Within two days, my nails were already chipping and developing black spots. After I returned from out of town, my fiancé went back to request a refund because of the poor quality of the work. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the salon refused to provide a refund and ended up calling the police. I paid good money expecting quality service and professional customer care, but unfortunately, I received neither. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality nail services.

I recently went in asking for my usual classic spa pedicure which includes scrub and lotion massage. This particular time I asked if they could do a Crome pedi so it looked like shiny metal without using gel? They said they could mimic the look without gel however I ended up with the curing lamp on my toes (indicative of gel correct) I again said why is the curing lamp on if its not gel? I never got an explanation which would have prevented part of this review. I should mention that after coming here the last couple years I usually get some of the same nail techs this time they had someone new and had her do pedi she was meticulous with everything yet completely omitted the massage part of Spa Pedicure (hello) it was my Bday and that part was important as I'm working class in the service industry also. The final negative was after all that they explained it would be $10 extra for the chrome look but failed to mention that before doing it. I did pay it and did tip the new nail tech as she was doing what she was told it seems. Here's the thing...I'll not be going back, it felt disrespectful. This is a regular manicure. It was not a good job, look at my fingers, they are not working properly, also, can you see how I have the polish? There are many bubbles on it, and the worst part is that I'm still here, waiting for them to fix this problem. I do not recommend this place and will never return. When I went back to ask for a repair, I was being charged $10 dollars. In terms of friendly customer service, I would question it, my daughter requested a specific tone of color and was given the 1 tone the nail shop had available. They used gel color to paint the tip or her nail rather than powder like most nail spas. She was never asked if that tone was okay or whether she wanted to choose something different. Also the nail beds look cloudy as opposed to a transparent glossy finish. She even showed the nail tech an image of what she wanted and got something different and was charged $55 for some cheap work. When I went to talk to the owner Susan who apparently was the person who worked on my daughter's nails she wanted to charge me $35 to fix the one nail and change the color. Mind you I was not asking for a change of completely color. I was primarily asking for the nail to be fixed. Had I paid the $35 i would have been paying a total of $90 for a super short set . I dislike being "that" person but figured it's fair for others to know how they may invest their money. Check the pics out. Ultimately, she fixed the broken nail for free and did a worser job. Didn't even bother cleaning it, shaping it or ensuring it was the same length/width to her other thumb. Im now gana have to go home and file the sides and length. Never again...
