Went here to get a pedicure and a nail polish change. One of the techs put foil on my nails and left to do a pedicure while I was getting a pedicure. When I was done with my pedicure and they took the foil off all of my acrylic on my nails were almost all gone. They said they thought it was my real nails. Anna said that she would fix my nails. Well she did and then charged me full price. $50.00 for their mistake. Mind you I just had my nails done 3 days prior. I just wanted to change the polish!!! I've had my nails done at Nails #1 by Anna, Tracie and Ann! All did a nice job... That being said, the nail tech "Tracie" truly has an attitude problem! Not kidding! If ANYthing (chip/lifting) ever goes wrong with your mani, it's ALWAYS the customer's fault. Example: Gel Nail Polish peeling? Tracie: "Must've been your hand lotion" she KNOWS you put on because your hands were soft. What?! lol Hmm, did I? She said, "I FEEL your fingers, they are soft. You put lotion on them!" Really? IF you choose not to do the "higher-end full manis" and stick with a polish change, she won't rebook with you! Tracie "Sorry, I'm booked." Me: "Every day for the next two weeks?" Tracie "Yes, full. My 'friends' take care of you." Me: "Your friends?" Tracie "They do your nails." Another tech, Anna explained, then apologized to me for Tracie's words. (After they chatted about me in Vietnamese) I had my daughter call later to see if she actually had openings, and she did!!! She HAD openings!!! Tracie lied to me. Done w/ her disrespect. I've witnessed Tracie refusing to make an appointment with a walk-in, too. "Booked" when she clearly was not and she even told me so! The woman said, "what about tomorrow?" Tracie said, "Booked." After she left, Tracie said she "didn't like her." Wow. One day after she finished my gel, she put a little handlotion on my arm and then TOLD ME to "rub it in myself" because I "didn't pay extra for a FULL manicure." She's rude. I always left her a nice tip, too! Every single time! Past tense! DONE w/her. Last time she did my nails, I didn't like the original color I chose (I apologized, never did that w/her previously) and she said it was too late to change it. "Too late." I insisted, and then I suggested she simply put the new color on top of the one I didn't like. She did, (I was happy) but Tracie was clearly UNhappy grumbling/ complaining while doing it. These crazy rude nail experiences were an absolute first for me, and I've been getting my nails professionally done for 30 years! I do not feel like a valued customer with Tracie. :( Book with ANY of the other three nail techs. They are all professional and they're actually nice to their clients. As for me, NOT going back. Great place to get your nails and pedicures done! Went today to get all beautified . They do an excellent job! I have been coming to them for many years. They sure do know how to make your feet feel so soft and relaxed. It's clean and sanitized. The women are very friendly in there. If you want thick nails ~ they will give that to you :) Which that is what I like ;) And prices are good too! read more

Wouldn't recommend this place for acrylics. The nail tech didn't shape my nails, barely filed them and put two different clear coats over white polish that had different hues to them. They were white when I left the salon, but the following day they became yellowish. read more

However, I'm glad I did. walked in and got not waitied about 15/20 mins for a manicure & pedicure. they were fast and did a great job. my technician also recommended a gel French manicure rather than acrylics for my wedding since I don't usually have my nails done and am also a nurse . I do not recommend at all I went in and got my nails done on Thursday and and the person doing my nails did not listen to me at all didn't ask what length I want or shape and did not even fill it in all the way. To top it all off my nails underneath started hurting so bad by Saturday afternoon I had to take them off completely. I tried to call and talk To them and they said absolutely no refund at all and told me I was in the wrong for not calling her sooner when there was no way possible I could have called. read more

Came in as a walk-in and staff was very helpful. Immediately attended to. The young gentleman did a great job on my gel mani and was very friendly and nice to talk to. Nice, clean shop - very friendly staff. I dropped in for a regular manicure ($12). The woman who helped me was very patient and let me sample several colors before picking the one I ended up with. Manicure included a hand massage with shea butter and hot towels. read more

