They are very clean and kind. The service is superb. Nice vibe and friendly customers too.

Attention to Detail I'm impressed with the meticulous care they took during my pedicure. Every toe was perfectly polished, and my dry heels are now soft and smooth. The attention to detail was outstanding. read more

Friendly and Professional Service Had a wonderful experience with my pedicure. The technician was not only friendly but also very professional. She gave great advice on foot care and chose a perfect color for my nails. read more

welcoming faces and great pedicure service. coming to this salon for a few years now and service is consistent. thank you

A crazy storm hit during my appointment at Celebrity Skin* so I had no choice, but to kill some time and indulge in a manicure conveniently located next door (under a covered area). They were able to take me right away. Hooray. As soon as I sat down the woman doing my nails noticed the redness under my eyebrows and asked if I had just gotten them waxed. When I confirmed she asked how much I paid and then let me know that they do they for less $ at Nail Art. Tacky! And so not a nice way to treat your neighboring businesses. The tacky technician then drilled me with a million inappropriate questions about my life and I found myself wishing I was at my usual Style Nails & Spa.** The manicure itself didn't take longer than 10-15 minutes. Yay because I didn't have to answer/avoid her questions for too long, but boo because I felt like I received a very mediocre manicure. She also didn't ask if I wanted to pay for my service before she started polishing. As she started polishing I stopped her to insist on paying so I wouldn't be going for another manicure later that day after I ruined my nails getting in my car. Like most nail salons they have a punch card program, but (storm or not) don't think I'll be making it past the first punch. * http://www.yelp.com/biz/celebrity-skin-wilmette ** http://www.yelp.com/biz/style-nails-and-spa-glencoe read more

I've gone to Nail Art in Wilmette off and on for a number of years. Great results for Mani- and pedicures always. Today I was unhappy with the owner, though. I had checked the website before booking a pedicure. Price is listed as $30. After the service was rendered, the owner told me it would be $35. Even when I said I was told $30 was the cost, she stuck with $35 without the courtesy of an apology for the changed price or misinformation. She was brusque and unsmiling and unpleasant. Kind of ruins that feeling of being pampered that you hope for at a salon. read more

Came here after my appt from Celebrity Skin. While browsing for my Nail colors, Michelle , the technician keeps calling me so I just pick the first red color and light pink that suits my eye. It was the fastest Mani pedi I got because she didn't clean my cuticles well. My nails were sloppy and some bubbles under the nail polish Another thing was they didn't change their sign outside. It says $35 for Mani-Pedi but when I paid, they said it is $40 They do give you a little massage which is good and Michelle is nice but the nails not so much, even a 16 year can do it better. I was expecting a better job since its in Wilmette. They gave me a punch card, won't be going back For the price, I'll stay with my favorite nail place in highland park read more

Nail Art - Uneven nail polish, cuticles not clean - Nail Salons Near Me - Wilmette, Illinois

My daughter received a gift card here for her birthday. I went with her and got a pedicure while she did her kids mani + pedi. It was a nice experience! The shop is clean, and everyone is friendly. The workers are quick and competent. I'll definitely be back. read more

The prices are outrageous and do not match the service. $40 for a no chip manicure, plus $10 extra to "soak off" the previous no chip. Not worth the price for an average manicure. Very disappointing. read more

Low wait time, always best to make an appt- but I've experienced low wait time. Sunny location helps to feel cheery. All technicians do an excellent job. I'm there every 2 weeks for 3 years. read more

I have been going here on/off for years. Recently, I have been getting a no chip for the last 6 months. I spent $40 with a $10 tip. I had chips on 2 nails on my left hand a week after. I went in and asked to have them fixed. It's the owner I have a problem with. She started speaking in a different language and said 3 different times Sunday, referring to the fact it had been a week. The nail technician then asked again how long it had been. It took 5 minutes to fix. Poor customer service. read more

My family home is quite close to Nail Art and when in a hurry I tend to go there. Unfortunately the past couple times I have visited Nail Art I have been disappointed. The service is friendly and professional, however the manicure itself is not worth the price tag. The process is very speedy and rushed which results in a manicure that lasts only a few days. read more

