I was informed via email that Chris no longer does massages. She did not address in the initial email the 3 pre-paid packages that her own site says are good for a year. In a series of emails back and forth she told me I was not entitled to any refund because there'd be "ample time" to get the massages. Her own policy says they are good for one year, not 6 months. She was incredibly rude, initially offering to refund 1/2 of our purchase price but deciding later to not even to do that when I told her reputations in a small town are important. She cannot provide an email copy she says she sent warning customers to use their packages. So, she basically stole $216 from us. She is not a wellness coach and tries to get women to pay for her "experience" with nutrition and time management. She lacks integrity and should be ashamed of herself.

I've been seeing Terry for about 3 years now. First time it was just for a massage then I added in…read morethe Reiki and Reading services. I've seen her amount 5 times and each time has been an amazing experience. The massages themselves are very relaxing. She uses just the right amount of pressure and those hot stones take it to another level. She uses aromatherapy (you can choose your own scents) which help set the tone to relax. As far as the Reiki and readings I always leave feeling uplifted and aligned with purpose. I know its not for everyone but I never regret doing them. On my last visit she was so dedicated to helping me figure out what my spirit guides were trying to say we went over time but she didn't rush any part of my service. She let it flow how it was supposed to. When she moved away I was disheartened but each time she came back to the DMV for her pop ups I made sure to schedule an appointment.