Just moved to the area and was so excited to finally get a good mani-pedi. Made an appointment during the week - thinking it would not be too busy or rushed. The place looked dated (lots of signs and old photo signs) and as I settled in, i noticed that the whole place just seemed really dingy. The yellow paint was not relaxing at all. The shop was cluttered with lots of silk flowers/arrangements and random stacks of things throughout. The male owner/manager was having such a loud conversation with his wife, that i couldn't wait to be done. The mani-pedi itself was absolutely nothing special - mediocre at best. my hands were as dry when I left as when I arrived. my feet were a little better. As a bonus, they insisted on cash payment, even though they have a sign saying they accept credit cards. They said they needed to buy supplies and kept saying to pay cash because they need supplies...fortunately, I had cash on me. I don't usually write reviews, but being new in town, I see how important they're for newcomers. I don't think to place is for me. read more

If you need your acrylic nails done please do not go here! I went and got pink and white and told her not to make them square and not too long. She disregarded what I said and did them how she wanted. I had to go home and file them all around myself!!! They looked like boxes on my nails! This place deserves not one single star...The absolute WORST nail salon in town. I stopped getting my nails done here years ago. Because they're really behind on trends(shaping, designs, etc). But I would still frequent to get myself and my daughters pedicures. And my brows waxed. The last few experiences were terrible. Very cold towards me. My toe was cut while getting the pedicure. So deeply that I couldn't wear shoes for weeks. And did I mention they REFUSE to greet u when u walk in? So rude!! The last and final time coming in. This place, while convenient for me, will not be my nail salon of choice. I go to get my nails done mostly for the massage. The nail tech took maybe two minutes on each leg and not even a minute on my hands. He rushed through everything and didn't even bother with massaging my feet. Probably due to the fact that he kept turning around to watch the TV. I am in this industry and believe each client deserves a well rounded experience. My nails look okay. My toes look like I painted them....meaning the polish is piled on. (I do hair not nails) I normally don't write reviews, but this just pissed me off. I went last year in July 26/17 and they were friendly at the beginning I wanted Gel on my nails and normal red color that matches my toenails. The owner told me that they will match. When I came home the colors were different, I went back and they fixed the color of my nails. Two weeks later I went back for a manicure and a pedicure. At the beginning they told me that I have to wait because they were many customers before me. After an hour the owner a guy told me that I was not welcome and they will not want me in ther nail salon. As a customer we have a right to talk,is not that they worked for you for free. I got my nails done here and was very disappointed. I needed a fill in and the lady was so rough that after she was done all of my fingers were extremely sore. It hurt to even put any pressure on any of them which I have never experienced. When I complained she told me I was just being a baby and to stop complaining. She told me she needed to remove my previous acrylic nails because she said they were all coming off which would have been fine but she jerked and pulled and finally cut them off, which, if they were falling off and in bad shape that would not have been the case. As anyone who has needed their nails redone knows they pop off if they are not on very good. So, I assume she just wanted to charge me more. Again, I would have been OK if when she did all the new nails they had been done correctly. All of my nails were different lengths and the white from my French manicure was all different as well, some of my nails were almost half white others were barely white on the tips. Also, the pink was darker than I asked and when I asked her why she didn't use the one I asked her for she got mad and yelled at me in Vietnamese and then talked to the other people that worked there about me. She did not know that my sister in law is also vietnamese and taught me some of that language so I know basically how rude she was and what horrible things she said about me. I have worked in customer service most of my life and cannot believe someone would even say those things about someone even if they didn't know what you were saying. Needless to say, I will never go back there. I was overcharged, my nails were horrible looking and I was spoken rudely too I would NOT recommend this place unless you want to be humiliated and have bad overpriced nails. read more

I rarely do reviews online but this nail parlor is sort of good / but the technicians never and I mean never, stop talking and they hollered across the room to each other to the point where customers were rolling their eyes at each other - they can't believe how unprofessional this is.
