While the building is plain brick from the outside, the inside is warm and inviting with stylists in private rooms. The waiting area includes snack bar, water, wine, sodas and coffee! They do take walk in appointments, but I am partial to scheduling ahead with Melissa Williams. She has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair since before I even had grey hair! I highly recommend her to anyone needing a new stylist! She offers women's, men's and children's haircuts, coloring, highlights and keratin treatment. Check her out!

I knew I needed my ends clipped and that she did, NOT cut, but clipped only and showed me how much, which was very little. My hair was bouncy, shiny, and healthy looking. The shop was very clean and Maria was very nice. I will be going back. Oh, and she told me to think about just getting a good blowout moving forward with no more cream-crack.

She was patient in looking at my request, worked with me on HOW we would accomplish the cut, was flexible/easygoing and an overall joy. After having an incredibly stressful past few months, this experience was exactly what I needed to feel rejuvenated. My hair came out perfectly, exactly what I had wanted. She helped navigate me through what I wanted (easy, low maintenance, angled "Lob"; thick, straight, healthy hair for context) and really delivered. Highly recommend! I had even provided photos of my daughter's hair in advance, so there was no surprise or misunderstanding. Further, the "master" stylist was very rude and accusatory when he approached me about retroactively charging us. Mind you he was the one I showed the pictures to, as well as the one who submitted the payment slips to the young women at the front desk. Changing prices after the fact is unfair and unacceptable. It also raises serious concerns about discriminatory pricing practices. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not hidden or after-the-fact charges. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism, fairness, and respect.

I found this salon on Groupon and got a killer deal on a full foil highlight which is normally priced at $80. I saw Mikayla M and she did a great job. She was easy to talk to and she gave a lot of attention to my hair. A mother and daughter own the salon. Check out their website to meet the stylists. There is a wide array of stylists but only a few who honor the Groupon. I was please with everyone's professionalism and the cleanliness of the salon. I would definitely come back! The only bummer was that no one answered when I called during normal business hours one day and I called multiple times. The stylist that executed the highlights was sweet and the atmosphere was relaxing and clean, hence the 2 stars that I (dare I say generously) have given. However, the quality of the highlights were not only unlike the photo that I showed the stylist, but also poorly created in regards to lack of toning, placement, and thickness. When attempting to contact the original stylist in regards to fixing the skunk-lights, poor communication and extra charges were received in response, along with an appointment date over a week later, which is why I went over the highlights with a dark color on my own after receiving some kind advice from some Sally's Beauty staff, who were also horrified at the state of my hair.