I love this place! So friendly and so clean! The owner and her staff are so professional and easy to work with! Hannah and Julie are who I use for manicures and pedicures and always Hannah for eyebrows! Couldn't recommend more! read more

Really? Five stars? The service was terrible and not at all thorough, the manager was completely rude - the only thing this place has going for it is customers who don't know any better. read more

I got my cousin a gift certificate to Nail Art since she was going to be needing mani/pedi for a fancy dinner event that she was going to. Rather than sending her off to some place downtown, I saw Nail Art while driving nearby and decided to stop by and thought my cousin may like this place. After her trip there, she was quite in love with how clean the facilities were and how kind all the ladies were inside. She said that she felt super comfortable while she was being taken care of, and they had nice quality equipment with great selection of nail colors. Plus, she didn't have to make an appointment and had ample parking in front of the facilities to make it a quick in and out trip. I'm really glad it worked out for her, and good enough that I might have to treat my mom to this place too! read more

Overall, the nail technicians, especially Min are consistently good. My issue is with the owner. I typically make appointments. I had an appointment last Sunday and the owner indicated that they were double booked and could I just come back in a few hours. I had an event downtown and needed to scramble to find another salon. Very disappointing customer service. I won't be back. read more

If I had a choice for no stars, that would be it. This place is horrible. BEWARE. This place is the pits. The owner is rude, and the staff is not kind at all. They rush people through, not giving full attention to what you pay for. The cut my nails so short, I am having trouble growing them back. I came here because I was in a wedding party, and the bride thought this place was the best. I don't know what she was thinking. Never go here. This place is horrible. read more

Simply terrible. My daughter and I went to Nail Art because our usual salon was too busy. I'm not all that picky about my nail salons and just wanted a good cleanup and polish. The technician who did my nails was ok, but the polish surface is applied unevenly and she didn't get any color on the sides of my nails. Plus, I had to scrape off the polish off my fingertips when I got home. My daughter had a different technician and it looks like a 5 year old applied her nail color. Gloppy, painted all over her cuticles, so thick it never was going to dry so we just took it off after hours of waiting for it to set. Her technician was rushed and distracted. I think because it was a child she just slapped polish on and went to help the next person. I'll never ever return. Shocked why it was so crowded in there. Go ANYWHERE else within a mile, everyone. There's way better down the block. read more

Fast, efficient, well done mani and kids mani pedi! Been coming for years, today was great! My daughter and I were very pleased. Julie even indulged my 10- yr olds 3- colors and nail design requests! Tina did a very thorough cuticle cleaning, I specifically requested it, she even suggested the perfect Essie color after I showed her what I like. read more

My go-to place for Manicures on the north shore. The staff is fast and efficient and the quality of my nails is always great! I love that they give massages at the end and a "punch card" for frequent customers. read more

Great manicures and pedicures, but after going there regularly for a year, I'm a little surprised they still treat me like a stranger. Other people are warmly greeted with smiles. Me? Not so much. I'm a great tipper, so I know that's not the problem... read more

Terrible, terrible waxing experience. Very unprofessional, dirty, and untrained. To top it off, they ran out the door after me and asked for a tip! read more

I can't say enough good things about Nail Art. My nail tech is very meticulous and as sweet of a person as anybody. I have never experienced the level of service I receive from Nail Art than any other salon and I have been to many. They recently expanded and it is even better than before. CJ, the owner, knows how to keep customers happy. read more

I have been going to Nail Art weekly for about a year now. Its clean, everyone is friendly & they are fast but still do a good job. If you are looking to be pampered with a long rub down this is not the place. If you want in and out at a reasonable price this is it. I think this place is a hidden gem in Wilmette. read more

I have been going to Nail Art for two years and have to say it is the best place I have ever been for manicures and pedicures! The service is excellent , hats off to CJ the owner she has a great employees and makes her customers very happy. I never go anywhere else to get my nails done. I go once a week to see Hannah, she is the best! read more

Never let CJ touch your nails. She is the absolute worst when it comes to shaping/painting. Everyone else who works here is extremely kind and great at what they do. With that being said, this business is very unorganized. I made an appointment ahead of time and still had to wait 30+ minutes. Disappointed and will probably not return. read more

Fast beautiful work for both my friend and me. So glad I went! I will be back next time I come to visit.

