Great service and quote. The team was very efficient, professional, and did an excellent job trimming our trees. Definitely recommend!

Very professional team and I was honestly shocked when they showed up with a 6-person crew (expected maybe 2-3). They were right on time, super friendly and we found our tree service for life in these guys. Thank you very much and for a final note....their meticulous clean up was extremely impressive vs. our last hire. These guys are the real deal at a very fair price. Thanks again you guys :) read more

After searching for a tree trimmer, I ran across Dr. Rogers tree service here on Yelp and I am really glad I did. Brayan gave me a great price and the service was great as well. I had an olive tree removed along with the trimming of a large pine tree. All work was done quickly and all employees were professional. After the job was complete they cleaned everything up and left the yard in great shape. I would highly recommend Dr. Rogers and I definitely will call them again when needed. Dr Rogers crew showed up 30 minutes early prepared to work. We had 4 cypress trees we wanted removed and the stumps ground out also. Our trees were 60 feet tall. The crew got right to work. It was truly amazing watching them. They got the job done in 1 day. Removed all of the fallen trees and left our property cleaner then it was when they arrived! They are very professional, friendly and do a terrific job. A week earlier we had them come out to stump grind a jacaranda tree that we cut down. Did a great job with that so we hired them to take the cypress yrees out. My husband and I highly recommend them. Brayon was our contact and was very professional and accomodating. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat read more

We have two massive avocado trees in our backyard that I've been putting off getting pruned for months. Luckily I did and found the right company to do the job. Brayan was so quick to respond to my initial yelp message and was very responsive throughout. He came and gave us an estimate after doing a thorough inspection of our trees and gave us insight to our trees health and typical cycle for our trees/what to expect. The team came two days later and were extremely quick, and left the yard immaculate. They even went to the neighbors yards to pick up anything that went into their yards. Very impressed with this company and will absolutely use again. Not to mention, reasonably priced! read more

Bryan and his team cut down a hug bougainvillea and gave my Bottle Brush tree a trimming. I was happy with the work. But in the price I paid included stump removal of the bougainvillea. He couldn't do it until our driveway was demolished, which we had plans to do anyway. He said "I give you my word" that he would come back to grind the stump. I have messaged him and called him hut but he's not answering. Our driveway is being demolished as I type this. Time is running out! I shouldn't have paid him everything. I was swindled because I believed him. I'm now frantically trying to get someone out here today! read more

Recently just moved apartments and unfortunately it doesn't come with regular gardening/landscaping! Originally started trimming a tree and then changed my mind to have it completely cut down. Dr Rogers Tree Service answered my inquiry within 10 minutes, came to my property under an hour, and finished the job within 30 minutes!!! This was the most efficient and easiest company I have ever worked with. Bryan came in and assessed the landscaping. Gave me a hard to beat estimate and I was immediately sold. Anytime I need something done gardening wise, I am calling them! I highly recommend you do too. You won't be disappointed! read more

A last minute schedule change to the installation of a fence left me scrambling to find someone to remove a tree in less than 24 hours. As you can imagine I received some unreasonable estimates for the last minute request... Finally I reached out to Brayan late afternoon and he were so flexible and accommodating. He gave me a very good price especially given the circumstances. They came first thing in the morning and removed the tree before the fence instal. The crew was friendly, efficient, fast and clean. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. Greatly appreciate you accommodating us!! read more

I had called a few different tree removal services for my backyard, and was impressed with Bryan who picked up and was able to share with me his process and how he was going to best service me. He was extremely clear and made sure I understood every step and how his team was going to be able to meet my very picky requirements. I wanted to make sure that they didn't break any pipes or the electrical wires for the lights I had all over. When the team came, they were able to navigate very well the obstacles and was able to finish the job very quickly and professionally. Bryan and his team even checked with my neighbors before parking their trucks in front to make sure not to block anyone's driveway. Additionally, before leaving, they cleaned everything up and followed all of my instructions. I'd highly recommend working this team, and I will be hiring them again for my front yard. Great job all around. read more

I don't know who Dr Rogers is, but I can tell you that Brayan and his crew are spectacular. It started with the estimate. Because of a mixup, another rep showed up at the same time and, frankly, tried to horn in on Brayan's bid. Brayan excused himself very professionally and came back the next day to give us his quote. His bid was competitive. Maybe not the lowest, but dang close. Throughout the process, communication was good. On the day of the trimming, his crew was there on time, tackled the job and actually got it done a little early. That was the ONLY hiccup. Since they were done a little early, my wife had to get home earlier than expected to pay them. They even surprised us by trimming a very small tree to match the other trees (they got our OK first) and cleaning our rain gutters when they were done, since some of the clippings had fallen into the gutters. They did exactly what we asked: a fairly radical cutting, so our new solar panels wouldn't be shaded. The different is stark, but it's what we wanted. They removed two trees (one of them HUGE) and there's no sign of either of the stumps. Speaking of "no sign", I couldn't believe how tidy everything looked on-site when I got home despite a crew of 5 working in our yard for several hours. I wondered if they vaccuumed! Highly recommended. read more

