Mrs. Saundra was incredibly attentive and compassionate from start to finish. She took her time helping my friend try on different styles, adjusting and styling each one without ever making us feel rushed. What made it even more meaningful was her personal connection as a cancer survivor. Having someone who truly understands what this moment feels like made such a difference. She created a space where my friend felt comfortable, cared for, and not alone in taking this step. We walked in feeling overwhelmed and walked out feeling supported. I can't thank her enough for that.

Tisun Northlake Charlotte NC…read more My experience was horrible!!! I attempted to return some jogging pants for a different size. I was unaware that there was a dressing room, so this time I tried on a different pair before heading to the cashier. The helpful staff promptly called the manager, Leelee. However, she was quite rude and dismissive. Before she even heard my issue, she shook her head no. I explained that I had just purchased the pants a couple of hours ago. She then informed me that our policy is final sale on clothing. I politely requested a different size, but she responded with something like, "Your body has been in them." I reiterated that my body has been in these pants too, and the staff simply put them back on the hanger. I firmly stated that she needed to review and change her policies. Despite my attempts to remain polite, she walked away. She was very unprofessional and treated me poorly. The cashier apologized for the unresolved issue.

Deanna and her staff care about their customers and go above and beyond to take care of them. The salon is as clean as can be and the hair product is always there on time. If everyone in Charlotte knew about Headline Studio, I doubt there would be another hair replacement business in the city. Period.
