Went in for a simple Gel French manicure and came out disappointed. My gel manicure only lasted 1 day before it chipped. The products they use seem to be very cheap. Went to get a soak off and new set. I made ab appointment and still waited 30 minutes from my time. She then rushed and was very aggresive with my hands and nails. She burned me with the drill multiple times, cut my finger with the clippers and when I told her things hurt she would just keep doing it. Then she was throwing the product she used on my legs it was the weirdest thing ever, then cured gel to my cuticles on was dripping down onto my skin and cured on my skin. My fiancee had purchased 2 gift certificates for what he thought would be a pedicure but most importantly a relaxing foot massage $35 each= $70. Today My girlfriend and I made an appointment , she also had a manicure for $22. when we left it was a $125.00 I can not begin to tell you how AWEFUL it was! please see photos. I am praying to God what she did was only cut the inside of my toe nail bed, however when I took a picture of it and hit Google lens what keeps coming up is paronychia some type of nail infection. Bad services. We were suppose to get 55 minutes pedicures. They have timers they turn on and the lady thought she was sneaky. In the middle of the pedicure it started getting busy and people were walking in. She reach the timer and deducted 15 mins. WOW! Never again. They also did a horrible job painting my nails. This place is fine. I've been 3x in the past year. The eye brow wax was better than I've had years past. The oldest woman who works there seems to rush through the pedicure but she did a decent job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! First of all, they do a terrible job. I will post pictures, but I went in for a gel manicure because they last 3+ weeks and give you a nice, shiny finish. Not only did I receive a bumpy, terrible manicure but now I'm stuck with it for 3+ weeks. Not only that but she bumped my nails with her glove FOUR times- having to do them over- and then said "be careful now" as if it were my fault. She put lotion on one hand but not the other, sliced my cuticle, and left me with gel polish all over my fingers. You will see from the pictures that what I walked out with was NOT a professional job. Not only that but when I brought this to her attention, she said "no, it looks beautiful"... Fine, bad nails- that's one annoying thing. In addition to getting a $28+tip terrible manicure, I left feeling stressed and furious. While receiving this awful job, I also had to sit through my manicurist: · telling me that even though I say I'm Korean, I actually "look Japanese. Definitely Japanese." · asking me-- actually more like telling me-- that my parents must be white and rich because I am adopted. · telling me she bets I have a white husband. DO NOT GO HERE! I asked for the manicurist to clean my nailbeds - as in cut my cuticles and do her job - she seemed passive agressive and cut me two of my nails so bad they have not stopped bleeding. I then asked for a new manicurist who was equally as bad. I don't believe anyone in there knows how to properly do a manicure and I can't even comment on my toes I am so upset. Cheapest one i've seen in a while so that's okay. But I brought my daughter 2 ish months ago and they only charged $10 total for her and I was like awesome!! definitely gonna take her back. And now, we're not in a good spot but i just wanted to take her out and do something nice for her and they charged me, originally $25, then gave a $5 discount for some reason, and it was $20. For a 4 year old. All they did was paint her nails and it took about 6-8 minutes total. The inconsistent pricing is already a turn off to coming back but when i mentioned that they charged me so little they all immediately came back denying it, claiming they would never do that. It was so rude and unprofessional. They do a bare minimum job, and argue with customers apparently. read more
