Later that day, she got back to me that she had a spot open up. The Reiki session itself was wonderful! Camilla's space is very relaxing and comfortable. Camilla facilitated the session very smoothly and was clear in her communication about the process. She is such a sweet and genuine person who truly has a love for what she does. Once the massage is complete, she gives you a water, and explains everything clearly what she thinks would be best (stretches, posture, etc) for you! I was informed via email that Chris no longer does massages. She did not address in the initial email the 3 pre-paid packages that her own site says are good for a year. In a series of emails back and forth she told me I was not entitled to any refund because there'd be "ample time" to get the massages. Her own policy says they are good for one year, not 6 months. She was incredibly rude, initially offering to refund 1/2 of our purchase price but deciding later to not even to do that when I told her reputations in a small town are important. She cannot provide an email copy she says she sent warning customers to use their packages. So, she basically stole $216 from us. She is not a wellness coach and tries to get women to pay for her "experience" with nutrition and time management. She lacks integrity and should be ashamed of herself.
