Really great place to hangout with friends over a golf game. I've been there about 4 times in a month. They have good food and drinks. I haven't encountered any wait times at this location. My favorite games are Topscore and Topshot. They have heater in the bays so you enjoy it in winter as well. read more

First time visit. The wait to play golf was 2:15, so we did not bother. Sat in the bar and watched football and Capitals hockey, which we were able to get put on ONE of the TVs. We are in DC, right? BTW, the Wizards were playing also. Only thing on TVs was Football, minus the one TV they changed for us. So, NOT, a local team fan location. The temperature in the bar was equal the the outdoors. I had to wear my down jacket the entire time I was there. I was grateful the bathroom was at least warm enough to drop my drawers. If only I could have sat I there and watched the game, I would have. Serve was slow, however friendly. Not impressed based in tonight's experience. read more

Pete, our server was great. However, if ur are going to run a large establishment in NOVA, you need to stay on top of timely drinks and food; took a long time. Heard the food runners have to go up stairs for top floor...not very fair! Install an elevator for your staff, it will pay off long term...especially for timely food delivery. Server takes orders quickly, but drinks and food take 30+ minutes. Okay beer, basic bar food. read more

Umm, please train the High School staff you have employed. I waited 1hr for a Cobb salad.....which is RIDICULOUS.

Great place to hang out but service can anywhere from great to terrible depending on the day.

Every time I've come here, I've had the best time. It's definitely better to go in a larger group because it is a little expensive on your own. I like that this locations game play goes by time rather than the amount of balls you get, like the original location in Alexandria did. It is always clean and the seats in the bay are comfortable. The servers are usually friendly and timely. Although this location is outdoors, you are covered by the roof when it rains and they also have heaters above the bays for cold fall/winter days! I would highly recommend going EARLIER in the day if your schedule allows because the price ranges fluctuate and increase during their busiest hours. The food is delicious, they have a handful of good options but again it is a little pricey. This is one of my favorite hangout spots in NOVA. The wait times can become really long but in order to accommodate waiting people, they have a downstairs hangout location for while you wait! Overall, they do a really good job of making things enjoyable, even while you wait for a bay. I also love that they integrated college nights to meet new people and receive some discounts. read more

Nice and modern interior design. Something for everybody (whether it be a stop just for the bar, play golf, or play games). Service was great, especially Tracy D. She was super accommodating, friendly, patient, and helpful. Any other place, I'd get an annoyed or an exasperated response for the requests I had to make. I send her a virtual shout out. Tips: 1. Prepare for long lines as there are a good number of folks who don't know the concept of Top Golf yet. I expect this to diminish over time. 2. If you own a Top Golf card from another location, it does take some time to transfer that card to this location. 3, Lower bays aren't open yet which contributes to the line. 4. Not a wheelchair or stroller friendly place. 5. Bathrooms do not have paper towels. 6. If you are a vegan, the only thing you can eat on the menu is a salad. Veggie burger patty contains egg, and all burger buns contain egg. 7. For your convenience, there are clubs already in the bay. No more lugging your clubs around! Love the choice of music. Totally my jam all night long. I do worry about how this place will hold up given the large throughput of people though. Hope the furnishings and building can withstand this and still look in good condition for years. read more

I was excited to try something new for breakfast and decided to meet a friend for brunch here. I've never had chicken and waffles and we decided we would order that, and the breakfast chorizo egg sandwich and each have one of each. The first problem was absolutely terrible service. There was maybe 3 people in the restaurant I could see, and 3 or 4 servers/bartenders and they just wouldn't come over, stood there chatting and totally ignoring us. Finally one guy came asked if we were ok, I said no...we'd like some service and order. So, we ordered. Food was pretty disappointing, especially the waffle on the chicken and waffles. Let me back up, the food was luke-warm at best (both dishes). The waffle was clearly not fresh. It wasn't warm and it was hard, like it was made the day prior, I dunno, that can't be normal. The syrup wasn't warm so you couldn't pour that on to warm things up. Anyway, disappointing. The fried chicken was pretty good. The chorizo sandwich was alright but I wouldn't order again. When we tried to leave, that bartender would NOT NOT NOT look over, we tried to make eye contact. He was talking with another worker (who at some point poured a beer for someone so clearly he was either a bartender or manager as he had on a different color shirt). Anyway, I wish I had set my timer to say how long it took to get our check and the only way we did was by me YELLING across to the bar ....HEY can we get our check! Worst service I've had in so long I can't remember. This place is definitely hit or miss. I've been here a few times and it's either great or terrible (that's referring to the food and the service). Try your luck ... if you dare. I'm feeling generous with 2 stars actually. read more

