Love this place. We have been here a couple of times. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

I left my Versace prescription eye glasses on our table. I called 10 minutes after leaving no answer. So I called the next morning and they magically disappeared. They're nowhere to be found. Don't bring personal items inside you don't want to potentially lose because the staff will not put it in lost and found. They we're gone so fast I almost wonder if they were stolen or thrown in the trash by our server Vicky. read more

So much fun! I've never been into golf, but this place almost makes me want to pick up some real clubs and take a swing. Trusty- who's name is super ironic .. directed us to put dock and was great at explaining each game, how it worked, and gave recommendations as to what we might like best. The atmosphere is really chill- great music and a overall good time. Great date night event read more

Do not take personal items into this place. We played for a few hours and I took a backpack with a water bottle in. We left and I left my bottle in the bay, and they lost it in the few minutes that we left. No trace of it. I checked three times with them and it still hasn't shown up. I feel like they broke a record with how fast they lose items. Anyway, the point is don't take anything you don't need inside, they will lose it. read more

I've been to this Top Golf several times and honestly the experience was great until yesterday. Some white/Asian girl was out waiter and she was extremely rude. Not only did she take FOREVER. She blamed us for things that was not even our fault. For example, she was taking forever and we couldn't order food before our time was up, once we ordered it was already like 30 minutes until our game was up because she once again took forever. THEN she proceeds to tell us that our game is over in 7 minutes after the food arrived that exact moment LOL! Once my boyfriend asked her if we can stay in the bay for a little she said no because it was our fault for ordering food late and that it was not her problem. She was extremely rude and rushed. I hated our experience. Also! The food runners cracked my screen on my phone because they dropped a drink on it ALSO CAUSING my Tory Burch bag to get completely drenched in alcohol. I did not hear an "I'm sorry" they walked away and didn't clean up anything. This was by far the worst experience and it was my sister in laws birthday which was pretty embarrassing considering she deserve to be treated like a queen all night! Top Golf in Maryland will be the only one I am going to from now on! read more

Sooooo expensive! This is definitely a fun time, at an amazing venue, but you will pay a hefty price if it's a simple date night ($45 for an hour's time in a single hitting station), so come with a group. Service is typically pretty good and drink prices are average for the area (it is "Cash"burn). Great people watching, too. I'll be back. read more

Takes way too long to get to play. They tell you 15-30 minutes, so you end up going to the bar / restaurant to buy food and drinks. Then tell you again after 45 minutes it's another 15-30 minutes. They were not operate all of the bays. Our visit were some bland nachos and we just decided to leave after our 15-30 minutes turned into nearly two hours of waiting while there were plenty of open bays we could've used right in front of us. Really disappointing considering this was our first and likely last time to try it out... read more

This place is great for golfers and non-golfers! Great for the family! Has really good food and if you don't have golf clubs they have golf clubs! This place has everything! Great food. Great staff. Great golf teachers for kids. Great for pretty much everything! read more

Came here on a Saturday night with some friends and it was so much fun. Although we did have wait three hours for a table to open up; they have a nice bar available for people to wait. We decided to wait, get drinks and get so apps ( sports bar type food). Overall great experience and will try it again. read more

When you open up a business as large as this; you have to make sure you have all the right staff trained real well to take care of groups of people looking to spend $45 dollars an hour at night plus food and alcohol. I placed 150 dollars on a card and was beyond disappointed at the tee length. I played for an hour and half instead of the 3 hours as planned. Your staff also said they texted me and never did. They both asked me if I had sprint and I said I have verizon. Bad excuse. Your system doesn't work. I waited probably over 30-45 minutes longer after my station was already open. Also, If your walls as high as they appear; what concern do you all have that people will hit it over the net? The tee lengths almost ruined my night alone. you simply have to fix this to a reasonable length or else this location will be a major fail and catastrophe. The service was devastating. How do you open up a multi million dollar venue for your systems to crash multiple times and have people wait for 2.5 hours to get their food? You're not surveying a five course meal...its finger food. I'm very easy to please and was seriously disappointed that almost nothing was done right. The manager Katie said I'll have your food brought up to our station and it wasn't. 45 minutes later our order was put in again. 1 star for having smiling apologetic servers who couldn't do much. 1 star for a clean well designed venue. But you're missing the most critical aspects and that's to have a back up system on ordering food. You don't make your customers wait for 2.5 hours for their food to come. We appreciate it being "on the house" but that doesn't make up for a ruined night with tees cut to barely above the grass and a very unplanned opening weekend with your business. You have to get your concierge staff on the same page. This business is currently a waste of time and money. The valet system needs to make people aware that after midnight they won't be operating. Nice Benefit but another fail. Total fail. Not coming back. read more

