He was really rough with her, wouldn't communicate... at one point she considered never getting her nails done again... I mean.... The wart on his hand as he was posing her in awkward ways to do her acrylics was enough for me as a bystander. "You shouldn't walk out in pain" she she said as she made me feel a rough part of her nail.

Have gone here for years for multiple services including eyebrow waxes, pedicures, manicures, etc…read more I do not generally have sensitive skin however the previous 2 times have been significantly worse and the overall vibe and salon feels dirty. The eyebrow lady had a terrible attitude. I went to get the eyebrow wax done in which the lady did within 3 minutes and didn't even allow me to look at what had been done and rushed me out of the room. She didn't trim or clean up the eyebrows. I got to the car and realized she had burned my skin and it was an open wound which did not stop burning for the next 6 hours. I consistently put ice on my eyes and it did not correct. I am unsure why the wax was so low on my eyelid but it has required constant care in order to not be infected and is still extremely sensitive three days later. The previous eyebrow wax I had wax dropped in my hair which took significant washes and oil to get out as the wax was dropped on the crown of my head without an apology or an attempt to remove the wax. I have never sent in a review as I like to give businesses and employees the benefit of the doubt. However, I am unsure if the wax was properly stored or had gone bad but it was definitely not a good experience and I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

While we were extremely disappointed with both the color outcome and the obvious lack of blending and transition throughout the hair, what ultimately prompted me to leave this review was her response when concerns were raised. Rather than acknowledging the issues, she became defensive when dissatisfaction with the service was expressed. When a refund was requested due to the poor results, there was significant resistance before she eventually agreed to refund less than half of the amount paid. $150 for this inexperienced "balayage" service is a scam. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to make things right matter just as much as the service itself. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in all of those areas.

If ANYthing (chip/lifting) ever goes wrong with your mani, it's ALWAYS the customer's fault. Example: Gel Nail Polish peeling? Tracie: "Must've been your hand lotion" she KNOWS you put on because your hands were soft. What?! lol Hmm, did I? She said, "I FEEL your fingers, they are soft. You put lotion on them!" Really? Last time she did my nails, I didn't like the original color I chose (I apologized, never did that w/her previously) and she said it was too late to change it. "Too late." I insisted, and then I suggested she simply put the new color on top of the one I didn't like. She did, (I was happy) but Tracie was clearly UNhappy grumbling/ complaining while doing it. These crazy rude nail experiences were an absolute first for me, and I've been getting my nails professionally done for 30 years! I do not feel like a valued customer with Tracie. :( Book with ANY of the other three nail techs. They are all professional and they're actually nice to their clients. As for me, NOT going back. The manager should not let her get away with this rudeness.

Thank goodness for Andrea Smith and Hair Associates! How good are they? I live in Cary, NC and drive almost 2.5 hours to have my hair done here. Yes...out of all the salons in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and Chapel Hill, I drive all the way down to Salisbury. The stylists here are amazing. They frequently go to hair shows and stay on top of the latest cuts and color. They are professional and friendly, and the best way I can describe the atmosphere of the shop itself is down-to-earth. You get top-notch service at more than reasonable prices and it's like hanging with friends. They also sell a wide range of hair products, make up, and funky accessories, so it's like a mini-shopping trip every time you go. Awesome!

We were waiting on the Veterans Day Parade. She came out extremely rude wanting us to move. I moved to not cause any trouble because we were white and she was black. We didn't have to move but we choose to it was a sidewalk public area. I looked at the name of her business because it made me laugh because of how rude she was and her business was "Truly Blessed" she proceeded to start yelling at me and my husband( which I have on video) because I looked at her business name. She said she rents all that space and she will call the cops to remove us from the sidewalk. I was completely shocked for how she acted. She instantly made it about race just like I thought she would. After her yelling at my husband and myself for over 10 minutes( which) my husband and I were sitting down in chairs and she was standing over us yelling she finally went back into her hair business and was still yelling about how white people are privileged, how we have everything handed to us. How we are scum. If your truly blessed why talk about people that way. The only thing we did wrong was sit on the side walk to watch a Veterans Day parade. If this is how this business is ran, I am sorry for the community
