I have, in the past, given this nail salon a positive review. I've been there several times, no problem. Its changed with a deluxe pedi appointment I had the week before Christmas 2025. The tech was Shelly. I've never seen her there before. I do NOT recommend her. Run as fast as you can. She was extremely cold, distant, seemed like she couldn't be bothered. She put mostly cool water for my pedi. Didn't ask me about the temp. She was annoyed when I politely asked for help setting up the massage chair. The worst was the bruise on my small left toe. She scraped the small, rectangular purple thing across my toes ripping my skin off, similar to a rug burn. I'm still having pain as I'm posting this. She just said, ooh, ooh, ooh. Unbelievable! Didn't offer antiseptic treatment or a bandage. Acted like she didn't understand English, she and the salon offered nothing. All acted like they didn't understand English. I've been coming to this place for over a decade and used to be my favorite place to come. I have brought them tons of business over the years through bringing friends and family to get their nails done because I thought they valued the customer. However as of late they have lowered their value in customer service to the point of the boss telling me I could get my whole set redone only to get there and the employee refusing to honor the bosses wish. So not only has the customer service declined but the communication of the staff has declined as well. All this to say, I won't be coming back. This is sad for me because I no longer enjoy the place I so long have enjoyed in the past due to lack of communication and respect they have for one another. I also don't care for how they begin to speak to one another in Vietnamese to talk about the customers. All this to say is their loss. read more

I never leave reviews unless the service was beyond amazing or horrible. Unfortunately, this review is due to this place being horrible. I paid for a basic gel manicure and within 24 hours the gel was chipping. I had to travel to Florida or I didn't have time to go back. By day 3 it looked like a toddler did my nails. I stopped by the salon as soon as I got back and the lady told me I was past my 5 days although I have pictures dated that shows the chipping after day 1. I called and spoke with John the manager and he literally said he doesn't care and I would have to pay to have them fixed. On top of the bad service, he was very unprofessional. I wasted $35 plus tip but they definitely lost a customer. read more

They take so long and no one here knows how to do actual French. I came in when it was not busy and there were MULTIPLE works just walking around and after they sat me in the chair it took me over 15-20 minutes to be serviced, with people in the back just talking. Well well well, I haven't graced this doorway in years and I must say, cosmetically, they have made a lot of improvement. The nail bar style is very, very pretty. The design oozes elegance and I was impressed with the change. They have no services or prices listed which is cause for concern. They also did not have a lot of staff present during my visit. Upon walking through the door I was not met with a greeting. My sister and I signed in and still no acknowledgment. We slowly picked our colors and proceeded to sit at the drying area since there was no available seating for those waiting to be served. We chatted with a woman who had been waiting for a while and helped her pick a color. People came in while we were talking and were serviced before us. Eventually, we put our polishes back and left without ever being acknowledged by anyone that actually worked there. I love the staff as they are so nice. But I feel they often rush the appointment and skip steps. I had a gel manicure two weeks ago and it was the best one ever. Today I requested a manicure and gel polish. Later I asked questions about sns and changed my mind and wanted to try that option. I do not feel I ever received the "manicure" But was definitely charged for a manicure and SNS. My cuticles were never pushed back, no lotion was ever on my hands. Nothing. It was basically a polish change. Was very disappointment with how today went. There is also a rough spot on one of my nails and I left with the colored powder on my hands. read more

I got my nails done for my wedding, my ring fingers (the most important fingers during your wedding day) were different shapes and sizes, my thumbs were different colors and there are white lines running through my paint color. I also got my toes done and it look like a child did it, I honestly just should've done them myself at home with press ons. I even got gel as recommended but was told the paint on my toes was my "skin". I will never return. Here are my nails before and just 4 days later. I paid for a full set of acrylic gel nails, and a spa pedicure $80 down the drain. My nails elsewhere last 3 weeks and cost about $50 for the same services in AFTON Ridge. read more

