Amazing attention to detail, wonderful attendant. Love the shape of my nails and my feet are so soft! Thank you!

I absolutely love this salon. The quality and level of care are truly above and beyond. My nails never chip, and I always leave feeling so relaxed and taken care of. What makes this place really special is how they treat you like family. It never feels transactional..it feels like you're walking into a home where everyone genuinely cares about you. Whenever I bring my toddler, they put on whatever she wants on the big screen and make her feel like a princess. That kind of thoughtfulness means everything to a busy mom. The customer service and quality are simply the best in the area. read more

I adore this salon - and have been going there for the best manicures and pedicures for years. Linda and Stephanie are not only sweet and lovely, but perfectionists. The salon is immaculate - and has an intimate, friendly warmth. I feel like part of the family there - it is a wholistic-quality experience. I wish I could give it 100 stars. read more

This place is fantastic! The staff: Linda and Stephanie 10000/10 I have only ever had my nails done at one other place and this Salon blew my first experience out of the water! The Pedicure was to die for. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful The services are fairly priced The Technicians take their craft seriously but are just as easy to connect with while your services are completed. I had a manicure and pedicure and they were both amazing. The pedicure takes the cake though. You get a a massage chair, a hot spa foot bath, a calf massage, a dedicated nail tech to bring the whole experience together. I will never go anywhere else so long as I live in this state. read more

I've been coming here for a dip manicure and pedicure for about 8 months. They do a great job here, and it's always consistently good. My nails look great for weeks afterwards. read more

Stephanie, Linda, and Jessie really take their time and I appreciate it. Whenever I come in, I notice how personal they are and have amazing customer service. Whenever I leave I feel they did such a thorough job cleaning up my cuticles/ always leave really happy with how my nails look and feel. The place is super clean and I love the movies they play in the background. They have great choices/ brands of colors. 100% recommend. 10/10! This is my third time in and I love it here! read more

I was trying a new place as I was in the area so I called ahead to see if they could accept a walk-in and while they said they could, it felt rushed and like they really didn't have the time. They were going quick that they knicked my hand. when it was time to pay, it was more expensive than what she told me on the phone. She told me I got an extra service when I did not. I had just asked for a base coat and they put another polish I that I did not request and got charged for. I would not recommend this salon. read more

I absolutely love Top Spa Nails. They do a terrific job and the polish lasts a long time without chipping! I have been to many different places and this nail salon is by far the best! I am a dog trainer and a domestic goddess so my finger nails are subjected to a lot of trauma and yet they look great for weeks after a session at Top Spa! I have also had waxing done and very pleased with the results! Thank you Top Spa Nails for always looking after me!! read more

Needed a salon that opened at 9:00 to get to the mall next door and shop. I found this place and decided to give it a try. It's a mother & daughter- they did so good both manicure and pedicure! She did amazing on my manicure. Took her time and did the prep work throughly. read more

This place is a hidden gem. The mother-daughter duo provide the best, most long-lasting manicures and pedicures I have ever received. They don't rush through the process, either. They offer a variety of nail services, including several options of polish (Dazzle, long lasting polish, OPI, and others). I don't do the no-chips but they offer those as well. If you go here, you will not be rushed or treated as a number. You'll get to know the owner(s) and feel a part of their family. I recommend Top Spa Nails highly! read more

If you're looking for a manicure/pedicure call them & make an appt!!! Ive been going to Top Spa for many years now, I used to only get pedicures here because I had acrylics but recently I started getting Dazzle Dry manicures which a lot of salons don't carry dazzle dry, its organic polish and my manicures here are always amazing. The fact that Linda & Steph (mother/daughter duo) work together is touching to me. The salon is extremely clean, they are assertive, they usually have nice music playing or a movie on the tv for you to watch. They have 3 nail techs so I never have a problem getting an appt. even if it's last ,minute!!! My sister has started going here as well. There is a parking lot so there's Plenty of parking. Thank you Linda & Steph for always doing a great job and taking care of me/my hands/feet. read more

Beautiful, meticulous mani-pedi's every time!. A very relaxed, clean and friendly vibe, and most reasonably priced.

