I stumbled upon this salon July 4th because they were the only one open passed 2PM that day. We were getting my sisters nails done for her surprise proposal that night and we were not disappointed! They did an AMAZING job on all 4 of our nails, were quick and friendly and got us out of there in no time. I visit a place more than once before I leave a review so my friend went back for a second time and was amazing again and I went back today and had the best experience! Ginny (i think that's how she spells it) is the best and always so friendly! She fixed my horrible nails and made them look amazing again! 10/10 would recommend!! read more

Well well lookie here!!!! I stumbled across a gem which I feel ashamed to not have patronized before since I've been a resident of Pineville for 14 years. I have been in need of a nail salon for the past week since my normal shop closed down early due to Covid-19. Driving in to work I decided to get their name and I called to see their status. Thank God!!!!! I clocked out so fast after work and got to them in 15 minutes. It was one person in there so no wait. I was immediately seated and started to get worked on AND was offered some Wine!!!! Babyyyyyy that sealed the deal for me. My pedicure was nothing short of amazing and my fill in was perfect. She was gentle and I didn't have to tell her how to cut, fill, file or polish. This is my new spot. Less than 5 minutes from my house. It's peaceful, no kids running around yelling and screaming, ruining my pamper me experience. I'll see them in 30 days!!!! read more

This was my first time in, I went in for a fill, repair and reshaping with gel polish, the prices were great. It's a family owned and operated business with very friendly owners. Though we came prepared, my son (3) played with the owner's son and had a blast. Kali was very friendly, funny and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place and this is my new nail salon! Also they offer stamping and dipping powder which I haven't seen many places. Next time I need a new set I will be trying the dipping powder ones! read more

Great customer service but wow literally the worst fill In I've ever gotten. The woman who did my nails was sooo nice. But she doesn't need to be doing anything with acrylic! I left with acrylic all around my nails. The gel polish I paid extra for peeled off. Literally immediatley when I got home. Just horrible! My favorite nail shop in the entire world!! I LOVE Sandra, and Cyl! They are so nice. I used to come by regularly when I lived in this area. I now live in Phoenix. I was truly delighted to see them a few weeks ago when I was in town. I have tried other nail shops in my new area, and no one will ever compare to you two! I wish I could give them negative stars. I went on a Friday to get sns and two days later (Sunday) it started chipping off. I went Tuesday to get it fixed. As that was the only time I had to drive back to pineville. The lady with the red hair was Extremely rude!!! I couldn't believe it. I asked to get it re done and she said well maybe you should get gel bc it will chip again. I said ok that's fine but can I get a refund of the difference in pricing. She then rudely said they don't do refunds. Then I asked if she understood that my nails have only lasted 3 days. And SNS is known to last over two weeks! Long story short she was so rude with a huge attitude basically raised her voice at me. I will never ever go back there. Ps: the older lady and man are super sweet. WARNING WARNING USA USE to be a hidden treasure with Tiger and his little sister, mom was ...ok. Today, its a husband and wife team...The husband is in school (currently) thus he is in training but charging premium prices. The wife is not bad (polishing/cuticles) but SLOW and did I mention they raised their prices. They have the nerve to charge extra to simply clean up your cuticle with the electric hand held tool. Let me start off my saying how NICE these people were. Not only did they give a great mani/pedi, everyone was so nice, awesome, respectful and gave so many compliments! I came in here with my 6 yr old niece for pedicures. They gave her a free manicure, box of chocolate, hair clips and a ton of compliments. They did an awesome job on our nails and I can't say enough how nice they were. We were treated like princesses. Thank you to the two women and man that made our experience just wonderful. I really want to like this place. I did. The reviews sounded good and the two people working when I got there were very nice. But I should have known better. It looked a little dated and for a Saturday morning it was very empty. There were two other customers there and, I learned while there that they were both there for the first time. I wanted a regular pedi and a pink and white mani. The girl who did my pedi was exceptionally sweet and did her best. But my polish is already chipping and it was done four hours ago. Sign that the polish is aging. My pink and white was clearly one of the first they have done - I remained calm and patient, even after the third time she knocked me with her grummel tool. (Ouch I said quietly). Not one nail is even and it took two hours to finish! Again, very nice lady which is the reason for a star. I will say they took money off of the cost of the mani which was very nice - they knew, too, that it wasn't their best manicure. Will I go back? Honestly... No. read more

This place used to be my favorite nail salon I loved it so much used to go all the time. I hadn't gone back for some time decided on treating myself and a friend to go get our nails done. Little did I know that EVERYDAY sense I got them done I have been back to get a new nail put on again and again and again. I have been going to this nail salon for years. Since I have been going the ownership has changed 4 times. Never had a problem until the recent ownership change. They have raised the prices and the quality of service has declined. I was in today 5-13-15 and waited 2 hours for a pedicure. The bad thing is that they were not busy. Okay so here's a review from a man's perspective I went in for the deluxe manicure and pedicure . I was promptly greeted and provided bottled water and a seat in the massage chair. The service began immediately. Had a relaxing and pleasant conversion with SANDRA. The deluxe was 60 dollars and totally worth it. I must of been there nearly two hours of preening and pampering. My feet and fingers where looking gross, they look and feel great now but mostly it was just so relaxing and left with good energy. I have been coming to USA Nails for years! I have gone to other places in Charlotte, but they couldn't compare to USA service and prices. In the winter months they have $25 Mani & Pedi. Normal prices is $30. I have natural nails so I look for someone that is going to file my nails great, and long lasting nail polish. USA nails do a good job for me. They offer Eyebrow threading, eyebrow waxing, other waxing services, eyelashes extensions, and the newest nail polishes and acrylic or Gel Nails.
