They do take walk in appointments, but I am partial to scheduling ahead with Melissa Williams. She has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair since before I even had grey hair! She was patient in looking at my request, worked with me on HOW we would accomplish the cut, was flexible/easygoing and an overall joy. It also raises serious concerns about discriminatory pricing practices. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not hidden or after-the-fact charges. Our (my daughter, her Mother in Law and myself) have been going to Brooke. She is amazing with color (my daughters blonde balayage) and my daughter always looks amazing. She also does my daughters MIL dry cut (she has super curly hair), my Bob cut (fine hair) and my daughters (long and very thick) cuts to perfection. Brooke is sweet, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. She gives the best head massages while at the bowl. All three of us have always come away looking absolutely amazing.
