I reached out to them and within 10 minutes I received a response. Javier asked if I could take a picture of the tree and send it to him so he could give an accurate quote. He gave us a reasonable quote and we were scheduled for later that week. 10 out of 10 booking experience!! On the day of the appointment his crew showed up 15 minutes before hand and waited for Javier who arrived shortly after. A couple months after they finished many of the plants died. I sent photos and asked Fil to replace them. He told me we needed to wait until it was warm again. I contacted him in May, when he said he would replace the dead plants. Nothing happened in June even though I contacted him again. Nothing happen in July, so I contacted him again in August and asked for a refund so that I could just buy the plants and replace them myself. On August 13 he said he needed a week and then he would send me the refund. It is now September 14 and I still have dead plants (more have died in the meantime), no refund and not a word from Fill. After I posted this review Fil contacted me and did follow through on providing a refund. As I mentioned above, his crew is professional.

This time around, a worker DID come to our place to inform us about their assignment. In addition, they once again did a very thorough job in cleaning our backyard, and for that, I am grateful. The only thing that I would suggest is perhaps a note could be left with their client's neighbors the day before they come out. Fortunately, I did not need to be at work early morning today, and because of that, the worker caught me at the right time. If I did need to be at work early, the workers would have encountered our dog in the backyard, since there would have been no time or notification to move him. If Duckett's could send someone the day before to do this type of notification, that would be great! I would have given 5 stars, but due to the late notification, 1 star has been removed. Other than that, from what I can see with their work on the other side of the fence, they did a fantastic job!

The tree they trimmed was overgrown, very tall and it had a lot of old and dead tangled branches averaging around 30 - 40 inches in diameter.
