We stopped in here, unplanned on a Thursday without a reservation. We had been waiting at a nearby nail salon across the street at the mall for quite a while without service. We were greeted promptly and both of us were able to be taken to a nail table right away. The technicians were nice, thorough and efficient. The only thing that they could approve upon is offering water or a beverage while you are having your service. If I were in the area again, I would return. read more

Kenny did my nails and Patricia did my toes. Everything was perfect. I just wanted a polish change since I just had a pedicure not too long ago. My toes are perfect chiclets which I love. I'm always disappointed when it comes to my nails because they're never done how I want. It was really nice showing him a picture and he delivered. Everyone is nice and would come up and ask if you want anything to drink. It's clean in there. I've been here a few times for pedicures and they always look but getting my nails done and being so satisfied with them is huge to me. read more

This salon is under new management which is MUCH BETTER than the last ownership. My manicure is one of my top five best ever (I've had a million) and they have wonderful customer service. Since the old management had such a terrible reputation, this salon isn't crowded (yet) so there wasn't a wait at all. Just left this horrible salon. My daughter and I went for a mani pedi day. The pedicure technician cut my cuticles on my toes enough to bleed on 3 toes. The nail technician painted gel polish over the top of my cuticles. My daughters gel polish had a weird bump at the tip and the same nail technician accused my daughter of bumping the nail against the towel and made a half-a** attempt at fixing. The pedicure technician hurried through my daughters pedi because one of her regulars had arrived. Poor excuse of a shop. Do not go there if you want your nails to last. I am so angry! I called and was told to come in 30 minutes. 2 hours later the guy helped me after he ruined another customers nails. I will never come back...ever! So they put gel nail polish on my toes but the nail tech claimed that "it doesn't work" , whatever that means, and suggest another color. I no longer want gel polish because I don't want to go through the process of the color I pick, "not working". NOW, listen I HATE TO WAIT FOR my nails to DRYYYY, which is why I choose to pay the extra so that I can get them painted and go! Anyway. .. The nail tech tells the manager, I assume and the manager makes a smart comment about how I need to be charged for a polish change? How Sway? I have no problem with that at all IF it was my decision. Her nail tech is the one who was having the difficulty painting my nails with this particular polish. Smh. She then tells me that they usually charge but not this time, but not in nice way, more like they were doing me a favor. She then talks in her native language with some aggression. I knew what was going on clearly she was talking about the situation. As I get up to walk out after I am done, the manager asks me was I ok, after she could clearly see a in my face and tone that I was NOT HAPPY Talk about aggravated???! My nails aren't even manicured properly, the shape is awful (I had to ask for her buffer to line my toenails up evenly), the paint is everywhere, you can still see rough edges.....just AWFUL! Let's not mention how hard it is to get gel polish off after it has just been put ON! PAINFUL! I wouldn't go back if they were the last nail shop on EARTH! I just visited this nail "studio" and it is disgusting. The manager started to clean fish tank using pedicure basins to clean algae off and scrub trees etc while customers were getting pedicures. No beverages are offered here. I did not get a massage with my full service pedicure either, but the lady next to me did so I guess it depends on who you get. They burn essences and it just stinks a full bad. The nail Polish display is not set up they're all scattered and stacked on top of each other. Needless to say, I will not be back!! read more

I have been here before a year ago, it was terrible... it's under new management and is now AMAZING! Kenny is fabulous and the pressure point massage is the best money you will spend EVER. I'm still feeling crazy relaxed. Took my 3 year old daughter and 6 year old niece and they were so sweet to my girls, did their fingers and toe so well and truly treated them like princesses. This nail shop is the worst. I walked in to get a fill in I should have known something was up nobody was in there. The guy started doing my nails but had this confused look as if it was his first time. I asked for a gel fill. My nails have been on a week and already lifting. Polish all on my cuticles. I went in for a quick polish change on my toes and shellac change on my fingers.. I was made to wait 15 mins while the man who was going to be doing my nails finished up whatever he was working on on his laptop. After that he proceed to sart on my polish change on my toes he put it on so thick and he never put my feet under a uv so my polish smudged sometime between there a home so I had to change it later that night. My shellac also started to chip on two fingers later on that night. In addition to that I was in the salon for over an hour!! And then charged me $35 for these simple services. I will NEVER go back here again read more
