It is located near Bubba's Bunkhouse, tucked away in the corner of the strip mall. There is plenty of parking along with a few other retail shops and restaurants. The salon is clean and the staff is super friendly. I walked in for a gel pedicure, and I waited no more than five minutes to have my pedi done by Brittney, and she was great. She took her time and was pleasant. The service costs are reasonable. I have been here before and will continue to go. read more

I had an appointment that I couldn't make it to as a doctors appointment had me held up. In the booking app, it says you cannot reschedule after 12 hours up until your appointment and to call the spa itself to reschedule, so that's exactly what I did. Half your payment goes to the deposit immediately when booking, so I really wanted to reschedule but understood if I couldn't. When I called, the lady on the phone said I could reschedule and gave me a date and time. A few days go by and I had some interfering dates so I called the spa to confirm what day I was given just to make sure I didn't show up on the wrong day and i'm glad I did! They said they didn't have me on the schedule and that I called "too last minute" prior days ago, so I was a "no show" and couldn't get my deposit. All that is fine, but when your told a few days ago that your fine and was given a new date to show up, just for you to be told you are no where on the schedule and your deposit was taken without being told was a little crazy! Have never been here and was excited as it was recommended! Just be careful! I 100% understand rules and policies, but I followed everything I was told to do. I'm very glad I called and checked beforehand! If I called "too late" it would've been nice if I was told that to begin with instead of putting it in the notes for everyone to know but myself while i'm thinking I have an upcoming appointment in a week! read more

Love this salon. I get either sns dip or colored acrylic nails. I'm very active with sports and paddle boarding and my nails hold up through all of it. Jackie is a master nail tech and my nails are the perfect shape every time. The salon manager is amazing, kind, professional Ans on top of it. They are professional and friendly. Is willing to try again; it was my first time at Orchid Spa and was treated well by the staff. I was EARLY walk-in customer and requested a pedicure and acrylic full-set manicure; the host said that was okay to get but when I finished with my pedicure, she denied my full set service and wanted me to get a manicure on my real nail( which by the way I don't have any)! She mentioned other booked appointments and stated that she couldn't do it. I wasn't happy about that, other than the issue I recommend this shop. So I don't get my nails done very often because I always feel I pay way more than I expect (which is partially my fault because I don't ask straight up in the beginning). I booked an appointment for me and 3 other girls to get my nails done before my wedding. I told them what all we wanted and they were expecting all of us to get mani and pedis but one girl just wanted a full set. They weren't ready but got ready quick! Also, a worker was late and one girl didn't get started really until we were done with our toes. My pedi experience was nice but my nails were cut sort of crooked. The lady was really nice though! Before I even sat down I showed her a picture of what I wanted (which was gold triangles starting at the base of my cuticles, picture attached). I asked if she could do this and she said yes. Again this is for my wedding and I really wanted it to look good for the big day! I never pamper myself and didn't want to make a big deal about it but long story short she didn't do it. She just globbed gold finger nail polish at the bottom and didn't try to shape it at all. She asked me if it was ok.. I hesitated and said it was alright but could she shape it? She just said the photo I showed her was probably a pattern and then that was it. Did nothing else. From far away you couldn't tell but up close it was all uneven and did not look good. I probably would've said something but I had another appoint to be at within 15 minutes of finishing my nails so I wouldn't have had time (it took almost 1.5 hours for the whole appointment). As for price, online it just said mani pedi was $35. I got regular polish for my pedi but at the last minute changed it to a gel manicure. It ended up being $60. I was taken back because I couldn't find the price of a gel manicure at all on their board. So I still don't know the break down of prices because they don't write that on the slip of paper you take to the check out. I will say the gel manicure has lasted me through 3 days of wedding activities and 7 days in Europe for my honeymoon! So it was worth it but very disappointing on the nail design. Maybe someone else could do better but the lady I had did not. read more

This place is a bit dreary and run down on the inside but the staff overcompensates for it. I had probably the most gentle pedicure I've EVER had along with an amazing foot and leg massage. I went with my teenage daughter who did not describe her technician as amazing but still said the whole pedicure was above average. I had never been here before and was shocked by the immediate, overwhelming smell of acetone in the salon. This can not be healthy for the customers or the ones working. The method they use to remove gel nails is by soaking your nails in a bowl of acetone. Again, this can not be good for your skin or breathing in the fumes. The nail technician was fine, wasn't great, wasn't horrible. There seemed to be many regular customers there that day. I did like that they ask you to wash your hands with soap and water upon arrival. My gel nails cracked after a day. read more

I came here for my bridal nails. She did an absolutely perfect job on them. I had gone to a different place earlier in the day and they were awful. I came here and they were super busy but the lady that did my nails stayed 2 and a half hours after closing just to give me my perfect nails. She said to typically expect a long wait time because they are so popular, but trust me, it is 100% worth it. I felt so taken care of and she made sure multiple times that my nails were exactly what I wanted. I cannot thank her enough. I scheduled an appt for a pedicure and sns manicure. The process in which they soak off sns is to soak in acetone in a bowl being heated on a tray on your lap while you sit in pedicure chair. One this is uncomfortable for people are not small. Two the acetone fumes is terrible! The pedicure was alright but for the price? Definitely not. Moving on to the sns manicure, picking out colors is a nightmare. If you want matching colors for your nails and toes good luck. They said they had the matching colors but ended up just giving me something similar on my toes. Didn't match at all. Then the technician talked to her child on FaceTime the entire time doing my nails. I don't need to talk the whole time but for her to stop many times doing my nails to look and pay attention to the child was unprofessional. My sns when done was so thin I had TWO nails chip before the end of that same day. In three days they were all chipped and I had to make an appointment elsewhere to pay for a whole new manicure. My mom goes to the owner and she seems to be the only one capable of doing it right. read more
