New ownership as of June 2025!! I saw a few google reviews noting this spot reopened under new owners a month ago and people were very pleased so I decided to give it a shot. Mainly, I needed a walk-in fill on a Sunday and my go-to spot was closed. Well, I may have a new go-to spot. I was immediately sat and the technician began with an attention to detail I haven't seen in a while. My last appointment was only a few weeks prior but she still took the time to go through all of the steps instead of rushing through. Rachel, the new owner, came over to finish my set since it was close to closing time, and she did a fabulous job! only $40 for the fill too so I'll definitely be returning. Please, give these folks some business so they stay in service! North Spokane needs more great nail salons like Rachel is running. read more

When we get to this salon there is only two people workin g. mind you, it's the husband and the owner of the nail shop. Went here for the first time to just get a gel manicure. I didn't have an appointment but it was about 5:30pm and slow so I got in right away. When I walked in there was one other person getting her nails done and it was completely silent. No music or TV or anything. When I sat down they turned on the news. Shop looked clean. The lady doing my nails probably said like 3 words to me the whole time. Didn't really bother me but I know some people like to have conversations with their nail techs. I never got cut or hurt at all (I usually do for some reason), which was nice, and she did things that I've never had done before- for example she cut off all my hangnails, pushed back my cuticles, and even gave me a hand massage with lotion. That kind of took me by surprise but it felt really good. My hands are SUPER dry because I wash my hands a million times a day so getting a hefty dose of lotion plus a massage nearly sent me straight to heaven. I just wanted one plain color and I think she generally did a good job. There was no polish outside of my nails but there is some bare nail showing on my pinkies. Not too bad though. And I'm not very picky. One of my nails was not entirely dry when she put the cuticle oil on so it got messed up but she redid it but didn't seem annoyed or anything. I've had nail techs get mad about that and blame it on me so I was expecting her to get upset but she didn't! She was nice and I'm pretty happy with my nails, but I wouldn't say it was an 10/10 amazing experience. I'm not sure id go here for an intricate design or anything like that but as I just got plain gel polish so I'll have to try it out one day. It was $25 for my nails, but when I looked at the prices they had listed on the wall nothing was $25, and the manicure was listed at $15 if I recall correctly. I called and spoke to Julie who is supposedly the manager/owner. She told me there is no way we're cut up and that there is no way the polish is chipping one day later. Such bullshit. Just give me back my money or at least acknowledge that you cut not just me but my teenage daughter's as well. Crap!!! I'll be there bright and early to show her the cuts and get my money. read more

This is not a very friendly place. I was treated more like a pain in the butt than a paying customer. I'll never go back to this place of business again inspite of it being minutes from my home. Not friendly employees. Even if you have an appointment you still have to wait quite some time for the service to be done. They've lost themselves a good loyal paying customer!!! read more

Worst experience. My daughter had her nails done. She wanted ombre red to black stiletto nails. She had a picture and asked if it could be done. The lady told her yes. The result was lumpy stilletos that were navy blue w a pinkish red triangle in the corners. Very unhappy and it cost $50 for some reason. I guess because they were 'sculpted'? Even though she just used tips and used clippers to angle them- so idk. She didn't fill out the receipt so Idk why it was so much. I should have asked. This was before looking at her nails so I didn't know how not right they were. That was my fault. We also came in a group of 5. 2 were getting acrylics and 3 were getting pedicures. There were 3 or 4 ppl working and it took over 2 hrs- one of our group actually decided not to get her pedicure because they had taken 3 other ppl who had walked in after us before getting to her. Nobody talked to us. It was very uncomfortable. Very disappointed in our experience and we will not be back. read more

