I went back to the front desk and explained that I needed to leave within the next 20 minutes, which was already later than I originally planned. Again, I was reassured that someone was coming immediately. At that point, they suggested I downgrade to the classic pedicure so it could be completed within my timeframe. A woman named Wendy finally came over, started setting up the station, then told me she needed to come back. After another 10 minutes passed and I again expressed frustration to the front desk, she finally returned. Even then, instead of beginning the pedicure, she spent time on the phone while the water was running. The actual pedicure itself was rushed and poor quality. My feet were barely scrubbed, and the French tip was done so poorly that another employee had to step in and finish it. What frustrates me most is that I ended up leaving two full hours after I originally arrived, paid $60, and still did not receive a quality service. I have frequented this salon before for pedicures, and this is the first time I have had such a negative experience. The biggest issue was the lack of honesty and communication from the front desk at the beginning. If I had simply been told that the salon was extremely busy and there was no guarantee I could be seen quickly, I would have left, handled what I needed to do, and come back another time. Instead, I was repeatedly reassured just to sit there waiting for two hours. Sadly, after this experience, they will not be receiving my business again.

You fill out an intake form that gives the therapist an idea of any medical conditions and an idea of what you need from your service and they work off that to give you a great experience. The place is extremely clean, neat, accommodating and the staff are all very professional. The locker rooms have everything you need. The robes and slides are soft and made of good quality. Cell phones/camera are prohibited in areas where services are being provided. The lounge area has a waterfall, comfortable seating and plays soft music while a relaxing scent fills the air. You can pay for a one-time service or sign up for a $80/month membership that includes services to sauna, the pool, the massage service of your choice and complimentary beverages/snacks. In my opinion, they're much better than the Ballantyne Resort. You can have an individual service or book a couples massage for two. After our service, they provided us with a glass of wine and bottled water. We then went into the sauna room and sat to detox. It was great. I love this place. I'll definitely return.
