Went in, some ugly woman was behind counter on phone talking forever about some nonsense w/ her GF, totally unprofessional. Even the woman sitting next to me said the place was a cheese ball place. Made me even look more fwd to my massage! I sat there for OVER 15 min w/ ZERO acknowledgment, all while she was still on her personal phone conversation, I politely told her I was there for my appt & this woman honestly bit my head off! Totally chewed me out, got crazy defensive. Wanted to know who I made appt with, who was the masseuse I made it with. I didn't know! Wife set this thing up. I told her "you know what, I don't want this" & walked out. I felt so uncomfortable. I really wish I called her a fat ugly pig because she deserved it. Big time!

I found this salon on Groupon and got a killer deal on a full foil highlight which is normally priced at $80. I saw Mikayla M and she did a great job. She was easy to talk to and she gave a lot of attention to my hair. A mother and daughter own the salon. Check out their website to meet the stylists. There is a wide array of stylists but only a few who honor the Groupon. I was please with everyone's professionalism and the cleanliness of the salon. I would definitely come back! The only bummer was that no one answered when I called during normal business hours one day and I called multiple times. However, the next day someone made sure to return my call and put me in touch with a stylist who could honor my Groupon which was great.

The stylist that executed the highlights was sweet and the atmosphere was relaxing and clean, hence the 2 stars that I (dare I say generously) have given. However, the quality of the highlights were not only unlike the photo that I showed the stylist, but also poorly created in regards to lack of toning, placement, and thickness. When attempting to contact the original stylist in regards to fixing the skunk-lights, poor communication and extra charges were received in response, along with an appointment date over a week later, which is why I went over the highlights with a dark color on my own after receiving some kind advice from some Sally's Beauty staff, who were also horrified at the state of my hair. I will not be going to Elements Salon again.

Lala the owner was able to get me in with Katie F. So here I come. 1) 4/5 signage of the salon was a bit hard to locate. I thought it was suites layout. And that Each person in there works for them selves. But I was wrong. 3) stylist: Katie F was hilarious and good with what she does. I asked for a shave which is $10. Most places charged $25 because somehow they consider that as a whole haircut when I'm just doing a side shave. And since I can get a style and shampoo for additional $25... Great. I'm the queen of not wanting to wash my hair. Songey this is my lifesaver. Katie style my hair beach waves and it holds til Monday! 4) products: 5/5 they carry a varied of products such as Kevin Murphy and Living Proof.