I have been here a couple of times, once with 8 people in the winter and this week with 6 people. I don't golf at all but it's a cool concept and we all had a great time at both outings. The facility is huge, very modern, and well-maintained. They have a large nicely equipped bar where they apparently have live music and DJs occasionally, and there's an arcade area with pool tables downstairs. Check in process was pretty involved and a little lengthy but we were given a table/bay quickly both times (despite the fact that it was packed the first time). The golf "game" is not quite a driving range I suppose but is similar. You can bring your own clubs or they provide a set of women's and men's clubs at each bay for you to use. Fortunately I was with people who were familiar with the computer system both times and they got us all set up, but it didn't seem very simple to use. When it's your turn, you get 3 balls and wave your club over a sensor to dispense the balls at the tee. Then you aim at several lit targets that give you varying points depending on how far they are and how many you hit in a row. The balls have microchips to keep track of each person's score. Some balls failed to register after landing but you can manually enter the score when needed. The food and drinks were great - it's mostly bar-type food but with a fancy/unique twist. We sampled most of the menu and many of the cocktails and everyone was really pleased with everything we tried. Service was attentive and the seating area was comfortable and casual. They have outdoor heating lamps for when it's cold. Overall I thought it was a special and unique experience. My main criticism is the cost, I understand the fairly high hourly rate but I thought paying $5 per "playing card" (each person needs their own!) was unnecessary and excessive. If you have a card already for the Topgolf in Alexandria, it won't work at this location. read more

Went to to golf today with a couple of buddies. Experience was honestly just okay compared to the one I previously had been to in Austin Texas. Pros: - Nice (obviously it's brand new) - reasonably priced thing to do if you go with 3 or more people - once you finally get into a bay( our wait was 45 min during a weird time I imagine it being much worse weekend nights) they are pretty slick. TV so you can watch ESPN, full beer wine and food menu at your disposal, comfy couches. Cons: - food and drinks are expensive but not much worse than anything else around nova - the staff was so unfriendly, minus our waitress who was very nice, there was also so many people working there who were just standing around doing absolutely nothing, it was odd. - the whole system of hitting the balls into the targets and getting points failed us dozens of times during our one game. It just didn't work. The waitress told us it was because there was too many balls lol. I understand it's a complicated system but if the game isn't working it kinda ruins it. - I am a avid golfer and could immediately tell the balls did not react the same as a normal ball would. For people who don't play golf often or at all it is fine, for someone who is an experienced golfer, it's a little lame. Overall I consider top golf bowling for rich people. It's something mildly entertaining you and a group of people can do when there's nothing else to do. If you actually enjoy real golf , the experience will be a little lamer than the rest of your friends. read more

I really hope they work out their issues, because there are many. The bottom line is: go to Alexandria. First, the good: everything is brand new and looks gorgeous. The food is decent and drinks are affordable. The wait staff in the bays were very responsive and all employees were courteous. Now, the bad. It was a busy night and the parking lot is nowhere near large enough to accommodate a venue this size. That didn't stop them from reserving 25% of the parking spots for $5 valet parking. The closest parking lot outside is at least half a mile away. Food took at least an hour to make it to our table in the bar area and half of our orders weren't even the correct dishes. The server seemed confused with everything. Mind you, the one special request we had was a plain burger. Everything else was straight off the menu. While the games were very fun, at least 10% of our shots didn't register when the went into the targets. read more