I stopped in a couple weeks ago for a last minute brow waxing. After speaking with the owner I believe, she told me the price for eyebrow waxing was $15. When I went in, I was in and out very quickly and she told me it would be $18 at the register. When I questioned her pricing, she told me it was "more work" when it was definitely a normal touch up. I don't have thick brows, I just needed a clean up and she insisted it was more work. My brows looked ok, and the lady who did them was such a sweetheart but it just seemed like she was taking advantage of pricing. Would have been nice to know up front I was going to pay $18... read more

Top Spa Nails - Lounging on the patio - Nail Salons Near Me - Wilmette, Illinois

Top Spa Nail is one of the best nail salons in the Northshore! A Mom & daughter salon with a warm friendly atmosphere and most accommodating to customers. What do I love about it?? Their meticulous nail care, including detailed cuticle trimming (my favorite!), super clean tools & all around very clean salon & bathrooms!! Always enjoy their top of the line new massage chairs for pedicures, and a great collection of beautiful nail colors. When I walk in I'm greeted by my first name and that's the approach with all their customers. They are so compassionate too! I will always be grateful for their @home stops to do my Mom's nails when she could no longer go out. They are professionals who do their work with care & pride. Check them out & tell them Alina gave them 2 thumbs up & 5 stars! read more

Made an appointment for today earlier in the week based off other review recommendations. They weren't too busy first thing in the morning and were very friendly upon my arrival. Service was quick and great. I'm used to having my hands soaked which I feel makes the filing and cuticle shaping/trimming more comfortable. Not sure if they only didn't do that today or if they don't normally do it. My pedicure was perfect and so relaxing! The results are awesome and I'm excited to see my nails after a week or so to see how they hold up! Thank you! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area. read more

I am very critical when it comes to the upkeep of my nails and toes. I have stumbled across this gem at the end of April and could not get over how good my pedicure looked! Fast forward to June I went back after a month because my toe nail polish stayed perfectly intact the whole time! It was a basic polish application but there was no chipping it just grew out and that's why I went back. Trust when I say they are worth it! I live over 30 mins away and do not mind the commute because I know I will be satisfied! Excellent customer service! read more

This place has been under new management since earlier this year. I have gone to the neighboring nail salons & prefer to come here because I am never rushed and they do a meticulously good job with my nails. I normally do not do pedicures during the winter, but decided to splurge because of their Mon-Thur $35 mani-pedi special today and was surprised to receive a nice paraffin treatment for the heels of my feet which was very soothing. I have had Sarah do my nails twice and each time my nail polish seems to last longer than usual and I have to wash my hands more than 20 times per day in my line of work. It's too bad there are not more reviews because every time I have been there the customers are on a first name basis with management. I used to go to Organic Spa in Wilmette, but it's like a factory in there and I feel they are in a rush all the time. The mini neck and shoulder massage at the end of the manicure is another nice touch I might add... read more

I have remained a loyal customer of Top Spa nails for three years now not only because it is conveniently around the corner from my home, but because of the wonderful customer service and work done by these hardworking specialists. I routinely go in for eyebrow waxes (they always take their time and pay close attention to detail) and no-chip manicures. I always allow for a few hours here because they are so diligent and thorough, and because it is so pleasant. My no-chip manicures last almost a full two weeks (I also do a lot of manual labor with my hands). There is a reason that Top Spa is always busy, year-round. I highly encourage anyone to call and book the appointment, especially in prime summer and spring seasons and holidays. Stephanie, Linda, and Jack are the hardest-working, most diligent manicurists in their local industry. read more

I have visited Top Spa Nails twice so far; 1 mani/pedi and 1 mani. Both experiences were excellent. The salon is comfortable without being ostentatious, relaxing and friendly. Myla, the 5 year old dog is the sweetest dog without being bothersome. The services were all just the way I expect. Stephanie took her time, paid attention to detail and checked to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I am very particular about my manicures and this was the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Top Spa Nails. read more

Excellent customer service. They are genuinely kind, even over the telephone they are enthusiastic! Once you are inside, the staff always says hi with eye contact and smiles. It's cozy and clean. There's always fun tv on, a cute puppy hanging around, and CLEAN chairs. I've had several no-chip manis and pedis and both times, the specialists work slowly, detailed, and thorough. Allow for a couple hours each trip but expect your no-chip to last weeks (and I teach art!!). Another reason I found them professional. While I was there, a lady came in accidentally with a gift card to the other salon across the street. She apologized and left and the owner was so nice to her on the way out. I will go here over the place across the street (they are the opposite of this place) a million times . read more

