Normally I stop in about once every 3 weeks to have a pedicure done, but it has been about 5 weeks since my last one, meaning they were in need of some real TLC. The tech was Shelly. I've never seen her there before. I do NOT recommend her. Run as fast as you can. She was extremely cold, distant, seemed like she couldn't be bothered. She put mostly cool water for my pedi. Didn't ask me about the temp. She was annoyed when I politely asked for help setting up the massage chair. The worst was the bruise on my small left toe. She scraped the small, rectangular purple thing across my toes ripping my skin off, similar to a rug burn. I'm still having pain as I'm posting this. She just said, ooh, ooh, ooh. Unbelievable! Didn't offer antiseptic treatment or a bandage. Acted like she didn't understand English, she and the salon offered nothing. All acted like they didn't understand English. Horrible customer service.