So this was my first time (finally) at the Loudon location. I normally go to the Alexandria one though. It's weird because the cards aren't transferrable, you have to get a new one going here. However, the person helping me got me a new one for free but it's normally $5. I think it was because I had my old Kingstowne card. Anyways, it's the same thing really but as you would expect - the new location is a lot nicer and more new. They have really good food and drinks. It's a fun place to go if you're in the neighborhood. It's a little bit expensive however so expect to spend a good amount when you go here. read more

I wish I could go 3.5 stars.... Finally managed to get my family there yesterday. To answer what was MY biggest question: YES, the building really is just open and YES, you can just walk or fall right off the edge!! There's a bit of a net designed to catch you, but IDK how good it is, and if one wanted to jump over it, they easily could. On that note, keep toddlers (and children-or adults-who run and play when they shouldn't), blind people, and the mobility impaired out of this building... or at least away from that part of the building. For real. Also, decide carefully if you should really have that extra drink before you go to play a round. So yeah, I probably could have golfed better but I have a bit of a fear of heights and I couldn't look over the edge while I was in motion, meaning I couldn't really aim. I'm not a golfer, so it may not have mattered, but I am sticking with my story. Beyond that... It's pricey, but nice. You'll enjoy yourself if you like the people you're with and aren't thinking about the money. It's like the King Pinz of golf. We took our 2 littles (ages 9 & 12), and our adult son (28) who was visiting from FL. Since we were paying for everyone, two days after Christmas, and had never been before (and not sure if we'll go again), the money was a factor. So was the wait. It took nearly 2 hours to get a "bay" for an hour (keep in mind it's new, and it was the Sunday after Christmas). The hour was $35. Plus, somebody in your party has to have a membership card. So hubby bought one and that made it $40. When we went to play we realized the games track every hit under ONLY the members. So with 5 of us, if we wanted to really play a game, it would have been $60... and that would have included a membership for our son who hasn't been to VA in 3 years. They need to fix that issue, it's really stupid, and on principal kinda ticked me off (that's how I decided to go with 3 stars instead of 4). As I am thinking about it, maybe I want to give them 2 stars. It's REALLY annoying that after investing $40 and 2 hours we couldn't really play a single game. So it's basically a lounge, and every once in a while you hit a ball. We were too cheap to pay $5 each and too lazy to track our own scores separately, so... whatever... We were trying to watch the football game while playing... and no one (not even staff) reallly knew how to change the channel. That was frustrating. The food was good - but high priced for what you get. And, you have to tell the wait staff to bring plates, silverware and napkins. I guess they think they are serving monkeys? Anyway... In summary: in exchange for $75 and 4 hours of our time (I am counting the drive to & from Leesburg and the wait time), the 5 of us each got to hit about 8 balls and have some nachos and quesadillas. Eh, it's OK. I'm glad we went. Not sure if we'll be back. On the other hand... if you're hanging out with friends and this is a happy hour kinda thing, it's probably pretty awesome. You're not worried about kids, you're splitting the cost and only paying for you, and you're with people you enjoy... Yeah, I'd probably go back under those circumstances. As a family, I suspect it will be only for times that are "special"... birthdays, holiday break and the like. read more

a week ago i visited the newest Top Golf location in Ashburn va, Here are my first impressions during this opening week as someone who has visited the Alexandria location many times: Getting there is super easy for many folks in NoVa. It's basically right off of 28 and 7/Leesburg Pike where they're been building up the One Loudoun area for some time now (you can see their fence from pretty far away). was a Sunday, so there was absolutely no traffic getting there. you can golf and relax in comfy chairs with friends and drink beer or other beverages. They have a limited menu of other options as well... Appetizers, sandwiches, wings, flatbread etc. absolutely love it ! read more

