Visited twice while visiting Concord and both times were a good experience. Although they are an appointment only nail salon, the first time I came as a walk-in because I was in the area. I got a full set with sns dip powder and gel pedicure. Took about 2-2.5 hours but my nail tech Lily took her time, she focused on quality and was personable, making good conversation. The second time I got a gel pedicure and it took about an hour. My appointment started right on time and I felt relaxed and cared for. I liked the finished product! The same nail tech serviced me and she did an good job. They are professional, the place is clean. Update: downgraded from 5 to 3 stars. Visited for a 3rd time. Although they have their services and price menu on the wall, it doesn't seem they adhere to it. I made an appointment for a service was listed at $35 but I was charged $50 and they didn't even tell me why it was so much. Receiving a price breakdown would be helpful to build trust with customers and customer loyalty. read more

I had a great experience here, the atmosphere is very relaxing. I love relaxing to sounds, and some salons have music pumping and a fast-paced vibe, but this one had the TV on softly and was very quiet and chill. I liked hearing the water from the pedicure baths too. The workers were very knowledgeable and helpful. Only 3 work there, so I'd recommend making an appointment to make sure you don't have to wait. I got a basic pedicure and a fill in with gel and the fill in was awesome, fast and thorough with the acrylic actually covering all of my nail (unlike other salons). The pedi was very relaxing, the massage chairs are amazing I'm definitely coming here from now on! read more

I didn't know they were appointment only until I saw the sign inside but they still took me for a pedicure after they were available. She was very attentive to detail with my toes and actually took her time on the foot massage which is much appreciated for relaxing! They are taking cautionary mask/distancing measures. Walked in to get Fillin noticed for people sitting around workers that is and I went to sign in, and I was stopped by a lady and was told that there was nobody there to do my nails and obviously there were several employees sitting around, not doing anything at all, and she denied me service even though the door says walk-ins are welcomed. And there was not even an excuse to why she just denied giving me service for my nails . She had absolutely no reason I will never be back to this place. If walk-ins aren't welcome they need to take it off their door. She was very rude and just plain lied ,Why do you have workers sitting around if they can't do nails. And on top of that there was only one person getting service at that time. much less Did she offer me an appointment. Will never be back ! read more

We found this location passing by using yelp. We are from out of state and with a broken finger nail needed someplace quick. Due to coronavirus issues, a sign inside states they take appointments only however they immediately allowed my wife to take a chair and not only fixed her nails but gave her a wonderful manicure and polish! I come here every two to three weeks to get a pedicure and gel polish on my nails, and they always do an amazing job. My feet feel like new, and the polish looks good lasts about two weeks before they start chipping. The place and utensils are clean. The technicians are always friendly and seem to really care for their customers. The massage chairs as well as the foot massages are the bomb. After talking to other customers who say that they only trust the ladies here to get their in-grown toe nails taken care off, I'm definitely taking my mom and dad here too. Unless you don't mind a potentially long wait, I would not recommend walking in without an appointment because it seems to often get busy there and there's only 3 technicians. Call ahead for an appointment especially if you come with a 2 or more people. I know they also do acrylics and waxing. No eyelashes though. read more

I went to this shop three times too many. Don't let a crowd waiting fool you. My pedicures were never consistent. When my sister received her second fill in, the acrylic was so thin that one nail cracked along the stress point, and there is blood showing under the clear of her French manicure. Any one that has a nail to break on the nail bed know what kind of pain that brings. Not to mention when her brows were waxed, the skin was ripped and she had two dots across her eyelids for a week. read more