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I'm not happy with the service I received. I went to get my nails done on a Tuesday, I got tips with SNS. Thursday I was back due to a nail popping off, got it fixed. Then I was back AGAIN on Saturday because another nail came off! I haven't even had these nails for a week and Monday I lost another, then Tuesday another, and today another. That is a total of 5 nails falling off in less than a week of having them. I paid $70 for these nails and they didn't even last a week. I am not new to having nails either, I have never had this problem. My nails always last over 3 weeks. I had an appt at 5 with Q but got there at 430 so that I can get a polish change on my toes. The girl that did the color change on my toes didn't take no more than 20 minutes. Q was doing someone else nails when I got there which was fine bc I was early. When her finished her nails he started soaking my nails to remove the previous SNS and while my nails was soaking he started someone else nails. Meanwhile, after soaking my nails for 1 hour and after he completed the other girl nails it was 620 when he started my nails. Unfortunately, I've had him 3 times, and each time, he has hurt me, not done what I wanted and my gel Polish comes off (!!!!) within a week!! I've gotten my nails filled in using gel NO CHIP polish and TWICE now they've started chipping a day or 2 after getting them done. I've went to get them fixed and they tried to make me pay both times, very rude to me when I was getting them fixed and honestly did a poor job with the replacement color. Very unprofessional with staff as well. I've been getting my nails done and the technician will stop to play around with the other ladies there adding unnecessary time onto my visit. While this nail salon does an okay job on your nails, the hospitality of the owner and staff have a lot to be desired. Upon going here many times, I realized they push you in and out so quickly that things get sloppy and unprofessional. While my daughter and I were getting full pedicures, my daughter placed her new iPhone onto the side tray of the pedicure lounger and when the technician finished with her set, she quickly flipped the tray to clean and move my daughter to another area. After she flipped the side tray, she tossed my daughter's iPhone onto the floor and it cracked down the front of the screen. The phone did have a protective case but only on the side and back... sadly, not the front. However, upon talking to the owner, he did not care, nor see the concern we had for the new iPhone. He offered no apologies, no discount in service, and NO money to help with repair or replacement. He took no responsibility for his staff. Anything would have been nice to make amends but he just said "So sorry, your daughter should not have put her phone on the side tray". Sadly, we have never been back! :( read more

I really loved how nice this salon was. Absolutely beautiful and chic. Very clean too, not even a little mess by the sinks from washing hands. My nail artist was very quick at getting the acrylic nails on and painted, much quicker than other artists I visited. Also I never been to a salon that served wine! Well, I tried somewhere new and I'm really disappointed. First off it cost me $45 for a gel manicure, and to have my 6 year olds toes and fingers PAINTED. Nothing fancy just some regular polish on her tiny nails. It should not have cost that much for the both of us. It's now a a few days later (4 to be exact) and my manicure is chipping. I work behind a desk and I do not do anything harsh with my fingers. I will be going in to see if they will fix them and if they do I will fix my review accordingly. I sent my girl to get her nails fixed two broke (spent $200 there 2 weeks ago) so she calls and they said $35 to fix them ,she gets there and they say $40 (a whole set is $55) so she says ok so when they are done they charge $55!! For two freaking nails?!? So she gets mad. The man made her leave wtf so they rip her off and tell her she has to leave.If they were dine right 2 weeks ago we wouldn't have this problem.Stay away this place has gone down hill and they are doing bad work and over charging and poor customer service.Ill never send any of my family and friends there again!! read more

Even the skin above my cuticle was a mess. There are some good technicians here and I would go to them. That being said, I've been here enough times and seen the way the mgmt runs things...a little shady. Last time I was there someone called with a complaint and the owner/wife said that the mgmt was not in, yet she was sitting right in front of me! The gel polish seems to be watered down as almost every time I have gone, it has lifted within the first couple of days. Save your money, too many other better salons to go to nearby to waste your time/money here. read more
