitude. The food was pretty standard, not bad. The second time that I came, it was early enough for brunch and the brunch menu had a couple tasty items on it. As far as the bays go, I like that the pricing is by the hour - and not by the person/number of balls, because you're going to have all kinds of skill sets when you go there as a group. Unlimited balls lets you perfect a shot that you think you could have hit better.Also, every bay has a TV with the option to change channels to whatever sporting event. Horrible experience - they ruined a 17 year old boys birthday!! Today is my brothers birthday so we decided to invite some of us friends to top gulf to celebrate. We made our reservations online. We had order multiple drinks and appetizers. We had 4 people sitting on the couch eating and 5 boys playing. Well, two hours into our celebration or waitress has come to inform us that on 'any other given day she would not mind however her manager is making her in force this rule' we can only be 8 people in total at the bay wether we were playing or not. GET THIS!!! Her solution was to take turns in participating in the party - one person rotating x amount of minutes! She offered us a chair inside. Realllly?! THATS YOUR SOLUTION. We spoke with the manager and he said there was nothing that could be done. He didn't care and we can only be 8 people. Mind you we were a party of 9 total and we're having an nice time. We had spent over $300 in just food and drinks NOT INCLUDING the playtime and had only been there 2 hours. Since they would not allow us an extra person we didn't even want to give an EXTRA penny to the business. If this was an initial policy why not enforce it from the moment we walked in? Why wait over 2 hours to say something. The manager was NOT apologetic what so ever! I can confidently say I was NOT happy camper. Lots of fun. Much more than just a driving range. There are multiple games you can play and the computer keeps scores for your group. We played on the second level. Most people want to go up to the 3rd level, which was packed. First level was empty, but that level has couches and is more comfortable. One piece of advice, skip the food. It is like bad bowling alley food that sat under a heat lamp for an hour and then they charge double for it. Order drinks and build up an appetite. There is a Burger Fi next door with much better/cheaper burgers and of course all the restaurants right down the street at Dolphin Mall. read more

We opted to stay in Bay as food had arrived and would get cold finding a table 4) Game stops again saying 15 minutes remaining can't continue playing until you find a staff member to log in computer to either cont. playing, extend time, or end game. Again play time wasted, not compensated and certainly inconvenienced. Side basket of fries not available; had to order "cheese" fries w/o the cheese for $11 to get fries. I stopped by to reserve 3 booths for my daughter's 9th birthday. The young lady who assisted me, Crystal, went over all the details - what was included, add-ons, food options, and so on. Upon paying the deposit, I walked out of there happy with how simple the process had been and hoping that the event would be a success. A couple of days prior, I had a question regarding the decorative balloons, and so I emailed her - however, I never received a reply (yes, I checked my spam folder). I was a little disappointed, but not enough to make a huge deal about it. Anyway, on the day of the event, our server was fantastic. He made sure to check in with us throughout the two hour celebration, and brought out all our food and drinks. Not sure how he managed with all the craziness going on - but he was awesome! Once it was time for the birthday song and the cake, some of the staff joined us in the singing and brought out posters with my daughter's name.
