Highly recommend. I had a huge 70' pine tree in a small space in my backyard, and it needed to be removed (due to damage it was creating). George was very professional, from the estimate to the completed job..said and did everything I was hoping for. He showed me his State contractors license & proof of insurance. I checked them out online. They showed up on time and helped me move all of my stuff out of the way. All of the Top Unit employees were polite & worked hard & well to get the job done. They helped me move my travel trailer out & back in again & moved my portable garage temporarily out of the way in to the alley. Amazing! They removed 10 queen palms and some giant banana trees with ease and at the 2nd job they removed a wild jungle of IVY that took over the entire side yard! They did excellent work again at our home yesterday, paying close attention to all my requests as well as adding their better suggestions. They also tackled a complex job of weed removal on my rooftop deck planters that all other landscape services shied away from due to high degree of difficulty. My tree removal project is a little hard due to the fruit tree in the planter. So it was not possible to have the stump grinding. Only they were welling to do the stump up by "manually" instead of using chemical stump killer. Because I don't want to have a chemical pollution in my garden. I had them come out and give me an estimate on trimming my Chinese Elm. I have another estimate $ 375 and without hesitation he said I will bet any price so he dropped it to 350. I tried to get ahold of him for about 2 weeks. I finally got a hold of him and we set up time to trim my tree. When he showed up he said we are only cutting the bottom. I said no you are also thinning it out. Then he said I said 450 I said no 350 then he said I can't do it for that it has to be 450. Well I have lost a day of pay and I am looking for another tree trimmer. I had mentioned that my neighbor tree had some branches that had falling so he went there and I let my neighbor know to get the estimate in writing but he change the price on me.