Lately, the Washington Capitals have been a really exciting team to watch. So when I went to this Top Golf with some friends hoping to watch the Caps game we found ourselves severely disappointed.. The reason being that Top Golf doesn't carry the local channels. That's right, there's no way to watch a DC sports team give this town a realistic hope of a championship for once. Also ordered a burger, I've had better... well pretty much anywhere. The service was decent, but definitely not wining any awards anytime soon. Just for reference, please peruse the attached: NHL Power rankings - Week 14 - Washington Capitals - Rank:1 So much to like about the NHL's best team. Even with key regulars Brooks Orpik, John Carlson, Jay Beagle and Marcus Johansson injured or suspended, Alex Ovechkin (Mr. 501), Evgeny Kuznetsov, Braden Holtby, Nicklas Backstrom and Justin Williams keep the Caps rolling. They are 13-2-3 in one-goal games, the top winning percentage in the NHL NHL Power rankings - Week 13 - Washington Capitals - Rank:1 This was tough. The Caps have wobbled slightly since having their nine-game winning streak snapped last week, going winless (0-1-1) in two. But they are the cream of the NHL with the league's top winning percentage and a lineup that is Stanley Cup-worthy from top to bottom, bottom to top. Watch for Alex Ovechkin's assault on 500 goals this week. He's at 496. NHL Power rankings - Week 12 - Washington Capitals - Rank:1 The Capitals continue to dominate while on a seven-game winning streak. They have earned at least one point in 15 of their last 16 games. Braden Holtby is leading the league with 22 wins and a 1.92 GAA. He's 14-0-1 in his last 16 games. The Capitals' 54 points leads the East. Yeah, you should keep an eye on the Caps season, just know you can't do it at Top Golf. read more

Golf is one of the few sports I seriously cannot be compelled to watch. Like ever. My interest stops at putt-putt and I'm not even any good at that. But I was convinced to come here because it's a ton of fun, so I schedule a corporate event. I was not disappointed. After a rocky start making total fools of ourselves we got the hang of the competitive games and we had a blast. The facility is clean, nice, and the food was great. I can't believe I'm including any kind of golf in my repertoire but I'll definitely be back with friends or for other occasions. It's worth a try if you're looking for a new activity to do that's fun, competitive, and easier than it looks once you get into it! read more

I drove 45 minutes to the dang Ashburn top golf because I recently got a membership at the Alexandria spot. I had a few games left on my card and I wanted to play the rest of them. I saw the Ashburn "course" on their "social media feed tv" lol and it looked pretty dope I must say. LITTLE DID I KNOW If I got my Alexandria card anytime after June 18, my points wouldn't work here (Ashburn). So. $35 for an hour, which in my case it was just me and my homie, so $37 with tax split in two is $18.50 each - simple math yo - In the one hour time frame we got through just two, 20 ball games with the 2nd one being a bit rushed. At Alexandria on a weekday afternoon (not weekends-those are more expensive) two games of 20 balls costs me $10 and I have plenty of time to hit them- maybe order some beers and chill you nahmsayin' BUT BESIDES THAT SECOND STORY BRUH So I ordered the signature nachos (which I had ordered twice in Alexandria and enjoyed) and so the nachos come with 6 big chips with nacho goodness on top and jalepenos which are the best. I get my signature nachos and they only put but 4 jalep slices over 6 nacho chips. "JALEP GAME WEAK HOMIE" And to make matters worse, they cut the dang centers out of the little slices so that they weren't even spicy! How you gon' cut out the best part! So then I ordered extra jalepeno slices which to their credit they promptly brought out. I was stackin' with at least 16 slices which was dope. But they hit me with the sliced out centers AGAIN. Why did you have to do that to me TopGolf. Why. read more