My wife and I recently purchased a home and the property had a massive overgrown avocado tree that extended into my neighbor's yard. I requested quotes from 5 different tree service workers and Brayan was by far the most competitive. He was able to match the lowest price and ultimately I chose to go with him because of his level of professionalism. He wanted my business and did everything possible to earn it. Brayan also reach out to my neighbor and got permission to cut it from their side. The level of complexity for cutting this avocado tree was huge and him and his crew were able to cut it down safely without any trouble. He also removed 2 queens palms and was able to grind the stumps on all three into mulch which was great because it retains water in case I wanted to plant anything else and also prevents weeds. I 100% recommend you contact Brayan for any gardening or tree services. I'm definitely going to use him on my other properties. Thanks for the level of service you provided and I look forward to contacting you again. read more

I highly recommend Dr Rogers Tree Service.Brayan was the lead of the crew and was very professional and prompt. Prior to hiring Bryan and his fantastic crew, I received approximately 5 other estimates for my tree removal project (several large trees). All businesses were quite respectful and seemed very capable, including, of course, Dr Rogers Tree Service. However, there was something different about Bryan. He was highly focused, knowledgeable and respectful. Everything was explained clearly and all of my questions were answered. There was no pressure at any time, his price was more than fair, and he followed up with me throughout the process as promised. I believe he went above and beyond and I would not for a moment, hesitate to hire him or refer him again and again. In my experience, his business practices are highly ethical and he treats his customers as any would want to be treated, in a friendly, honest and professional manner. Thank you, Bryan, for completing my landscaping needs quickly and comfortably! Bobby D. read more

My first experience was great. It was a 5 star service initially. He gave me a quote over Yelp and stopped by shortly after to take a look and give me the quote in writing. The work was done fast, he was communicative and the team left my yard cleaner than before. Unfortunately, I contacted him again for another quote/job and I didn't receive a response for days. When I finally got one, it was an apology for not responding BUT then stopped responding again. I sent one more message saying I was going with another company since he is too busy for me and still NO reply. It's VERY disappointing since I was do happy with my first service and then had to look for another company, which was a nightmare, but that's on another one of my recent reviews. 3-stars to meet in the middle from my 5-star experience and 1-stat experience. Not sure if it's because my jobs are too "small" as other companies are telling me? I assume I will be hearing from someone after they read this review. I still have other jobs that need to be done but I am on the search for a reliable company. read more

We are first time homeowners and have no idea what we are doing as far as our plant maintenance and landscaping. I had a hazy idea of buying a chainsaw and having a go at the shrubs myself (they were getting close to the power lines and our backyard looked like a jungle) but my partner strongly hinted that he would prefer me not to be wielding a chainsaw on a ladder by saying "no, you are not buying a chainsaw and getting on a ladder." We also needed to remove some giant shrubs to make room for a massive electrical panel. My renovation project manager said they could remove the shrubs but recommended we get professionals to do a tidier job than they would. I reached out on yelp for a bunch of quotes because that's what you are supposed to do - get at least three quotes to get a feel for the actual costs. Brayan was one of the first to respond and he came out very quickly to do a consult. I was impressed by his knowledge (he was able to identify all the plants in our yard, outlined the care they needed, and set my mind at ease that I wasn't removing any expensive or nice plants) so despite my trepidation at not getting other quotes, I went ahead and booked. Unfortunately our renovation schedule has been thrown off with the pandemic. Our electricians had to get the panel into place more quickly than expected so I had to cancel. Brayan seemed put out when I told him which I could understand because it was the day before - I threw off his schedule and wasn't sure when we could reschedule as we were waiting for the electrical work to be completed in the backyard. He touched back to reschedule which I couldn't commit to because my project manager wasn't giving me firm dates and I didn't want to be the jerk who canceled a second time. Thankfully we finally locked down a day where they could have the backyard to themselves. The crew showed up and went straight to work. They were very efficient and cleaned up the hack job that happened when we moved in the giant electrical panel and even removed those clippings which wasn't their responsibility. Brayan just did it to help us out which I really appreciated as otherwise we would be slowly getting rid of the pile in our green bin every week. They took out a lot of random plants for us and literally touched every tree and shrub on our property. Any plant that was removed had the stump ground down to make sure we had a nice smooth surface. Everything looks tidy and the backyard looks way bigger. I was impressed with how clean they left even our driveway and the street where they were putting the clippings through the chipper. They made sure to rake and sweep up any loose bits. It's a relief to have one more item checked off our list. I value communication, good value, and knowledgable service and they hit the mark on all points. I am extremely happy with the service and would definitely use them again. read more

Just a week ago, we were looking for a tree service company that can remove the Jacaranda tree at my parents' front yard.