Great place to hang out with friends. Food is good not amazing. It's a little pricy too so a lot of times I'm discouraged to buy anything. I like to come in the earlier hours where I can enjoy some quite time while golfing. Overall nice place but pricy and the staff tends to disappear whenever you need them. I get its a casual fun place but they all need to be on top of their game if they want to be called servers. The people up front are very friendly as well so I do love that. I'll be back for the golfing experience. Not for the food tho. read more

Service when I've been here in the past had been amazing, however tonight was different. I had a friend order me a double vodka red bull with rail vodka before I showed up. Upon arrival I was met with a bill of $20 for a double kettle one and Red Bull. Last I checked no bar uses kettle one as their rail vodka. Just upset that I paid about double the price of the drink I had originally ordered. Will be back just very disappointing to see from a place I frequent. read more

I came to Northern Virginia to visit a couple of buddies. I'm from New York and had never been to TopGolf. Our server was a nice young man named Yab. He was extremely polite and assisted in everything I had trouble with. Our order was perfect and timely. A lot of people said that servers at TopGolf could be a little awkward and distant but Yab was extremely personable, positive, and upbeat. TopGolf was amazing but our server added an extra layer to my first experience. I had never had a server like this before. read more

The experience here was amazing. We had such a nice time and it was so enjoyable. Easily, the worst part was the service for our bay. The food took too long. The drinks took too long. Everything was basically so forced and we had to try really hard to get any kind of service. Even though we were spending tons of money. Everything is there to be 5 stars. Just take care if your customers. Pay attention to their needs. And stay on top of it. read more

I can't believe how long it took me to finally visit this place! The building has 4 floors, when you walk in you find yourself located on the second floor with golf gear and the bar. This being my first time I felt a little lost, but there was a staff member to help me guide me through each step of the way. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. I'd like to thank our bay host Rose. She was super friendly and very entertaining with great stories! Unfortunately I'm not going to be the next Tiger Woods but I can't wait to return and play some more golf! They also have pool, Foosball table, and shuffle board! I loved the atmosphere here at night especially the rooftop bar! I had a great first time experience here with my friends. I will definitely be returning with friends and for events in the future!! read more

Came here on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. I was told there were 42 guests in the wait list and that they would text me when our bay is ready. The wait ended up being around an hour, which wasn't so bad! The atmosphere is fun and young at night and the music was what you would hear on pop radio. The bay (booth) was heated and the couches were so comfy! All golf clubs were provided, although you can bring your own if you'd like. This was my first golfing experience and I am definitely not cut out for this sport, but it was so fun that I'd come again! I would recommend coming with at least one person who knows how to properly swing a golf club to help! The food was absolutely delicious, we got the nachos, calamari, tater tots, and wings. Our server never gave us utensils or napkins, and she seemed very busy. We definitely did not get the attention we needed from her, which is why I gave this 4 stars, but it could have just been a busy night. Overall, an awesome place to hang out with friends! read more

Great place to go with a large group. Have been to this location sever times now and always have a great time and receive great service,

One of the best places I have been to in the recent past. I went to Topgolf Alexandria before and played minigolf, until I was introduced to this. It's a little more expensive than bowling, but way too much fun. Bad part: They don't take reservations. Good part: it's awesome. read more

I reserved a bay at Top Golf Centerville for $10.00, and was unhappy that the cost to reserve could not be credited to the bill. The outing was with a Soror, who loves to play golf. I am a novice and prefer miniature golf. I made the sacrifice to do something she would really like, which does not happen very often. Upon arriving to Top Golf, the parking lot was really crowded, and I had to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. As I walked to the entrance which was ten minutes prior to my time of reservation, I received a telephone call from Top Golf staff asking about my whereabouts and if I received their text messages. I advised that I was in the parking lot and did not check for text messages because I was driving. I was given my bay number. I entered Top Golf, went to the assigned bay, and observed dirty seating and table. I was greeted by someone who asked to take my order. Instead of placing an order, I asked if she would clean the seats and table. She left and when she did not return, I brushed the seats to no avail, and cleaned the table and filthy menu. As I did so, someone else greeted me and she was there to help me set up and get acclimated to the game. I accepted her offer to assist me but asked if she could clean the area first. After she left, I tried to figure out the mounted automated board without success. Frustrated, I went to the front desk to ask for a manager. As I waited for a manager, I was a group of people walk into my assigned bay and make themselves comfortable. A manager arrived shortly thereafter, and I explained it was my first time to Top Golf and detailed everything that transpired to include losing the assigned bay. The manager quickly took control of the situation. He located a different bay, said he would comp the play time and fees. The bay we received was recently vacated by individuals that had party, so it needed to be cleaned. We waited for someone to clean the seats, and sweep the floor. No one cleaned the table, I did that. It was at that time that I realized that cleanliness is not a priority at Top Golf because prior to having a bay vacated it should be cleaned for the next patron. The manager set up the automated board, we planned to play for two hours but he reneged on comping our entire time and limited it to the first hour and the fees. Our server was a nice and attentive guy, and I was glad for the change. We ordered food, and had a fried chicken sandwich with fries. My Soror ordered nachos and a salad. The bread on my sandwich was hard and crusty, I asked for a replacement. Once the bread was changed, it was better but still somewhat hard. The chicken was nicely seasoned and had a good taste, I just wished they used a softer bread something comparable to a potato bread. My Soror enjoyed her salad but the nachos were not recognizable. The nachos were overloaded with cheese so it looked like slop. We played the games and I enjoyed it. Although the weather was chilly and windy, the overhead heating made the playtime more enjoyable. When it was time to pay the bill, the fees had not been deducted. Our server made the adjustment. Before we could vacate, the first server I had that disappeared and never returned, approach the bay, opened the swing gate and glared at me, as if to say your time is up, move on. My first experience at Top Golf was not ideal, so I am not sure that I would return. The amount of time to play does not factor in eating, the turnover of a bay is not coordinated to permit time to clean the area and wipe the menu, and the cost is calculated per person which gets quite costly. A full hour to play a game is $35 per person, and players are able to add time in increments of 15 minutes at $7.00 per person. Also, reserving a bay makes great business sense to have an idea of how many bays will be in use at any given time; however, that cost should be credited to the final bill. read more