What a fun experience! I came for my fiance's birthday party during Memorial weekend and I thought we would of had to wait maybe an hour and we ended up waiting 2 minutes for a bay on the 3rd level (seems like the most fun level). However, since it was a holiday weekend it might have been a short wait only because people were out of town. Any other weekend, I've been told the wait can be up to 2 hours. Let me tell you how it works so you won't be as confused as me! If its your first time you have to go to the line (when you walk in on the far left) to get a "lifetime membership" card, which is $5. With this card you use it at your bay to check in and to play games. Now, let's say you have many other people with you. IF you want everyone to play on their own name, everyone will need an individual card. If you don't mind taking turns with other people on your name, then having one card for everyone is fine. In each bay, only 6 people can play at one time, with an individual card. After you're done getting a card, you can go to concierge and can get the "VIP" pass which means its like a fast pass, its about $50 extra. If you already joined at any other Top Golf you can go straight to the other line which will say "if you already have a pass" you just need to ask for a bay. Also at the concierge you can ask to be on a certain level and they will text you when your bay is ready. Open to noon is $25/hr, Noon to 5pm is $35/hr and 5pm to close is $45. Yes very expensive but it's fun especially if you have a lot of people going. You don't have to pay for your duration right away you can pay at your bay and extend your time there. There's different types of games you can play, I just do the normal Top Golf game. I would say a good number to have in your bay without feeling too crowded is about 8 people. Any more than that you're going to have to keep moving around when it's other people's turn. Food is a must! You wouldn't think the food is good but its so good here. It's better than some restaurants. You HAVE to try the Asian Sesame wings. It's actually big wings that are full of flavor, not small wings with no meat like BWWF. The chicken and waffles sandwich is also a favorite. They have your usual american food from wings to burgers to salads. Everyone was really nice from the membership line to concierge to the waiter at the bay. Robert was our waiter and he was awesome! Very attentive and got our drinks in a timely manner. I really enjoyed Top Golf and can't wait to go back! Though it does get expensive, night time is the best time to go and 3rd level seems most fun! read more

A good place to hangout in groups. Went with a friend and had awesome time. Food is delicious. Waited for 3 hrs to get to bay so better put yourself on wait-list before you go. The crowd is at peaks on weekends. read more

Just visited the newest Top Golf location in the DC area in Ashburn (they call it Loudoun). Here are my first impressions during this opening week as someone who has visited the Alexandria location many times: Location: Getting there is super easy for many folks in NoVa. It's basically right off of 28 and 7/Leesburg Pike where they're been building up the One Loudoun area for some time now (you can see their fence from pretty far away). Today was a Sunday, so there was absolutely no traffic getting there. Parking: If you've ever been to the Alexandria location, you've probably had to deal with the inappropriately small parking lot there. Thank goodness that Loudoun county has a ton of land because the parking lot here is massive in comparison. For opening weekend they had complimentary valet, which was pretty nice. The parking lot still had plenty of room, but considering that word hasn't really gotten out that this place is open, I can see parking issues in the future. Also, since they're building an IFLY facility right next door, a shared parking lot will cause plenty of headaches. Facility: Brand new and very modern. Everything looks pretty awesome. Compared to Alexandria, they added an additional level of bays, so now there are 3 levels to choose from. They also added some conference rooms most likely for corporate events. The check-in area is just as chaotic as Alexandria, which was to be expected. Everyone working there is probably pretty new to Top Golf, so things might take some time for the staff to ramp up. Same problem you have at any new place, so no big deal. The range itself is setup in a similar way to Alexandria. Experience: They called this place Top Golf 2.0 when we were there, and it shows. They've modernized the playing experience quite a bit. After you reserve your bay, you swipe your card when you get there and you can choose how long you're playing. After you pay (read the cost section below), then you select who will play next on the touch screen. You've got two TV's above you that show ESPN and the current score of your game. No longer do you have to get your own balls or clubs. You just take your club (available at the bay), wave it over a sensor, and a ball rolls out for you. When you're done, the next person touches their name on the screen and does the same. Cost: Can't remember everything exactly, but basically it's $25/hour early, $35/hour after noon, then $45/hour at night. At first it seems pretty expensive, but it's actually not bad because it's not per person, it's per bay. What's awesome is that there were 4 of us there, so each of us swiped our card to check in at the bay and we could figure out how much each of us would pay into the $35/hour fee. Overall: Definitely like Top Golf a lot. It's just a bit pricey when you look at the hourly rate. Some of the people we were with preferred the way that Alexandria does it where you pay for a set of 20 balls vs. hourly. I happened to like how they do it at Loudoun, but I can see why people might not care for it. I will definitely be back though! read more

Last weekend I celebrated my birthday at Top Golf in Ashburn and it was a very nice experience. From booking the event up until the time we ended our game, the service was excellent. Heather Ginsberg was my Event Sales Consultant. She was very pleasant, prompt with returning my calls and responding to emails. She even came and introduced herself the day of the event. Our event ambassador for the day was Jeff and he was very nice and professional and didn't get irritated with our many request. All of the food was delicious and came out fresh and hot. The wings and flat bread pizza was a hit!!! I would post pictures but we ate it before we could snap flicks. We will be back. Our experience was enjoyable. read more

