What makes this place really special is how they treat you like family. It never feels transactional..it feels like you're walking into a home where everyone genuinely cares about you. Whenever I bring my toddler, they put on whatever she wants on the big screen and make her feel like a princess. That kind of thoughtfulness means everything to a busy mom. The customer service and quality are simply the best in the area.

Lately I've been getting "Dip" since it keeps my nails from breaking and I've never had good luck with gel. I've gotten dip at lots of different places (having lived in a different area the past couple of years), and I have to say, Hannah is THE BEST. She is super conscientious and does a fabulous job keeping the thickness looking natural and clean around the edges. She really is amazing. I love this place.

Only one of the ladies was really good with her though, so I'm glad that she got her to do her nails. Her nails ended up being more expensive because I chose the non-toxic nail polish for her instead of the standard polish, which I would've thought would be included, since you'd only want non-toxic for a child? So it was $15 for a manicure vs the advertised $10. My standard pedicure was $40, and didn't include anything special. So all in all, it's in a convenient location in downtown Wilmette, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, relatively easy parking, about the same price as other places, but just wasn't amazing in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or friendliness.
