The only thing that they could approve upon is offering water or a beverage while you are having your service. If I were in the area again, I would return.

Quality has declined with the newer nail techs. I have seen the attitudes of other nail techs shift. I can only imagine this is a management issue. I use to love going there because they were reliable, service was great, and there was always a warm welcome. Now I still get a warm welcome and the girls are sweet but appointments have been cancelled more than once same day and quality of services are plummeting. If you can get in with a nail tech that had been there for a while you stand the chance of getting better services. Currently looking for another salon. Really disappointed in this salon. At least 3 staff members were present and they all seemed friendly/polite. I could hear the techs quietly exchanging pleasantries/small talk with customers, but not the disruptive and excessive chatter amongst (each other) that I have experienced in many other shops. Only a handful of patrons passed thru while I was there. Still, I got the vibe that the atmosphere of this shop is pretty chill, even on busy days. My nail tech was Sonny and I got an SNS Mani + pedi. He was extremely professional and polite throughout my time there. He frequently checked to see how I was doing to make sure that I was still comfortable and to ensure that I was satisfied with his work. He did not chat at all otherwise, which was perfect for me! He was very attentive to detail. My nails turned out great. The environment of the shop was very casual and clean. Spacing of the stations is comfortable. It is located near Sam Furr road which can be pretty hectic ,but don't let that be a deterrent. This shop is actually located across from a residential street so it is actually pretty quiet/low traffic. I can honestly say that this is the best experience that I have had in a multistaff nail shop. My only suggestion would be having the option to book online. I certainly plan to return.

It was much later when we floated out on two pairs of seemingly new feet.... Worth the wait, our nail tech took special care of my feet and toes. There were hygienic levels taken that were completely new to this girl right here! For example she used a plastic liner to cover the foot basin portion of the pedicure chair. My feet were soaked, softened and pampered to near perfection and then my ten toes were frosted a lovely Christmas shade of green with gold dusting. Then proceeded to gouge my toes and pull skin rooted deeply around the nail. It's been one week and my toes are still infected and inflamed. It hurts to walk and they were bleeding and oozing even a couple of days after. I have had to keep applying medicated foot powder and they are still not better.