Firstly, this is NOT a driving range. If that's what you want then you will be confused and disappointed. What is is, is a way to play various "games of skill" with a group of friends in a driving range-like setting that is about as civilized as can be. You pay for your "bay" by the hour, $45/hour for prime time. Take as many shots as you like, aming for targets laid out in front of you. Every member of your group has their own TopGolf card (which must be purchased for $5 on your first visit, lasts a lifetime, and does NOT work at their Alexandria location) the computer scoring system knows where your ball lands and scores it on the computerized scoring system accordingly. (Each ball has a microchip and its amazing they can keep everything sorted out but they do. Drinks and food are good and reasonably priced, $5.50 for a pint of draft and $9.50 for a couple tasty and filling pork sliders. The staff attitude was great at 6 PM and started to drift at 10, I think they were tired. I did notice that they were running a training class/attitude test for perspective employees where they were running around and dancing. I guess they want people who can create a party-like atmosphere. Kind of made me thing of Chotchkies from Office Space. So, if you want to have an hour or two of fun with some golfing buddies, this is the place. If you want to work on your swing then consider something a bit more... gritty. Eye of the Tiger, and all. read more

We like that there are three levels of bays, but service at the bar is far under par. Also what's with all the extra employees standing around? There were so many people not doing anything. Make use of them and train them to bartend! We do like that this top golf has balls at the bay's instead of getting buckets of balls like at the Alexandria location. But the fact that our Alexandria top golf card doesn't work for Ashburn is a HUGE downfall. Lines overall are way too long... It's a bit insane. read more

Same set up as other top golfs, good drink selection, clean facility and food is decent too. My reason for 1 star is because the franchise has a horrendous business model when it comes to hospitality and customer service. As soon as we finished our 1.5hr session where we ordered a good amount of drinks and food, the server quickly came to clean up and told us we had to clear the space right away, when the venue was completely empty, telling us to finish our beer at the bar. Another time we stayed until closing (different location) and pulled out a few extra balls onto the mat, the workers came quickly into our booth and without warning started kicking the balls off our mat. A simple warning telling us we shouldn't be doing this would have sufficed. Been there twice and both times encountered such terrible staff and service. read more

Topgolf has done it again with it's new One Loudoun location, and brought a top notch golf and gaming facility to a growing new entertainment hub in eastern Loudoun county. I was there for a small corporate outing and our server Stephanie (rockstar) did a great job keeping the drinks and food flowing as well as keeping us entertained between games. This spot is killer for corporate events, and at the same time I wouldn't hesitate to bring a girlfriend, family or friends. Even if you aren't a consummate golfer, it's still a great spot to relax and enjoy the weather while having a few beers. read more

This is a great place to hang out, have social gatherings, etc. Even if you don't golf, you can come and grab a drink. I believe it's $25 from opening to noon, $35 noon to 5 and $45 from like 5 to closing. (up to 6 players). The pricing is different from the Alexandria location. At that location you per bucket of balls vs this is per hour. read more

I've been here twice now and wish we lived closer so I could go back every weekend! Wish the service was a tad bit better. Lots of teenagers working and chatting it up which hey I get it, if it's slow a small conversation won't kill anyone, but if you're clearly walking right by me in conversation with your coworker as I'm trying to get your attention - not cool. Food - Awesome. Their donut holes are delicious - raspberry Amazing!! Golf - So fun! What a cool way to spend an afternoon or evening with friends and family. read more

Really great experience this weekend at TopGolf - I made a reservation online for Saturday at 11:30am. We couldn't make that time due to a last minute change. I spoke with Ray on the phone who was super helpful. He personally ran downstairs to the front desk to let them know we were going to be a little late. When we did get there, we only had to wait about 15 minutes, they then got us our bay and we had lunch and had a great time for two hours. The service was really great and literally the heaters and seating was soooo comfortable and amazing. Thanks, Topgolf - we will be back soon! read more

