While the building is plain brick from the outside, the inside is warm and inviting with stylists in private rooms. The waiting area includes snack bar, water, wine, sodas and coffee! They do take walk in appointments, but I am partial to scheduling ahead with Melissa Williams. She has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair since before I even had grey hair! She told me my hair was so dry, I should get deep conditioning and specific products they sold. That was the only conversation in an empty muted place. I tried to bring up some topics of conversation and that went nowhere. She rang me up and it was $55 and I was like no no I saw it for $30. She was like with the length of your hair, did you really think it was gonna be 30? I was blown away but paid it and gave her a $7 tip because it did turn out good. I also had my hair washed... omg what an amazing job. Michelle did a fabulous job washing my hair. She used clarifying shampoo the used their Great Clips product to wash and condition my hair. More exciting was how she washed my hear. I got an amazing scalp massage as well. The best 10 minutes of relaxation in a long time. I completely cut off great clips as a source for haircuts until a friend of mine recommended checking out this location of great clips and to speak with the owners about fixing my hair problems, mainly Jen and the ladies there. Long story short, when I went there today the experience of everyone there was so welcoming. It was so warm and it felt like I've been there forever. The absolute best service I've gotten in a while from a great clips, and they were able to repair some of the damage from the previous great clips I visited. Which means she can't apply chemical to your hair. She specializes in braids and at no point does she pull your hair, stress your edges or cause you pain. At every point it was clear what I was paying for and she was clear about the feasibility of each request. Hair Galore does offer some hair care items and accessories. She gets booked pretty far in advance so don't call and expect an appointment right away. But do take high expectations and they will probably be exceeded.

She totally acted like a psycho. The police was very nice and told me I didn't do anything wrong and I was not in any kind of trouble and that technically and legally they couldn't denied service to my family since they were not there and had nothing to do with it.
