I've had enough Brazilian waxes over the years to know the difference between normal post-wax sensitivity and a service that didn't go right. The result was severe burning and discomfort that has continued for more than a week. This wasn't a little redness or minor irritation. More than a week later, the discomfort still has not fully gone away, and I've never experienced anything like this after a Brazilian wax before. I also attempted to contact management afterward to discuss the situation and request a refund, but I was unable to reach a manager or get clear information about when one would be available. Unfortunately, between the outcome of the service and the lack of follow-up, I will not be returning.