Last night was my first time at Topgolf. I came here and met up with some friends at the bar, they came in first and put in a wait for our golfing section. The wait was about 45-1hour but it was fine because we just ate and drank at the bar before we played. Our wait was up so we got seated at our section. It was my first time golfing so I made an obvious fool out of myself. This place is great for large groups of families or friends. Everyone had a good time. Staff was really busy but they tended to us in a timely manner. Only down side of last night was the system was down and they would only take cash for food and drinks but there's an ATM on the lower level where the pool tables are. read more

Nice facility, very clean and with ample parking. We went on a Tuesday afternoon, so we did not struggle with any crowds. Once you go inside, there is a small counter to the right, where you reserve your bay. If anyone in your party has a membership card, have them reserve your bay (or get in line to reserve a bay) right away. All members of your party will need to sign up for the lifetime membership ($5) at the counter on the right, so they can play. Signing up requires you give your name, phone number, birthday--no big deal, just annoying. Once you have the lifetime membership, you can use that card at any TopGolf in the country. Since it was a weekday afternoon, we were immediately given an upper level bay, as requested. You pay by the hour once you are at the bay. There is a 15-minute and 5-minute warning when you time is running out, so it's probably best to be conservative. You can bring your own clubs, but there is also a set of male and female clubs at each bay. Each bay has a monitor to control and record the games, a TV, seating area, and a dedicated server. Our server was very attentive and accomodating. There is a nice spread of food options, everything we ordered was fine. I was here to play TopGolf, so as long as the food was a-ok that works for me. TopGolf is not a traditional golfing range. You can treat it as such, but if that is all you are looking for, I would go elsewhere--though this facility is very nice. There are different "games" involving hitting various targets. Some of the targets are very close, so even people (like me) who can't hit it very far can score points and feel competitive. We had a very fun time here and I would highly recommend coming to this facility. read more

Had a company event here recently and was pleasantly surprised at my whole evening! I was most impressed by the staff. From my first greeting to our wonderful server Natalia serving our 5 bays throughout the 3 hour event up until the end were great! She was super attentive, informative and friendly! We also had 2 top golf members dressed in referee shirts that helped us run a few games which I thought was great! Helped put some pep in our step so that we weren't sitting and drinking and instead took part in some fun competitive games throughout the team. read more

Better upgraded version of the old Topgolf in old town. However this place will ask you to buy a new card even if you already have a membership at the old place. This place charges hourly as compared to the old town one that charges based on the number of balls read more

Not too accommodating, despite a very uncustomer friend experience when it comes to booking. Not sure if it's this management or Topgolf in general, but just spend your money, time, and piece of mind at another location if you can. read more

I went two weeks ago with my team after a very long day at work.. there is too much sales pressure at this place.. we were told that we can have 6 profiles in system but anyone can play during the hour that's cost $45.. we order a lot of food and drinks but at some point another employee came and said we needed to pay for another hour and use the other golf machine that was on the other side, if not we couldn't stay there.. I got confuse so I asked "Andy" the waitress to explain as the info wasn't the same as the first person provided.. So he said same as the lady then they said if the golf hour runs out we couldn't stay in that area eating, so I asked Andy what it would happen if we are eating when the hour ends? He said well if you ask nicely I might be able to let you finish eating in this area? I was asking nicely already so I got confused.. what the hell! They took a while to bring food and drinks and then I couldn't imagine taking the plate to my car and finish eating in car just because the golf hour is over? Also I got coconut mojito (nasty) the worst cheap alcohol which it doesn't even taste as coconut at all .. over all very bad service, a lot of sales pressure, bad drinks We won't go back read more

I attended Topgolf for a work function and it was fun but, for me the food wasn't amazing, service was subpar, and it's a pricey place. The facilities are a bit of a mayhem which is expected with lots of groups running around but, overall it wasn't too terrible. The service left a bit to be desired when it came to delivering food, seeing if we needed food, etc. I don't mind coming back here, I like it but, I don't love it. Also, if you can book ahead for a bay, do so. I didn't like being in the bottom bays. read more

I enjoyed it. I went back in December of 2019. The experience sparked my interest to get back into playing golf. The $5 lifetime membership is great!! I plan to visit the one in Germantown. read more
