I would have been a new client & was not aware of this but I was called into work. And they did not even have my credit card yet & are already threatening to charge me. Not a great first impression. I went today and had my eyebrows tinted and when I booked the service online it said it cost $20. When I got to the register to pay, she said $30. I questioned her on the price and she said oh it's $30 I should've told you before I started. Why was this 50% more than what is posted online ?! I came home and looked on her website again and it says $20. I still left of her a generous tip anyway. While she was doing my service. I felt like the conversation was forced. It was a bit uncomfortable I felt she really had no interest in getting to know me as a potential new client. I mentioned I was interested in a lash service as well & she didn't even offer to book me or say if she had time today while I was there. Ehhhh was my experience. I see they do hair here & said the hair products smell so good. That would've been a good opening to say- "you should get your hair done here" I would've booked a cut & color if the vibe was more warm & welcoming. I need a place that does all these things & it's unfortunate it won't be this place.
