They never rush to get done, and make it very relaxing ( keep in mind I always go during the week, so they are able to take more time then). I always like for Mimi to do my nails. I went in to get my nails done. I needed a new set. My tech was a lady by the name of Keia. Would you pay 95 dollars for this? I went in the day before where she removed my nails and didn't even get to and charged me for my nail take but I did not receive the service that was stated. I left in tears. I went back the next day just to suck it up. I got there at noon and did not leave til after 5 with the set that is pictured. The chrome is coming off and already broke one. I didn't have any issues with their prices, I just don't know what's moderate or pricey for getting manicures and pedicures at the same time??? I paid $50 for both AND a callus grater. Is that a lot? I walked in at around lunchtime with no appointment and was greeted immediately and asked to sit down in a nice, comfy chair with a built-in massager. My manicurist was from Viet Nam so I couldn't understand her half the time; she was nice though. There were two men and two women employees there and they're all chatty and make clients feel welcome. If $40 (the other $10 was for the grater) is good for both a manicure and a pedicure, I recommend this place. They're also right by the NCDMV license plates branch if you're going to be stopping buy there anytime soon. Worth giving it a shot. read more

Really happy with the quality and experience. Full spa pedicure with hot stone treatment was well worth it. Served chilled wine and was able to relax and enjoy the experience with my best friend. I went for a new set of gel nails. Very good! I just went back for a fill in. THE most horrible experience ever!!! My nails were not filed evenly. He took my gels off with an electric file. Upon the new lady starting on my eyes I asked Mimi was the lady certified and Mimi confirmed that this lady was certified to do lashes. Seriously the WORST nail place! Spending $30 on a full set with white tips. You can still see my nail underneath where he didn't put the tip down far enough because the tips were to small. One is crooked..Less then a week one has come off, five are lifting and one is barely hanging on by my real nail!!! I went back An I had to pay for him to fix? Worst experience ever. I walked out and my hands were in pain. I normally wait a day to see if the pain goes away but it just got worse. When I pulled my nails through my hair things were getting caught like I had my nails done for weeks. The shapes were all different which I could've over looked. I called back to ask if they could redo them and whoever I spoke to didn't seem interested in my concern. The person who did my nails knew they weren't correct but didn't bother trying to fix them. Firstly, there was a huge sign out front claiming 10% everything for a Grand Opening sale but this was the most I've ever paid for a pedicure. Second, what kind of nail tech calls their customer's choice of nail color crazy with a disdainful look on their face? Not good customer service in my opinion. They are a fairly new salon, Henry is one of the owners & he's good, he's fast but he's efficient! I will most likely be back!

The first pedicure I got here was great. It was late, but they didn't mind and told me to come in. The pedicure itself was nice but maybe that was because I was paying more for upgrades. The second time I went was Saturday afternoon and I waited 45 minutes before they put water in the basin. Then I soaked my feet for another 15 minutes before they got started. The pedicure was average this time, kind of rushed. I just got a basic this time. I think I've decided I don't like their chairs, they are uncomfortable to me. She was meticulous at times but when I got home I saw I had polish all over my cuticles on a few toes. She recognized me from the last time but wouldn't put a mark for last time on the loyalty card I got this visit because I didn't know about them my first time. That kind of peeved me. I have been to several nail salons and this is by far the slowest ever. No one cares no one is bothered. My friend and I planned to take our mom's for a mother daughter mani Pedi session. We were here due over 3 hours and still not done... I wanted gel mani Pedi and 3 pedi were almost over and they hadn't even started on mine. I suggested then skipping my Mani so we could finally get out from there.... the lady suggested doing a Polish change instead. Time comes to pay... they charge me a removal fee because I didn't do Mani but did a polish change instead. When I argued they gave me a $2 discount.
