Nails didn't last a week. They will charge you to come get them fixed after 6 days, would've came in earlier but I work two jobs and nails should've stayed on more then a week. Called two days after getting them fixed to let them know and they still charged me. They couldn't find the color I originally picked and they choose the color. I would have had to pay for a nail color charge. Not only did a pay for nails to not last a week, paid again to get them fixed and didn't get the color I wanted. Will not be back. She rushed through to fix them, about to put clear coat on and they were popping off again. I took my daughter and myself for pedicures and I got a full set. We walked in at 730.... The lady that did my pedi was great. However, the lady that did my daughters toes was loud, and my daughter felt uncomfortable. When my daughter got out the chair she messed up and toe, when I asked if she could fix it, she loudly said something and the staff started laughing and looking at us. I, before leaving, asked the woman what her name was and she said... No Name.... and did not give me a name. I asked for a full set and was rushed out! I finished at 9:05 pm. My full set painting is messy. When I left I had go home and file down some of the glue and nail on the underside of the nail because the glue was stuck to my finger and the nail. I went to this place for convenience. When I entered the Lady yelled across the room asking for what I wanted. After my response (mani) I was given the proper instructions. In between our conversation she made judgmental comments to one of her male staff. Once she completed she asked me to place my money on the table as if I was trying to steal or rob her of her work. I have never been asked to do such a thing EVER! Once she saw the money she finished the job. She did a poor job, polish was on my skin and half the polish never made it onto the nail, especially around the edges. I should have listened to the reviews and went elsewhere. read more

1st time I went the guy did an excellent job with applying a gel set Mani. 2nd time the lady did a really sloppy fill-in. So sloppy that I soaked them off and went elsewhere. This was the first and the last time I will go here. It was a spur of the moment thing for my mother and I and trust me when I say we learned our lesson!! We went there about a half an hour before closing time and I am not sure if we were being rushed through or if this is truly the horrible type of work they do. The nails were done way too thick and oh my gosh when they file your nails I hope you do not value the skin along the side of your fingers because trust me when I say they file it right off!! After my mother and I spent $120 between us ($65 for mine and $55 for hers) we went to another place the next day and spent $30 a piece to have them fixed. Horrible service was quick and in a hurry and kept watching their watch and not focusing on my nails I put two clear coats on. Yes that is what I asked for, but they did not tell me that would cause my nails to damage and start chipping off, so I had to go back and have them redo and they would I only re-done three of them And my cuticle was already bleeding so I ended up having to go to another nail salon for them to fix it and she said they actually irritated my cuticles and that was why they were red and irritated and she's like I cannot believe they did this to your nails, so I did not have a very good experience. They were fast they were rude they did not apologize for what they did. Needless to say I will not go back to there again, even if they are the only ones open on Sundays and charged $10 more than the place that redone them and did a much much better job .steer away from this place. read more

I love this place! There's never a long wait, if there's a wait at all, which is great. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. The salon is clean and they have a good nail polish selection. The nail lady was acting like it was all the customers' faults even though they had the banks in the phone. She was rude an acted like people were trying to steal. Although the wait wasn't super long, my experience here was horrible. I got some lady in a white romper, and my mom got a lady in a black shirt. My lady was doing anything but looking at what she was doing. When she cut my nails she only looked to find them. Half of my nails are jagged and look worse than before. My polish is sloppy and I had to fix some of it on my own when I went to the dryers. It was so so so rushed. Additionally when she was cutting around my nail she made me bleed a few times and wasn't looking at all. She was very rough with her movements when pushing my cuticles back as well. When she was scrubbing my feet she didn't look either and missed more of my foot than she actually got. My feet don't really seem any different than when I went in. She didn't look at me once the entire time she was doing my pedicure, and her and the other lady were talking about me and my mom the whole time. I will not be coming back here ever again because I have been to many other nail salons and my experiences has never even been close to this bad. Wouldn't recommend at all. read more

This place is horrible the so called owner named VAN cut my daughters fingers twice and quoted one price them charged double. She tried to clean her hands with alcohol and lie when I confronted her. Very unprofessional and stuttering when being questioned .a licensed professional nail tech should not be cutting people with the drills. I will be calling health inspectors to report them and hope my daughter does not have any infections from being cut upon would not recommend this place to anyone.horrible customer service. This salon has some good techs but the MANAGER does a rushed job. $35 for a pedicure with no relaxation! She spoke her language the whole time to her coworker beside her with no interaction with her customer!! When asked why she wasn't massaging my legs as I've gotten several times before by other techs she tells me they don't do that as I watched another lady receiving quality service & getting exactly what I asked for!!! A friend and I went shopping in Carolina Mall yesterday and decided to get our nails done while we were there. I paid for an acrylic set with gel polish, and she a full set with a chrome powder. This was the absolute worst service/nail job I have ever received in my life. An older gentleman with glasses did my nails. The acrylic was applied unevenly so when looking at the nail from almost every angle it appeared lumpy. The nails were filed almost all different shapes and lengths with jagged edges left on some of them. He didn't take his time to file down the acrylic, which left the nail too thick and chunky. The paint job was just as bad as the actual nail itself. On the chunky edges, polish made it on some of them, some not. On one of my nails, he missed a large spot by my cuticle. Also left polish around the skin of my nail. He rushed thru applying my full set which took him tops 25 minutes. I realized as he was doing them it most likely wasn't going to end well considering my friend and I were having the same process done and he was already painting mine while she was just starting to get the acrylic thinned out on hers. After having my nails ruined, I sat and waited on hers to be done for 20 minutes. There was no reason for him to rush on mine, they were not busy, they weren't about to close and that is not what I paid for. Oh well. I won't ever be visiting this salon again. On the bright side, my friends' nails turned out beautifully because the lady actually took her time on them and made sure my friend liked the way they turned out. DO NOT COME HERE, SCAMMERS I got my nails done on Friday. Checked my account Tuesday and find out instead of $2.00 they took a $20.00 tip. Now for one I did not authorize that charge but the gel nail polish chipped after a day and I had to go back to have them repainted so a $20 tip was not deserved anyway. The first time the acrylic was too bulky but I ended up giving them a second chance and now this. So Wednesday I went to the shop for answers and they start speaking their language and then tell me my bank charged me the extra money because I had no money in my account. Lies. I paid with a prepaid card so if I have no money on my card the transaction will be denied. Not to mention I demanded to see the receipt and it clearly showed they charged $50 (my nails cost $30). Even if the bank charged on their end it would not show on the salon's receipt. They got me. I suggest this place get shut down because that was very unprofessional. read more