This place was an absolute nightmare. I'm not typically that picky, but I always do gel polish on my toes. Decided to try this place out, and I will never be back. A friend and I went in and we spent nearly two hours in there. My friends gel pedicure was done and finished in about 35 minutes and mine took over an hour. Not to mention, she completely over cut my toenails, they aren't even on both sides and my big toenail is shaped in a circle. The nail polish did not match the one I picked out, which I realize is beyond their control. My water was cold, the massage chair was awful and this place was not cleanly whatsoever. To top it off, I got charged an additional $5 than my friend who got the same exact thing. I am very disappointed and am going to soak my feet in epsom salt and hydrogen peroxide to ensure I don't get an infection. read more

I've gone here 3 times and 2 of the times I went I got the woman and she did an amazing job, she was very nice, told me about what could cost extra and could hold a conversation. But the last time I went I got the dude and was cut about 5 times, my paint job is starting to bubble and leave holes, which is very very weird. Horrible service my friend and i both got a new set of white tips they charged $5 extra for clear gel top coat and my friend got a small gold band right under each tip a extra $5 for "nail art" which is normally free in Spokane. My niece got a fill with gel polish and it cost more than my new set in total 2 new sets of white tips and a fill with gel polish over $140! Not to mention the staff being very rude and confrontational when asked about pricing! read more

I get acrylics. I've probably had 30+ sets. Now.. I'm truly not one to complain. But this experience was especially uncomfortable, and I will not be returning. Holly did my nails. She: - Didn't give me either of the sparkly acrylic colors that I specifically pointed to. (hot pink became baby pink, and silver w/iridescent flecks became silver only) - Glued plastic guide on crooked. - Cut some nails angled, and without asking what length I wanted One of the first things she asked was where I had previously had my nails done. That's fine - but I then felt she tried to "add" things to the experience to keep me coming back. Unfortunately, with the above mentioned bothers.. She also RIDICULOUSLY RUSHED through the process. It took 35mins. No attention to detail. She gave me a gel polish finish (because she wanted it to go more quickly).. Then passed it off like she had done me a favor. In my previous experiences with gel finish - I hate it. It chips more easily than old school polish.. And two of my nails ended up with little hard bobbles, rather than a nice smooth finish. It was $45, and I did tip JUST because I have worked in the service industry for years. I've had them on for under 2 weeks and two nails have already popped off. I don't get massages, pedicures or salon services often. So when I put out the money, I expect to be treated like a respected customer. Not pushed through as quickly as possible and forced to complain. I'm not one to nit-pick. I wont complain if the shade of polish is a bit different than I expected. But the overall experience was very uncomfortable and generic. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Most places you choose a nail polish before you sit down for your pedicure, but this place seats you and then has you decide on a color from a binder. This isn't bad or good just different. The trimming and filing of my toenails were fine. However when it came to the massage the guy doing my pedicure only massaged my shin, it's called a PEDICURE right? The guy didn't even attempt to massage my feet . The polish was fine, nothing fancy and he didn't offer anything additional; 30 minute total time for a pedicure. Just okay usually. Normally really busy. but one guy cut my toe nails on the side so short they scabbed and I had to wear bandages for a week. Really sucks to have pretty toes but be in pain. Makes me wonder. I called place and they said they would tell him. Does me a lot of good. read more

My friend & I wend in for pedicures. The tubs were filthy w/ soap scum. When we asked for them to be cleaned we were told that the tubs were just old. I rubbed my hand over the soap scum and told her I could feel it and told her to do the same. My friend then told her she would clean the tub herself and asked for a sponge. She took out this sponge that was dirty, dried, & crusty and it looked like it had been there since the salon had been opened. We then decided to leave & not get pedicures. She then told us that "she was busy anyway." She was rude and the pedicure tubs very unsanitary!! You are definitely leaving w/ some kind of funk if you get a pedicure here. read more

Been here a few times. When Julie is there I have no problems with my nails. But since she has been on maternity leave I have had a guy do my nails and the past two times I have been there, my GEL polish has lifted and peeled off within 2 days. The whole reason I get gel is so that it will last longer. So frustrating. I really like how he does my nails, I am just not sure why the polish keeps lifting. read more