We went one evening during the middle of the week before Christmas with two families, ages ranged from 12 - 51. A great time was had by all. Service was friendly, quick and the food was good. We waited maybe 30 minutes for two hitting bays together. Can't wait to go back! read more

Fun place to gather a small group and DO something while you are socializing :-)! Great food!

I came to this location for a sales team building outing. So All I know that this has nothing on mini golf. Its a little ways from my home, but I would def go back to this location. It is huge, clean and the staff was friendly. My company got a spot on the middle deck which I thought was perfect for newbies such as myself. It wasn't too high or too low. We ordered off of the brunch menu since it was a Sunday morning (we all got there when it opened at 9am). Can I just tell you that the chicken and waffle sliders and the chorizo sliders were AMAAAAZZZIIINNGG. I was secretly happy that their were some leftover so I could take them home. My coworkers has the French toast which I heard was really yummy. Of course I ordered a mimosa and other drinks were ordered like bloody marys, vodka, beer. I guess what Im trying to get at is that they have everything. I would consider this venue more of a family friendly environment. Im sure there were some pro's but this is more for like games of skill and consistency. It was fun. For someone that has never went to a driving range and always stuck with mini-golf, I would recommend this place to others. Super fun! read more

I absolutely love TG. I came here with some coworkers who are golf pros at a nearby golf course and everything was spectacular - from the drinks, to the food, to our bayhost Sara, to John competing with us in a bet while golfing and who made us laugh the whole time. My favorite new place! We came with a group for the first time last weekend. It was so much fun and exactly my kind of interactive night. This place is so much fun. The customer service is always amazing there. The bathrooms stay clean. We were playing a 1.5hr game on the first floor yesterday morning-noon time and our waiter, Taiwo, was absolutely wonderful to us. We would definitely go back more frequently just because of that experience. The only thing I have to complain about is the sensors to get the golf balls are a tad worn because sometimes it doesn't register that I'm trying to get a ball. Frustrating because we spent 10-15 minutes of our 1.5hr game troubleshooting that machine. We don't like that we got charged to use a dispenser that we need to mess with in order to get it to function. One more thing, the food was on point. The veggie burger was delicious but the guacamole wasn't great. I don't like to talk bad about people's cooking skills or recipes. Unfortunately, I'm paying for it, so i expect good food. They could change up the recipe for the guac because that was hard for me to try and enjoy. Also, the portion of the guac that was given was horrendous. We got way too many chips and very little guac and salsa. Portions just didn't make any sense. We essentially paid for chips with a splash of poor quality guacamole.‍ read more

I am PISSED! I came into this place looking for a fun time with my two children, and instead, I received the worst slice of pizza I have ever consumed, a single extremely overpriced game of golf, and two (2) caterpillars crawling in my french fries. So fun! We love this venue for entertaining friends from out of town and for hanging out with our kids the neighbors.

Expect at least a 45 minute wait a Saturday night. That's okay because there's a "game room" in the basement that has two pool tables and three tv's where you can play games on. The place is very nice and luxury! When you play outside, there are heated vents above the seating areas (perfect for when the weather gets chilly!). Staff are very friendly and helpful! Only downside is the price ($45 per hour depending on time you go). read more
