I hate putting negative reviews up so this isn't easy for me to say.... this pedicure wasn't thats great. I got the deluxe pedicure, that's their best one with hot stone massage, clay mask, paraffin wax and polish. The lady was nice but she rushed through the entire process as though she had someone else to tend to 15minutes ago. Her massage was quick and uncomfortable bc of her long nails, she cleaned the scrubber that takes off dead skin off my feet in the water I'm soaking my other foot in which was SUPER gross. The bottles of nail polish were mostly separated as though they were sitting there for a long time and the established just didn't look well kept. Sadly, I don't think I'll come back. I gave it 3 stars for the nice gentleman at the front and the lady that did my pedicure was nice as well, they got me in same the location was convenient and the massage chair was nice. read more

I really like the ambiance at Salisbury Salon & Spa, they use quality hair products and the entire staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional. The first thing walking into Salisbury Salon & Spa is meeting Craig the receptionist. He was very honest and friendly providing information about the price for an men's haircut. He recommended me to Leslie for the haircut and so I did. Simply I have to say, Leslie can really cut hair. I got the short faux haircut and all of my work colleagues really agree with my new haircut. I've been to all different types of hair salons and spa, but this place is the one to go. In addition, Leslie recommended I should try a massage service with one of her employees. I opted for a 15 minute chair massage and it was a good decision. Elizabeth was my massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and confident that my knots in my back will be fixed. Elizabeth was able to work out the knots and she was happy to deal with me asking questions about what she was doing and all of the muscles that were causing the pain in the first place. Absolutely love Salisbury Salon and Spa! It's the only place I go to get pedicures! Their staff is super friendly and they do such an amazing job, plus it's a quiet, relaxing environment! Same price as the bigger shops but much better quality and service! I also loved my airbrushed makeup that I had done the day of my wedding! Had looked into ulta but their make artist made me look like a clown. Leslie gave me a natural look with a little touch of glamour for my big day. I had it done at 9 am in the morning and I had to take it off at 1 am the next morning. It stayed in place perfectly all that time. Amazing! Beware of this place, The guy in front is Greg, co-owner with his wife. He is cordial but she runs him like a whipped puppy. And he hires the people but know nothing about hair or nails. The girls here do it all, from hair to nails to permanent makeup, HINT: jack of all trades, master of NONE. My eyebrows were ruined, my haircut done by 3 different people was horrendous each time and my color was messed up by someone who should never be doing hair at all. The atmosphere is nice, but everything is overpriced, they are in it for the money only. Terrific experience with Adrianna at Salisbury Salon & Spa. Parked right out front--how easy was that!--and received the warmest welcome from the front office staff. Immediately offered a beverage or asked if I needed anything else. Adrianna has a gentle touch and her skill on detail for my manicure was first rate. Thanks especially for the warm pack on my neck and shoulders as that was a bonus. I loved the quiet of the floor plan-- small, well-lighted-rooms off a hallway-- rather than the din of a bullpen. The selection of colors was over the rainbow. I didn't have time during this appointment for a gel manicure, but I saw a few as I was leaving: beautiful. My manicure by Adrianna was excellent. I've been visiting the area for over 5 years but just moved to town in the beginning of 2015. This was the first salon I tried out and it was awesome! Fair pricing , and beautiful inside you almost forget you are at a nail salon. Only complain was they made my acrylic tips too thick and therefore looked very unnatural and felt like it wasn't me. The staff is very nice however, the reason I gave this place a one star is because of their lack of following protocol. North Carolina requires esthetician to use a different stick every time it is dipped in wax. Last time I got my Brazilian from Alana she did NOT change the stick the entire time. She kept dipping the same stick in the wax after applying it on my skin. This is not safe for clients, and for what they charge, I am sure they can afford to use different sticks. read more

Salisbury Salon and Spa is the only spa I go to! I love that each service is in a separate room. It makes everything feel so much more private. I also love that facials and massages are done upstairs in a very quiet space. Whenever I get my nails done I always ask for Nailie (not sure if that is how you spell it) She is the best. When I go with friend(s) we are always jealous of who gets her. Have had my hair done for formal events and they did great! Have cleared up my skin with there facials and the skincare products they sell. Also if you have any kind of knee, back, shoulder, etc pain you have to get the Bio Freeze (they sell there.) It has helped my knee pain so much. Overall a really great spa and salon. read more

My daughter went for some blonde highlights & a trim Saturday. The highlights were very orange/coppery so they applied a toner (which they charged her for) & its still orange, her roots look darker than they were before she went & the ends are gray! She asked for a refund, they said no, wanted her to come in to have it fixed. She decided not to go back, can you blame her? The man we spoke with said he would speak with "his wife" & get back in touch with her to resolve the issue. Still haven't heard from them. She is out $110 & has to pay someone else to fix their mess because she has engagement pictures coming up next week. This was really important for her. What a shame! read more