The cleanest and most caring nail salon around. You can pop in for a quick mani or schedule a relaxing longer appointment. The back massage (free!) while nails are drying is just the best. I have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended. (fyi - I have visited MANY MANY nail salons, and have high expectations! this place is wonderful). read more

HATE THIS PLACE. Never come here. I am very Unsatisfied with this place. To start off, my entire manicure lasted a total of 5 minutes. My cuticles were not cut, my nails were not filed evenly, and the polish was not applied smoothly, and therefore appeared rushed and quite frankly I could have done a better job myself. There was no second coat applied to my nails and 6 nails have already chipped off and it's only the second day. In addition, I did not want to tip because of how Unsatisfied I was but the cashier insisted that I tip 20% which I feel is extremely unprofessional. read more

Nail Art - Nail Salons Near Me - Wilmette, Illinois

I love Nail Art! I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly and professional. I appreciate their attention to cleanliness and solid service. My gel manicures look immaculate and I am so relieved that they do not butcher my cuticles so they start peeling the next day. My manicures last at least two weeks, and I get compliments on them all the time. Thank you, Nail Art! read more

The only good thing about this place for me is the location. I have been here about 4 times and only had one good experience... it was for a no-chip manicure. However, the cost of the no chip was $40! I thought that was too high. Even though I love the location, I don't think I will be going back. read more

Great Salon, great service!!! The owner is so sweet and welcoming. The manicurists are very professional and quite fast. I will recommend to all my friends. read more

too fast. I had to tell her to scrape the bottom of my feet. didn't even use a pumice stone. manicure subpar. seem to reuse the toe seperators, I saw her put it in a basket instead of in the trash. read more

I've been going to Nail Art for the past 3 years. I can't afford to get a manicure every week, but I try to go once a month or every 6 weeks. Despite this, the manager is very brusque and often acts as though she's never seen me before. The Monday and Tuesday manicure deals are pretty inexpensive. The quality of the manicure seems to depend on the technician you get. Some take a reasonable amount of time while others finish the manicure in 15 minutes or less. To be fair to the technicians it appears that the manager tries to hurry them along and is more interested in speed than quality. My nails seem to chip within a couple of days after getting a manicure here. I've started looking for a new manicure place that's as close to home but that gets better Yelp reviews than this one. read more

It's surprising to see so many reviews at each end of the spectrum! Particularly those of people who have been going there for YEARS and now trashing the place. If that was the case, why do you keep torturing yourself with a visit, there are many other options out there. Personally, my experience has been nothing but good at Nail Art. They're work is very good, prices reasonable, choices many and service efficient. I have never had a problem with not tipping or payment type. Yes, it's true the girls will speak a foreign language to each other but this happens almost everywhere I've gone for mani/pedi. I certainly never got the feeling they were talking about me, seems like mostly friendly chat amongst each other... I highly recommend this place. read more

I've finally had it with this place. It's a great location for me but they rush u thru so quickly. Plus the last 3 times I've made an appt, only to wait 10 plus min. Given that the manicure only takes 20 it's just not worth it. Too many other places to choose from that are better. read more

This is really a great place for nails -- and I have been to several. They have good customer service, the people are very polite, service is quick, and their work is excellent at a great price. It's super easy in-and-out with nice, comfy massage chairs and a no-rush feel. Love it. read more

This was the worst pedicure I ever had. Wish I had checked yelp first. The woman doing my pedicure was Olivia and she sped through the pedicure like she was late for a date. When she put on the top coat she smeared the polish and then said "okay, you're ready to go." Seriously? It looked like some of the other aestheticians were doing a more thorough job so maybe it depends on who you get. read more

The salon seems to be rushing people in and out too much. I'm OK with a speedy mani/pedi, as long as they do a good job. Some of the employees do an amazing job: Michelle, Hannah, Sunny and some do a TERRIBLE job: Tina. Tina barely got any of the dead skin/calluses off my feet whereas with Michelle, Hannah and Sunny, I'm walking out with baby skin on my feet and perfectly manicured toes and fingers! read more