I'm not sure whether or not I like this place. Everyone was so friendly even when I made an appointment the same day. They took their time and the manicure/pedicure turned out great! I am on my second day and my hands are chip free. The salon was relatively clean but it did have a bit of a chemical smell. That is always a bit of a warning sign to me. Also, the pedicure seemed to be lacking something with the massage and was kind of painful. I am 7 months pregnant so I was not sure if my pain tolerance is lower than normal or if it was indeed painful. I was looking forward to a foot massage but I only received a calf massage. My tech seemed overly focused on a skin condition I have (not contagious or anything) that makes my skin drier and red. Part of me wonders if she was uncomfortable. I probably will try this place again to officially make my decision. read more

Incredibly impressed by the service and quality of care. Really took their time to do my nails and this may be one of the best mani/pedis I've ever gotten. Definitely recommend! read more

I stopped in for a pedicure at the suggestion of a friend and left very happy. It's been a while since I've gotten a pedi and my feet were sad and really needed some love. I did not have an appointment, but it was midday on a Tuesday, so it wasn't a big deal. I'd suggest making an appointment because they seem like they get busy. I walked in, picked a color, and the guy got started. He did an amazing job and my feet are now happy feet! I will absolutely come back for a mani and pedi next time, hopefully before desperation sets in. Pro Tip: Check in on Yelp for 20% off your first visit. read more

What a place! This is the only nail salon I've been to since COVID-19 happened. They are super clean! I've watched them sanitize every station after dismissing their client and they were very thorough! Nara did my mani and pedi and she was great! They also provide a complimentary hot towel service which I absolutely love! They are super accommodating, especially for same day appointments. I've received so many compliments on my nails since I started coming to this nail spa and I love telling everyone all about my experience here! Thank you again Top Spa! read more

I LOVE Top SPA NAILS! I come here every week for my manicure and pedicure once a month. I always appreciate the personal touch, and I especially like the punch card which gives you a free manicure after 10th visit. The chair massages are also great, and if I could afford it, I would get them more often. The salon is very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend it. read more

The nail technicians here were very rough on my nails when removing a no chip. I tried to go again and they put some nail Hardener on that gave me throbbing pain. They were also very rude when I had to cancel due to an emergency and forgot to call. They also charge an extra 5 dollars to remove a no chip manicure that wasn't done at their salon!!! She didn't tell me until she was halfway through removing it. read more

Never will return again. I gave this place a try since I don't live too far from the nail salon. A gentleman that worked there did a decent job on my pedicur, but my no chip manicure was awful! I requested the nail color to match on both my hands and feet. The colors were not at all what I requested. My toes were a darker shade of pink than the color I had on my nails. My nail also needed to be repaired. He attempted, but I could tell that he clearly did not know what to do or where to start. Once he "fixed" my nail, the following day it ripped! I returned the next day and he was trying again to repair my nail. That was not successful. Also, the nail color obviously was removed due to the filing he performed while he was trying to repair my nail. You would expect the nail tech, any nail tech to paint and fix your nail... Nope. He expected that he finished his repair and I was to walk away. I asked him that he needed to re-paint my nail. He did, but he chose a color that did not match any of my nails again!!!! I was so disappointed. The gentleman finally found the correct color that I asked for. What an experience. I would not come to this nail salon ever again! Ladies, if you do plan to stop by, avoid the male tech. You don't want to walk out disappointed. I can't say anything or judge the women there, I'm sure they would have done a WAY better job than him. read more

My first and last visit to this shop! I had a pedicure and I my technician cut me, pretended it never happened and never apologized. Her polish application was so sloppy that she spent more time cleaning the polish off my toes then any other part of the process. There was very very minimal attention to callouses....just a quick, sub par pedicure, overall! read more

It certainly is as good as it gets at Top Spa Nails!! I've been a customer since the day the salon opened. I am a weekly customer for several reasons. They provide waxing and massage service too which is a nice addition to a nail salon. I know I get a massage every time I go and it's worth every penny!
